Would've been great if Lufthansa union cockpit pilots didn't strike for 2 days and caused a chaos to my returning plans to USA, and then after rebooking a flight 2 days later tge plane departed 35 min later. So I did not have a good experience.

Everything was on time and service on the flight was great!

Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.

I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket

Much better than Spirit. I was please by the easy fast check in and boarding

In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.

Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

After a delay at the gate, C3, at Ohare on Sunday, I left my Blk ski coat on the bench at the gate, lost! Please review my lob claim, thx.

United has come a long way, it’s been a fantastic experience traveling with them.

Always wish for more healthy, gluten free options. We have to bring our own.
