The fact I didn't know that it's a flight without suitcase. And that took from me 80 dollar for it
There was no possibility to select seats during checkin, we had to receive new boarding passes at the boarding desk, we arrived early but were not seated together, as well as people around us, so we had to change our seats with neighbors.

Travel on Crostian Airlines did not pappen. KLM flight to Munich was cancelled and I was rescheduled on Air Setbia to Belgrade, the Split.

Boarding this large plane went relatively quickly and orderly.
Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion.
1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles.
1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about.
The food was okay and the staff were friendly.
My seat and several others around me were broken so that they would fall all the way back if we leaned back at all. The entertainment system kept crashing and forgetting what shows everyone on board we’re watching. There were no air vents to control. The games crashed constantly. The usb hubs didn’t work.

The aircraft is a bit old and somehow the flight crew didn’t offer me the full menu as the menu describe. First time encounter that in a business class
The flight attendants were slow and unprofessional. It took 3 hours to get dinner. Other airlines manage to feed passengers in Economy within an hour on the similar flight. But the worst part was that my luggage went missing. After it was found nobody let me know so it was just sitting there for three days before I could get a hold of someone. And then after multiple calls they finally said it would take another 5 days to be delivered 200 miles. So I ended up having to go get it myself. Not as much as an apology from them. Aeroflot is absolute garbage. Stay away from them.

The line to register at the airport was 2 hours long
Seats were comfortable. Food was OK but not great.
I was the second person who boarded the plane in the business class. The flight attendant distributed ipads and headsets. She completely ignored me. When I asked her for one she said that they had only 15 of them and 16 people were in the business class. They do not have oe for me. I said why did you not give me one before she said I was sleeping which was a flat lie. Simply terrible and stupid service. Moreover, that flight attendant looked like a bar hostess than a professional person. Her English was very ppor. I talked to the bursar. She kept apologizing but it did not help. I am multi million miler and Diamond member with Delta, I never had an experience like this, AEROFLOT really needs to train their people better. Very bad experience.

Quick flight, friendly crew. It was nice that food was provided on such a short flight (though international, so it makes sense), and it wasn't bad.

BA cited computer glitch in London. Flights were severely delayed. Fortunately my connection was rebooked. Just minus 6 hours of my time.

inability to select seats without having to pay vast extra amounts of money is totally unacceptable. Ended up initially separated from my daughter and then on seats that did not recline. Flight left three hours late, nearly missed connection Next tine will fly Virgin. They look after their passengers!

Beat up baggage
Delayed, poor info, no snacks, not even water. Lady at gate was rude. And unpleasant. Nobody kept us informed correctly and when we asked we were treated unkindly. Horrible experience with AA. Will avoid
No screens in seats or outlets for phones. Old planes. Never again.
Paid for gogoinflight, then is had a big error red screen, that said keep trying back in a few minutes. Never worked. Was not happy. Long flight.
The crew was so friendly and professional, on top of the nice plane condition, which made the trip very pleasant!

Nothing is for free not even a coffee.
But connecting flight is just 30 minutes delayed schedule because of airline benefits. I have to run the gate and I can make it but I heard 2 passengers didn't. I didn't hear this situation. When I ask staffs how about connecting flight to Nice, staffs just told me your flight is ok.
Austrian airlines did not even notified us about cancellation.

It was late by 1 hour. Food was not enough. Was hungry since dinner was late due to delayed flight and breakfast was served at lunch time of MUC. Electrical outliets did not work in the flight and had problems in MUC for GPS.

We paid extra for seats with additional leg room and knowing the first row of these is at a wall with no room for feet with legs extended, we requested a different row. We did not get this though we were told we did AND paid for it.
The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!

The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.
Choice of movies
Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.
The check in was well staffed and went smoothly and easily. Loved the large movie selection and picture quality.
Food, comfort, entertainment and treatment by the crew on this flight was spectacular. There was a lot of food, good entertainment and importantly, the seats were wide and comfortable.
Very old plane, 767-300. The bathrooms needed a better and more thorough renovation.

temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)

Iberia offered the worst ever flight of my life
I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!

Crew arranged to change seats so my left leg had an aisle.
Boarding by groups was not followed, no one to control them, just a rush to gate. No discipline by Iberia. Reserved a seat on aisle of 3 seats side section so my left leg could stretch out after surgery but they changed aircraft type w/ only 2 seats on side without notification, so my right leg had the aisle.
The movie/tv selection was extensive
I’ve never had such a bad meal on a plane. I don’t expect fine dining but I felt sick to my stomach afterward. My flight sat in by the tarmac for an hour. I only made my connection because that flight was also an hour late. Boarding was really chaotic.
There was nothing to like about Iberia
I paid extra to book early so I could be assure of a seat with a view and so I could sit with my husband. Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future.

They did not offer snacks nor drinks in between the first meal and the last meal ,which was a duration of 8 hours in between.
I arrived safely to Detroit
There were so many women wanting to change their seat because they cannot sit next to a man . . . . There was a woman crying because she wanted to sit next to me and the flight attendant told her no and that she needs to go back to her assigned seat. If seats are available after boarding they will move her to another seat is what the flight attendant said. Alot of male passengers volunteered to move to accommodate the women that cannot sit next to a man. As a suggestion maybe while booking a ticket a passenger can select the option of sitting next to women or men only. My screen stopped working about an hour into the 12 hour flight. More options for food would be another suggestion.

Some of the passengers are men from Saudi Arabia and they cannot be next to a woman. The flight attendant was very accommodating to those passengers.
We took off on time and landed early.
This new Basic Economy is really awful. You have to check any carry on and you cannot pick a seat. I’m 6’3” and to be stuck in a window seat with two next to me is painful. There is absolutely no leg room if you’re over 5’10.
Crew was fine
I quit flying United years ago because of their poor management including delays and poor custimer service. I was stuck with United for these flights as my options were limited. Flight delayed, no surprise I guess. And now waiting for flight home that is delayed so I will miss my connecting flight.
Everything went smoothly, AND the flight was pretty empty so I got to spread out over 3 seats to sleep. A treat!

Website not usable, perhaps because flight was booked on Lufthansa. Requirement to scan passport rather than enter passport number prevents being able to complete process. United wouldn't let me get a seat assignment til I was at the airport the day of the flight, inspite of my going to the airport the day before. United wanted me to upgrade and pay them more to get a better seat assignment.
The male flight attendant was friendly. The boarding personnel were friendly and apologetic for needing to check our carry ons.
