Third flight in two months where the crew was not there. Comfort seating does not guarantee overhead bin space. Passengers with children are allowed on the plane first - if you are flying to and from Orlando, this means half the plane has boarded before you get on. And somehow all the bin space is taken up. 3 out of 5 flights have had issues with equipment or procedure. Some of these instances caused the flight to be delayed because of a "nuisance" light. One time it was a bag that had been brought on board but did not belong to anyone so we had to return to the gate. Last night we were told the "AC" on the plane doesn't work well and we're 10th for take off- because the crew was late - and that it will get cool when we're in the air. Not sure if this is usual, but I didn't think flight crew could jump seat in first class. Movie and TV selection has not been refreshed for several months- flying one to two round trips each month easily exhausts the list of content.
Was revoked with Jet Blue due to delay from Kenya Air
The flight was flying with 30% capacity. The flight my seat from preferred seating to back of the seat. Even though i can understand that this was to balance the flight weight. The flight attendance decided to do the serving near my seat and in the middle , their noices woke me up from sleep , when i realized that the service has ended and when they were going back asked for a coffee, for which they answered they have completed teh service in my location. That really upset me as they woke me up and also rejected the coffee i asked. I ended up landing with a headache, thanks to the crew that screwed up my travel
boarded at 5:30 pm, pushed away from gate at 6pm ... takeoff was not until ~6:45pm; disappointing
Delta is a good airline. I've never had an issue with Delta. I'll continue to fly with them until they show me that I shouldn't.

After the long flight from Paris and a 4-hour layover I was more than ready to complete the last leg of my journey. We waited a few extra long minutes to ensure everyone’s bags were onboard which I didn’t mind but….😉. Would definitely choose Delta again.
The flight was delayed significantly. Communication during the flight was abrupt and caused some panic as we were navigating turbulence. It was also too loud and every announcement felt startling. The flight attendants did not offer any assurances and I felt unsettled most of the flight. The seats, floor and tray table was very dirty. The seat next to me was broken and the passenger sitting there was very uncomfortable. He had a spring in his back and his seat made terrible squeaking noises through the flight.
My experience with American Airlines was great. Unfortunately my stroller was not located and has not been given to me and or reached out in return for in regard to information.
It was awful. The communication between corporate and the crew on the ground left more to be desired. The crew even said that Corporate was waiting on answers because they themselves didn't know. Every hour, there was a new excuse. I also understood that passengers were angry, but the crew should have done a better job at crowd control. There was a racial exchange between passengers that could've been avoided has the crew acted sooner.
Plane from partner PSA was filthy. Plastic needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Really disgusting to look at and wonder about cleanliness of parts less visible.
We didn't take off until an hour after we boarded.
I had a very unpleasant encounter with one man from customer service: he was extremely rude and miserable. And his condition was reflected on his decision to send me to the worst airport hotel and get an awful flight connection. My hotel shuttle had never arrived and I had to book another hotel. People served by other representatives got a much better treatment and deal.
WiFi wasn’t working on the flight, several delays and gate changes, ended up taking off 3 hrs later

Pros: "I didn’t like the crew on board .. everyone else was good, there was a flight attendant on my flight very rude, I asked if it was possible to get an additional snack, and she looked at me, she told me something that I didn’t understand , she placed an extra snack on my tray.. then she picked it up and took it away from me … that was extremely rude .. I am a 71 years old woman and I was never treated the way the attendant treated me"
Cons: "You need to provide a better customer service to your passengers, you need to train them and evaluate them to treat passengers with respect, if they have a job it is because we people use your airline not the other way around"
