Starting on January 26, all travelers (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have an evidence of having contracted and recovered from COVID-19 prior to boarding the plane.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers returning to the US are advised to stay home as much as possible, avoid being around people and consider getting tested for COVID-19 after returning from travel and participated in higher risk activities.

He paid extra for me to have a more comfortable arrangement, but it ended up being way too cold. That did not happen on the way to Europe..."

Cons: "Lufthansa struck when I tried to fly from Kansas City to Napoli Italy on September 08, 2015. I was delayed four days. It took me 5 hours to rebook my flight. Then when returning to Kansas City on November 12, 2015, they had another strike. This time I was forced to purchase 3 days of motels and expenses. It took me 6 hours of making phone calls to rebook my flight. I kid $100 extra to choose my seats since I have PTSD from 24 months straight in Iraq. I panic when I feel confined. So I choose my seats carefully. And now on both trips, Lufthansa chose my seats for me. Just pisses me off all the way around."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start."

NO LAYOVER TIME IN BETWEEN MEANS MISSED CONNECTIONS! THIS HAPPENED BOTH WAYS ON MY TRIP. VERY ANNOYING"

I was unable to select a gluten free meal prior to the flight since the web app and website were not working. I tried calleding Iberia customer support over 10 different times and was never able to speak with a representative. The customer support prior to the flight was non-existent."

Cons: "I had a seat on an aisle, which was good. But, the TV / video screen did not work. Luckily there wasn't a passenger next to me, and I used that screen. I told the steward, but never got help with the screen. I had to " Lean " for the 9 hours. The bathrooms became gross after 5 hours. I don't need to explain."

And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

To make things worse, none of the people at the counter were actually Iceland Air employee, so noone was able or willing to tell me anything about this (quote from employee "everything I tell you will be used against me" not sure if she was flippant or scared) Anyway, watch out for them screwing you over where they can"

The airport was completely jammed with people waiting to fly out to the point you could not access the bathrooms. My checked bag also must have been left outside in significant rain for quite some time because it was soaked completely through with water. I had a thick wool blanket on top as well as my clothes in packing cubes and it was all soaked with water. Terrible!! You get what you pay for."
