Cons: Standard no-frills gripes. Seat is tolerable but basic, no recline. No power, zero inflight entertainment, etc etc. They won't even give you a sip of water for free, which is just absurd in my opinion. They did give me a free cup of ice... so I guess ice + time = free water...

Pros: New plane, charging stations

Pros: The crew was very friendly and helpful. With the plane full they managed to serve all with smiles on their faces and solved all problems, including cabin luggage problem.

Cons: The flight was 90 min late. Boarding was pretty much a cluster as they tried to get an overbooked flight boarded in 25min to meet a reignited runway time

Cons: CCheck in process was horrible I only had a small bag which fit under the seat and yet I could not check in online or at the kiosk without somebody coming out to certify that my bag was indeed small very stupid and very cumbersome. I’ve been a United flyer for 30 years and this is the worst experien

Cons: Movie selection wasn't very good, and the touch screens aren't sensitive enough, so I could feel the person behind me poking the screen really hard to make selections.

Cons: Person in front of me had seat reclined from take off to landing. Nobody checked. Nobody told him it had to be upright during takeoff and landing. I believe that is a safety issue. Isn’t that why the flight attendants are there?

Cons: I would blame this on myself but had a second incident with CheapoAir. The date was wrong and neither cheapoAir NOR AA would help me to fix it without extravagant fees. Ended up eating the ticket.

Cons: Your seats and leg room are terrible...but you already know that. I am not at all overweight but I am tall and I dread 9 hours in your planes. Fortunately I was able to move to an exit row (without paying over $100 that your company wanted to charge me).

Pros: The boarding wasn’t smooth, there were 3 women at the podium listing zones and it was very mumbled and low, quite hard to hear despite the small area dedicated to Allegiant passengers.

Cons: The women at the podium listing flights could have been friendlier and more customer service oriented... there was a lot of mumbling into the speaker for boarding ... and the person kept giggling into the mic. Once past boarding, everything was great !

Pros: Gateway clean. Wheelchair assistance was helpful, and friendly Flight attendants were courteous

Cons: - Tiny bag of pretzels seems cheap for a $600+ ticket. - HATE, HATE, HATE the charges for the first and second checked baggages!! I stopped using UA over 7 years ago because of these charges that came when gas prices were high and never went away. Always use Southwest whenever possible. Cheaper!

Cons: As my mom explained to me, there was a time in the 1960's when flying was a special experience. The flight attendants were proud to do what they did, and treated people with kindness and civility. That is all gone now. It is an ice cold experience. I feel like cattle.

Pros: The crew were pleasant and attentive. The seat was moderately comfortable. The food was decent and two services on a 5 hour flight was nice.

Cons: I’m getting so tired of flying American Internationally on old planes without modern norms. What international flight doesn’t have seat back entertainment or better cabin environment systems?!
