Pros: The flight was good.
Cons: The seat size could be bigger, and the layover was awful. Sixteen hours is unheard of.
Cons: Flight got delayed by 2 hours without specifying the reason. Weather was fine. Happened 2 hours delayed. From DC to Boston too when I took flight on 12th. Will avoid AA flights in future
Pros: On board crew was great!
Cons: Be on time! Flight was initially delayed 2 hours, supposedly for weather, but other airlines were flying to same location with no problems. Delay caused me to be rescheduled on 3 hour later flight. When I landed, initial connecting flight was boarding so was able to run to gate and get on anyway.
Pros: Seat was 9k. Comfortable
Cons: Plane late to take off because caterer was late

Cons: Long check-in lines in Denver - there were two sky caps outside who had no line which allowed me to reach my gate in time. Otherwise I may have missed my flight
Pros: Ronald our flight attendant made our first flight experience to Europe great. He was amazing.
Cons: I would not change anything.

Cons: The seats claim they have United Private Screening (TV and Movies) using the United app but it was not working. It worked well on the previous flight.
Pros: Crew was good, landing was great, entertainment was pretty good selection of movies, good seat space.
Cons: We had to run from gate 60 To gate 89. Jetway was hot while waiting to board.
Pros: Nothing. United has a long way to go.
Cons: Food is terrible. Honey nut cheerios is the only cereal choice, great for diabetics.
Cons: In a perfect world, no 2-hour delay.
Pros: The flight itself was good however, the cancellation/rebooking process by the airline carrier was less than satisfactory.
Cons: The airline carrier was not very accessible. I was on hold for a long period of time (during late night hours) for questions.
Pros: The crew was nice
Cons: Pilots showing up on time. The flight was delayed 3 hours not due to weather or mechanical issues. Then they boarded us on the plane, let us know it was delayed 1.5 hours, then back onto the plane at that time, then waited another 1.5 hours to leave. Unacceptable. I missed my work meeting from this.

Cons: WiFi didn't work
Pros: Most people had movies and other things to entertain themselves with via rear seat displays.
Cons: My rear seat display never worked, though I complained about it at least 6 times during the flight. Nothing was offered to aid or fix the problem besides the stewardess saying she'd reset it several times.
Pros: The seat and entertainment were good!
Cons: The female flight attendant in business had a serious attitude problem! She made us feel that she was doing us a favor! My wife never received her coffee or her silverware. I had to ask the male flight attendant who was very courteous.
Cons: When my husband retrieved his piece of luggage, it smelled terribly lie dog poop. We had to drive home with the windows all the way down because the stench was so bad and throw away the suitcase I had just bought because of the terrible smell. Just awful to come home to that!
Pros: Flight was comfortable and crew was very helpful!

Cons: baggage was not transported from BA flight to London to the BA flight to Glasgow
Cons: British Airways but the flights were operated by American Airlines who I've always had terrible experiences with. This was no different. TOTAL NIGHTMARE
