Hospitality and service of the staff were excellent. Food was good. The seat was not as comfortable as the other Airlines that I have experience with.
I was in the premier economy and enjoyed the room and the comfort. Although I will say that it would take a real expert to make the location of the place to plug in headsets and chargers more difficult. With all of the room available it makes no sense to bury those connections and to make it so difficult to use them. The couple in front of me needed to use the cell phone light in order to see where to plug in a charger. The seats are comfortable and the food was good.
No way to add a bag without getting in line at the counter, which took at least half an hour. No WiFi.
The preboarding and the gate organizing management was poor, unorganized and mismanaged. While standing in the business line I kept getting ignored and the personnel kept checking in others, right in front of me until I finally spoke up and pointed out their clear signs of ignoring me while patiently waiting to be checked in. Once checked in the gate the personnel kept chit-chatting and not managing which group is to board, being totally nonchalant, unorganized and behaving amateur-like . Very unprofessional and unlike the quality the Austrian Airlines brand otherwise provides. The crew on the plane are always fantastic and the best. What a shame the crew on the ground was so mediocre.
Flight delayed with no explanation. Boarding was confused (proceed to plane, go back to waiting area).
Last few years I didn't not have great experience with United Airlines.
Short flight. Bare bones and kinda seeming like an older plane. But got me there on time and that's what counts. Perfectly fine flight all the way from start to finish.
I been flying with Austrian for few years, they never failed me.
Vienna airport is a zoo Agents directed me to the wrong gate and then the wrong line Lounge is so crowded no place to sit Not enough bathrooms anywhere On the flight they asked for medical attention While I attended to the problem they forgot my food when I got back They forgot to give me water at night Waited 1 hour for bags Agents didn’t know which Shute the bags were coming to so it was between 2 places
Food: my selection was pasta with vegetables, though it was potatoes not pasta. Breakfast was 2 rolls and some sort of spreads— not sure what they were. Worst thing was that we had to wait for over 90 minutes for our bags to show up at O’Hare
Excellent excellent flight! I’m sure it helped that the turbulence and the weather cooperated, but the staff was wonderful. The legroom was perfect and my husband is 6‘1“ and he felt perfectly fine. Best flight I’ve taken in a long time.
I have no Comment. Super clean, Fantastic Crew, Food was delicious. Also wanted to add the Zurich Airport. Super nice people everything is in order super clean.

The boarding of this flight was total chaos. For some reason, all passengers had to stand in a lengthy line at the gate to have our passports checked for the FOURTH time. No reason was offered for the necessity of the fourth re-check, and when we got to the end of the line, the check was perfunctory. There was little to no crowd control at the gate and in some cases, tempers were flaring. On the other hand, once we got on board, everything about this flight from start to finish, especially the quality of the food and the service, was probably the best I have ever experienced..
The seat and leg room is small on the 2 seated row. Otherwise, very good crew and service.
The meal was wonderful and strawberry ice cream was a plus.
I haven't flown Swiss in a long time. I was disappointed that after paying $14,907 for 3 business class seats, we still had to pay another $200 for a single business class seat. All the window seats used to be single seats. Now it's every other one and if you want a single seat it's extra. Also, The double seats do not have pods or any privacy. We landed in Chicago after a long 10 hour flight and our connecting flight was on United. Because we do not have status on Swiss, we were not allowed to use the United lounge, even with business class seats. My father is on crutches and we had a 4 hour layover. No lounge was also disappointing. All of my status is on British Airways so I will go back to flying BA. We flew Swiss because my father did not want to go through Heathrow. On a positive, the crew were super nice and accommodating for my father who had recently had hip replacement surgery. Food was okay. I"m not a good person to critique the food, I never like airplane food.
-Swiss airlines online check in app crashed multiple times -Zurich airport does not have very many bathrooms accessible to people with disabilities - closest disability accessible bathroom to departure gate was 1/4 mile away.
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it
Bussing in a major flight is idiotic. Cabin was too warm. Food was bland and felt old

Excellent food and service on my international flight. Most notable is the food provided by Turkish even for coach passengers is very good.
Food is very turkish. No regard for other natinalities taste and preference. The entertainment can be improved- it was the same menu on 10/8/25 and 10/25/25. The boarding is the worst in the airline industry- I suggest you ask your staff to and watch how other airlines do it.
We couldn’t fly to Chicago on our booked flight. The flight was overbooked.
Took forever to board. They made announcements without the loudspeaker and since the waiting room was full of screaming kids, no one could hear what they were saying. The business class sleeper seats were designed for tall skinny people. When partially reclined there was nowhere to rest my feet because they did not reach the footrest. and when fully reclined there wasn't room at my sides for my arms. Definitely one of the worst sleeper seats I have ever had.
About an hour delay but we made it to Chicago. I feel that the smaller connecting flights are the ones that cause the delays on the bigger planes that fly international.
