Left on time, arrived 40 min early.
The food was the worst on an international flight (out of more than 30)

Who assigns the seats? A monkey? Half my party was seated away from me (including my 5 year old daughter); we were put in an exit row and then moved. Everyone around us was sitting apart from their traveling companions so that we talked over each other. The whole thing was absurd.
The flight again was quick and easy.
However, I couldn’t get soda water (not available) or a cup of coffee in between the meals. Again, I was glad I bought water before getting in the plane.
Staff was not concerned about anything, vague and uncaring..this was my son flying across the Atlantic idiots!! One pissed mom!!!
The selection of entertainment
My seats headphone connection did not work. I had to hold it and wiggle it around if I wanted to listen to anything.
Our ticket was canceled apparently due to an error by the airline. Very unhappy about that. The airline couldn't care less.

There not enough time for right connections if always delayed, bags are not at the destinatiion, no drinking water without ovepriced purchase on the plane from London to Prague,
Since I'm in a wheelchair the folks were ready at the gate to assist me with the aisle chair. Once on board, the crew informed me of an aisle chair in the plane so during the flight I can use the bathroom. This was my first time using the plane washroom. Food was great.
I can't get same helpful crew for Intl flights.

Super nice flight attendant. Really made all of us (business travelers, retired military folks, family with little kids heading to a wedding) feel welcomed and happy. Great experience.
90 minute delay leaving LAX. Stuck on plane. 30 minuet delay getting to gate after landing at SFO. Stuck on plane again.

I did not like the attitude of the obese old man (I, too, am an obese old woman) as I saw it toward some of my cabin mates.
I began asking for my wheelchair escort the minute I got off the plane. I was assured in Houston they would be there when I got to Detroit. They were not. The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful.
They were comprehensive and tried to move fast
