Cons: Everything was great until we landed and I stood up in the aisle. A woman two rows behind opened the overhead compartment and pulled her huge backpack out, landing it right on my head! OUCH! I scolded her and she apologized, but, REALLY? Perhaps the crew needs to reiterate how dangerous this is to do! My head still hurts a little on top, almost a week later. Ugh.
Pros: smooth as silk flight, beautiful clean comfy airplane. Roomy seats. great entertainment system. Excellent friendly staff. Pretty darn good food. Excellent value.

Cons: Taking off is too slow. We were late with our connecting flights.
Pros: More legroom than other aircraft, plentiful IFE (in-flight entertainment), and a USB charging point in the seat back near the video screen. Decent food and wine, great crew.
Cons: We departed the terminal for takeoff but a passenger had a medical emergency requiring a return to the gate and off-loading along with finding the passenger’s baggage down below. Not the airline’s fault, of course, but maybe passengers should carefully consider their health before embarking on an 11.5 hour flight from one continent to another.
Cons: Seats are thin so 9 hrs sitting becomes a pai in th b... Litterly. Both out bound and in bound the audio did not work well out bound not at all so 9 hrs not top notch

Cons: I didn’t like anything about this flight, except that we arrived safely. I had the last seat, next to the toilet, and that container or whatever it is, was dirty. Every time someone flushed, I was bathed in the smell of urine. It was raining in Toronto; consequently, my checked bag was wet through. I’m glad I was coming home rather than arriving at a vacation destination, where all my stuff would’ve been wet. I’d like to see some effort put into keeping my bag dry. Also, the passengers had to slog through the rain to get on the plane!
Pros: The stewardess with the amazing figure! I didn’t use the entertainment or order food so I can’t comment on those.

Cons: there were two really rude flight attendants....almost like they didn;t want to serve you. One of the ladies even literally threw a drink onto my tray. thank god it was sealed. Air canada needs to do a better job of dealing with this type of behaviour. It happens far too often with their staff

Cons: Compared to other airlines Air Canada is just so bad. Crew are always slow. The flight never boards on time or leaves on time. I don’t think I’ve ever been on an Air Canada flight that leaves on time. It’s incredibly frustrating. The staff were rude and cold on this flight and very very slow. I usually don’t write reviews like this but honestly can’t find anything good to say about this last flight. It was just bad.

Pros: SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone.
Cons: The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight.
Cons: Engine noise in the cabin is loud.
Cons: The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something.
Cons: Flight delayed from Detroit. Closed door to Birmingham flight 20 minutes before schedule time. Rebooked me for Friday!

Cons: On our departure flight the entertainment system stopped working completely at my daughter's seat mid-flight (the whole screen went black, remote control and all). The flight attendant tried and was unable to fix it, so they moved a passenger in the row my husband and I were in and put my daughter there. None of the entertainment systems worked well, the touch screens were barely responsive - they definitely need updating. On our return flight the power in the whole row that my three pre-teen kids were in stopped working. Again the flight attendant tried unsuccessfully to fix. My husband and I switched rows with them so they could continue to watch movies. Each time we called the flight attendant she came, said she would try to reset the systems and that we should wait a few minutes. We waited and ultimately had to go find her again to be told the same thing again. After this happened three times she sent the manager over who said she could not fix it since that would mean that the whole area would have to be reset and they didn't want to disturb anyone else. The only solution they offered was to give my husband and I open seats (not together and not near our kids) around the cabin. We did not want to split up, so my husband and I spent the rest of the hours of the flight in the dark (lights didn't work either as they are connected to the system) reading with the light from our cell phones. None of the people who came to assist us really seemed to care at all about our comfort or situation.

Cons: I was in business class with flat bed seats and it was not as private as with other airlines. The seat was more hard than I expected. But overall it was a great value for a business class ticket

Cons: We were traveling with my 94-year-old grandfather who needed wheelchair assistance. And it took the 4th person I asked to get any assistance. The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance.

Cons: In this 10 hr flight cabin crew came down the aisle only twice to offer refreshments. There should have been offers of at the least water or juice more than twice on this length of fight. I was disappointed that there were no hot drink e.g. coffee or tea offered at any time, not even with the meal, but this was certainly the least of our disappointments. Only once on this flight did I see a cabin crew member smile. Don't know why, but they were a most unhappy crew that day and this was conveyed to the passengers. I find this hard to believe, and perhaps both my husband and I fell asleep for the few minutes this would have taken, but neither one of us saw a crew member check for seatbelts and seat position before landing in TO. Boarding gate wasn't announced until an hour before boarding, which on an international flight from a large airport was a little stressful, but I am assuming there was a good reason for this.

Cons: Although we were traveling together, the airline seated us separately on both flights. Going from Chicago to Amman I was seated in seat 16A while my husband was placed on the other side of the airplane in seat 17K!! On the ride back, I was in seat 13A and my husband in 30C!!!!! Prior to check in and during check in, I was informed that I was not able to select our seats, and that we would just have to arrange seating ourselves once we were on the plane!! A week prior to leaving Amman my husband called rj and talked to a representative who changed our seats.

Cons: AA flight into Miami delayed due to late arrival of aircraft, followed by significant delay on the tarmac waiting for another plane to leave. This then delayed getting bags that required rechecking. At the AA booth, even though I was 42 minutes before the flight, they would not let me check my bags (not 45 minutes before) requiring me to stay in Miami overnight before booking me on a standby flight the next day. Customer service representatives were unhelpful and supervisor was rude. As someone who travels a lot, this was the worst service I have ever received from an airline (which says quite a bit). Will rethink ever booking a trip on American again.

Cons: We lost an item and while we are in airport waiting for next flight even though we know it would have got recovered by airport staff there is no way of getting it back unless we download a form online , print , fill the form and sign , scan and send it in email to lost and found team. This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there
