Only good thing about the flight is the price.
I do not like the two hour delay, after a hour maybe consider getting another plane.
Friendly attendants, plenty of coffee. Great service.
Everything about the flight was great
This was the best in flight crew I’ve experienced in economy class. They were efficient, friendly & humorous! Keep up the great work! They made flying in not so comfortable seats bearable.

Excellent service and a safe flight.
Food was bad. Crew was distracted gossiping. They skipped rows during meal times as they were distracted. The seats are the most uncomfortable airline seats I've ever sat in.
They change my flight, and I had no kosher food in the other one

BA/AA seats seem to be more cramped. No room in the overhead bin, too many passengers allowed to bring huge carry-on carts + bags. Stuck sitting in the middle with my carry-on bag, handbag and winter coat, glad I didn't buy any duty-free since there would not have been any room. Food service has declined, no snacks w/drinks, only packaged chips or cookies before landing.
-no communication -I stayed in 17 hours of cues -no hotel or meal vouchers -was not let out of the airport -no hydration in lines - people passed out -no line control, people were cutting and lots of arguments ensued -staff was not knowledgeable, was rude to angry customers -baggage was never returned to me, so I had to buy clothes for my business trip -did not answer phones -website went down -no apology or automatic refund, i had to call to get a manual refund
Friendly crew once you’re on the plane.
Two flights canceled due to weather - that’s understandable. The website, app, twitter help, and phone numbers not working for info or to rebook = unacceptable. Seats in premium economy are cramped and tight.
Poor food, poor movie choises
There was really nothing to like except for the price.
No leg room. Cramped seats. Had to pre order horrible food. Everything extra. We ended up paying so much extra that we could have flown Virgin Atlantic for the same price after all the ads ins.
Flight was four hours late, we missed the connection to from arlanda to Bangkok. Flight is twenty hours away and since my wife has a Thai passport we are stranded inside of the terminal for the entire time. Airline didn't help with this issue. Also, $260 for two underweight checked bags is ridiculous. No help finding gates at confusing arlanda.
The seats were comfortable and the crew were polite.

No meal served on an 9 hour flight .... no blanket or pillow WOW didn’t realize that was possible
