Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.
I was exhausted from a long day. The flight was smooth. The first flight during my 3 week travel that took off on time.
1 flight cancelled Had to fly out of different city Flight at new departure city was delayed 3 hours causing us to miss connecting flights. By the time we did make it to Prague our luggage did not. Had to wait day and a half for luggage to be delivered. Customer service was not good. Agents did not arrive at gate until 5-10 minutes before boarding
Awful. Delayed flights, missed connection to Toronto. Hotel vouchers were for already booked hotels x3. Giant waste of my time
Horrible I am at almost 2,000,000 miles on United. This was probably the worst flight ever. An hour and a half before takeoff I get a message that they’re changing the plane and I no longer have a seat in Polaris business Supposedly, there was a problem with the plane, but then there was no other plane Finally, they decided to bring a plane from Newark to Washington Dulles Of course the original flight was at 10:45 PM so by the time the plane got there it was 12:30 AM. It had not been cleaned. It had not been catered. They don’t really have people available to do those things when it’s not pre-programmed at 1 o’clock in the morning. The crew had to be changed And the new plane held 28 fewer people than the scheduled plane There is no way you can hate United Airlines enough The people at the gate were actually just fine, but it was management who was completely useless And did they send extra help to the people at the gate? Did they send supervisors? Of course not. Just don’t take United find somebody else or buy a boat
Great experience. Boarding was fast, staff were very nice and funny, everything at the seat worked well.
Boarding was great, and the crew were very friendly. The seats must have been a bit on the older side and you could feel some of the seat components through the padding. Also, the plugs did not work on the row's entertainment screen or charging ports. Checked bag was transferred for connecting flight, and we appreciated how early we had the connecting gate information.
Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.
Exceptional, I’d like to specifically recognize Robert for his outstanding customer service. He is professional, pleasant, and personable.
Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!
Hydraulic leak caused the flight to be cancelled. Auto system scheduled us on a 3 am flight. Wevhsedvrebook on the app and hit schedules later in the afternoon. Our luggage per gate and ticket agent would be rescanned and put in our new flight. Did not happen. Our luggage stayed in hsv. Baggage claim in wash dc unable to help. We filed a claim. Several emails about our luggage were in conflict with one another. Called as baggage and was on hold 30 minutes. Oscar said one of 2 was out fir delivery then cancelled. About 45 minutes later both pieces were delivered. Their system is suspect
My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.
Flight has been delayed every time I've ever taken it. Seats uncomfortable. Children behind me yelling the entire flight. Some of this is out of their control but overall just consistently not a great experience.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
Flight attendants on this flight were very attentive and friendly
The flight was 2 hour delayed, otherwise everything was excellent. The delay was due to the hourly limit requirement so given that as a reason, I'm happy with the flight!
They lost my luggage and it didn’t get delivered until the next day.
You were more on time than United. I'm so over united delays.
Using the wifi system was nice. Being able to actually connect to the internet, send and receive emails and text would be nice.
I think the flight attendant and first class was terrific, but whoever had to work in coach where I say didn’t seem happy about it, extremely mediocre service, not friendly, just putting 1 foot in front of the other. Just seemed “over it.”
