Cons: "It was the worst flight experience i have ever had!!. Our flight was scheduled for departure at 845 pm July 5th, and did not end up departing until 203 am!! We had to sit in the airport for 8 hrs, i barely had any money left and had to use it on food and snaks while we waited. The staff was very rude. I had asked them different times what was going on, because the time of departure kept changing and what were my kids and i supposrd to do, and they just said sorry and dont know what to tell you. After spending my last bit of money on food for my kids and i, I was told by another passanger that the airlines were giving vouchers for food. They never once in the 4 or 5 times i talked to them, offered or told me about the vouchers. It was a terrible experience all around!! We landed in portland at 330 am and had to still drive 3 hours home. we didnt get home until 630am. Ridiculous!!!! I was and am still very upset about the whole thing. Also the staff that was so rude in SaltLake City, every time i would see a concerned or upset passenger go up to talk to them, as soon as they would walk off the staff was over there giggling with each other about it. So Very RUDE!!! Another passanger said that Alaskan Airlines has habbit of having problems with delays . If this is the kind of experience that comes with flying Alaskan, then i will never fly with them again.!!! or go througj expedia"

Cons: "sadly my luggage/cargo which had fragile placards posted on it still got damaged. it was oversized (113 linear inches) and i tried to protect it as best as i could with cardboard and plastic wrap but somewhere between TSA manually inspecting it in kansas city and inflight, it got broken, so hopefully i find a way to fix it."

Cons: "Plane was delayed....which is fine... but when we finally landed, we parked on the tarmac in the rain after 1230am . Had to walk to the airport in the rain and wind. Older people were having trouble walking the distance, I actually went ahead to get a wheelchair for an older lady that I didn't know because there was no one on the tarmac to assist. Very horrible experience and I fly Alaska often. Never have I ever exited the plane on the tarmac in pdx and when I complained to an Alaska worker, she told me it was normal. I fly to PDX once a month and have never exited directly on the tarmac. I will definitely look for any other airline to fly instead of Alaska from now on. I will even fly spirit airlines....that is how much I will never fly Alaska again."

I really like that all I have to do is print my bag tag and drop my luggage at the desk. I don't ever have to wait in long lines except for security at PDX. I fly often and will continue to fly Alaska!"

I had to run like the wind to make the later flight. next time I walk slow and just let the flight insurance company pay for a hotel and morning flight. screw these on-line reservations. the airlines are NOT code share, they have zero reason to help a person connect and don't. so I will use a REAL travel agent next trip for a real code-share connection all the way."

Pros: "How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"

Pros: "No air conditioning. Sat at the terminal in 95+weather, many elderly on the plane in hot weather. Attendants said oh well well at least your not in the back of the plane. Also intercom was set to blaring with a high pitched squealing sound."

Cons: "After we boarded and were already sitting in our sits the stewardess came and removed our bags from the overhead compartment for another person with a larger bag! We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Pros: "I booked via Kayak using Virgin Atlantic shared out to Delta. Check was confusing as both airlines used different flight numbers. When I went to check in with Virgin Atlantic they told me to go to Delta. When I went to Delta they told me to go back to Virgin Atlantic. I wound up checking in with Virgin Atlantic. Everyone was very polite but check in was confusing. Everything else was wonderful. Cutomer service was great from beginning to end."

Pros: "Delta never used to be my first choice in airlines, but of my recent experience with them has been excellent. The people from the counter to the plane have been professional and courteous. This is why I will fly with them more frequently."

Pros: "What I USED to like was the no hassle, no problems getting the tickets right through landing on the tarmac."
Cons: "I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

Cons: "Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule."

Cons: "I'm tired of Delta making it IMPOSSIBLE to experience benefits of my loyalty. I flew literally AROUND the world in the past 6 months and it STILL doesn't qualify me for anything more than Silver elite? Seriously? When you use a voucher because of their error to lower your ticket price, but still pay cash for it, why does that then automatically exclude you from upgrades? Poor customer loyalty, in fact, non-existent these days."

The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time. Headphone jack had a very poor connection. Plane was dirty."

BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

Do you keep just one bottle for this big 777 fight. - Overall experience was horrible."

The entertainment system with controls in the middle of the arm rest where the elbow rests is such a bad idea, didn't even bother with this crappy unintuitive system. It was annoying and flashy with bright advertisements or something popping up on a night time flight just sooooooo annoying, turning it off was not intuitive and had to ask the flight attendants how to turn it off during their very busy work of handing out packages with five miniature pretzels and drinks to the passengers, was happy to get a whole cab of juice to myself though."

Cons: "Upon approach we were suddenly deverted to Seattle. I had a few issues. Number one you could not hear the pilot so that made it worse. The lack of communication was horrible. I have been on flights when there has been clarity given a change in plans but this was bad. We sat at the gate for an hour and a half, again no real communication, the fligh attendant t hope was joking when he said there was a half a bottle left for the whole plane...much later we were served water. Announcements were made but no clarity. We were told to collect baggage at number 2. Get a voucher for a hotel. After deplann9ng about 25 of us stood in line at the customer service desk where there were two staff working slowly. Then after an hour they announced we were in the wrong place, couldn't that have been explained earlier? Once we made our way out of the terminal to the ticket count the line was all the way down the hall. still with little info we waited. We landed at the alternate airport at 945, at 130am I had my vouchers, the food not useful until the following day, the hotels were full, no one picked up the phone for the shuttle bus to the hotels. I finally elected to sleep at the airport on a bench. We had actually all been reassigned a flight on our same plane. So I am not sure why we had to wait in line all that time. Our bags were not removed from the plane an irritated baggage claim attendant told me. It was a mess. The flight the next morning was fine, short, without problems for me. united needs to work on its communications. It would have been helpful to have someone out side running the line giving out info. And at customer service they should have been paying attention to their line. Would have been helpful."

Pros: "I liked how new and clean the plane was, and how orderly all aspects of the flight were."
Cons: "It has always seem really counterproductive to load the front of the plane first. All five of us said the same thing. Really dumb, so what....... if we were to have paid more money for first class. It would be faster. No need to wait for someone to get their bag in the overhead for so long."

I wouldn't have waited for group 5, when in reality I was group 3. and then because of this I had to turn over my carryon because no room for group 5 carryons. Also I like to have an aisle seat, and was squished into a window seat."

Akong with being an American made aircraft,even the small 737 is so much larger and comfortable than the any Airbus, sure makes your flight more comfortable and user friendly with the necessary leg room and overhead luggage compartment. My girlfriend and I just took a flight to Hawaii using American Airlines, and we were disappointed to get an Airbus every leg of the trip. I am 6'4" and those Airbuses have no comfort side to side or front to back, and I always have to see my chiropractor afterwards. You can't even get small carryons into their tiny overhead luggage compartments. I have flown United Airlines before and remembered that most of your aircraft were Boeing, so I chose this trip with you. Very comfortable flight and I look forward to my return trip. I will continue to Fky United Airlines from now on. And thank you for the new safety instructions video. It catches your eye and keeps you paying attention, and has humor too. Thanks again everyone at United"

I hope the Frontier corporate staff monitors these reviews and will improve, but honestly I doubt. Once a person or an airline becomes greedy, there is no way they will change for the best."

It was understaffed and poorly organized. Then it took another half hour to get through TSA; not Frontiers fault. By the time we got to our gate we were already impatient to get it over with. Boarding was slow as many passengers with window seats came on last forcing a constant reshuffling of passengers. While the crew was competent, all the other problems made the flight very mediocre."

Cons: "I chose this flight because of cost but don't be fooled - you will pay for everything extra - seat selection, carry-on or checked luggage, even coffee or snacks, extra. The seats are absolutely terrible in my opinion, don't recline, limited padding, very uncomfortable if flying over 2 hours. At the end of the day, this was only like $25 less than another airline (american in this case) - and all the other airlines are much more comfortable and include those little things like carry-on, nonalcoholic beverages and snacks. It isn't worth it, use another airline!"
