Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
Really old place. Not as clean as it should be, tray tables needed better cleaning. The items, trays and some other items need to b6 engineered. Anything task you or crew may do is incredibly load, seriously engineer for quiet smooth, easy. Just opening and closing the tray table is actually dangerous and can easily injure a finger. I'm sure it happens as it happened to me! First time I used United and likely will be the last!
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.
Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.
Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.

The flights to and from Cincinnati were great at being on time for both, departures and arrivals. The planes could use some updating.
It was a dismal experience. The flight was delayed for 4 hours, and we spent hours in the plane, without air, during the summer. We were not provided with water, and the medical assistance was inadequate when it arose.
The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞
My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏
It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,
It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.
The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
The big challenge here was that the inbound flight was delayed, THEN, the aircraft was deemed in need of service, so we had to deplane after being a few minutes away from departure, THEN we had to switch terminals, where another plane in our gate had maintenance issues so we had to change gates again. I am a regular flyer (not on American) so I understand these things happen. The crew was great. The pilot in particular was gracious and understanding and stayed with the passengers the whole time to answer questions and give updates - that was impressive. But the flight was massively delayed as a result, and today I really wanted to be home in time. Sigh The flight was otherwise great.
My original flight kept getting postponed multiple times, I would have missed my international flight if I waited. It was postponed through the next day. I ended up having to drive 3 hours away to get my next flight.
DFW notification of changing the gate notice was an inconvenience.

The flight was delayed multiple times due to the inbound flight arriving late, which is not a major issue. That being said, the boarding process was awful. The gate agent(s) didn't allow sufficient time for the pre-boarding passengers to get settled in and then called the four priority groups at the same time - i.e., called Group 1 and then called Groups 2-4 all at the same time. This approach had all four priority groups standing on the jet bridge from the airplane door to the gate end of the jetway for 10+ minutes in the heat (i.e., it was 96F outside and uncomfortably warm). This approach also made the actual boarding process a mess. There were multiple points of failure with the boarding process that turned a late departure into more of an issue.
Worst experience ever, extremely disorganized airline with super rude crew for first class passengers. I have submitted feedback to AA customer care online that this was my worst experience traveling in over 30 years
My flight attendant was miserable. Bathroom filthy and the water soapy in the tea. I’d choose delta everytime.

I am generally an American Airlines loyalist but this flight was not good. I was seated in an aisle seat and the gentleman in front of my had his seat fully reclined which made it impossible to work on my laptop, eat or drink.. The gentleman in the middle seat was watching something on his phone without headphones.
I was booked to travel from Dallas to Nairobi via Chicago and Brussels and had been issued boarding passes for all three segments of my journey. At the boarding gate in Dallas, I was required to check my carry-on luggage due to limited cabin space. Despite my attempts to explain that I was traveling internationally and would not have access to the bag during transit, my concerns were not considered. I also informed the staff that I did not have a padlock to secure the luggage, but this was disregarded. Consequently, I had to hastily transfer essential items from my carry-on into my handbag. To my surprise, upon arriving at Chicago Airport, I observed numerous international travelers boarding with cabin bags that were significantly larger than mine. This experience left me extremely disappointed and led me to decide against using United Airlines for future international travel, a sentiment I have also shared with friends and family. Unfortunately, the onboard experience on the Chicago to Brussels flight further reinforced my dissatisfaction. The cabin crew appeared disengaged, indifferent, and lacking in attentiveness, resulting in a service experience that fell well below my expectations.
It started well but flight was cancelled and they created a nightmare rebooking. It is two days later and we still haven’t reached our destination. I am in Amsterdam waiting on transfer desk to open (later than other airlines) to hopefully get a boarding pass. Once that problem is solved we will just pray this flight isn’t cancelled too.
They messed up my seat so I didn’t get the one I paid for

love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment
The flight delay made the connection a bit tight but that's outside the flight crew's control.
I liked the crews attentiveness, all food and drink items were tasty, and came out in a timely manner. The entertainment systems were not as responsive and my seat had issues with the auxiliary for the headphones. Seats were OK, and the headrest for my seat could go back only so far. Bathrooms were tight fit.
