Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
I loved the free WIFI!!!!!! I had the United App and it allowed me to watch Avatar on the long journey to Hawaii. I think United needs to make that more known to the public for a huge advantage over all other airlines.
The crew was also extremely helpful and kind.
Clean! Comfortable seats. Crew friendly and helpful.
Movie choices limited, but even worse was that most of the machines were not working properly (could not read credit card info - so useless!!). And when they did the earphone connection was so poor you could only rarely understand what was being said. Very discouraging for a 5-6 hour flight!!! Fortunately the flight was only half full so I eventually found a monitor that would take my credit card ( after upsetting many folks, including myself, with all the moves ). My ears were mush trying to hear something that made sense ( work fine with my iPod). In the end the stewardess admitted the system was poor and they would be replacing it with a new service. At least then I stopped being frustrated with United. Wish I knew the system name and manufacturer so I could berate them for an inferior product. So sick of this in US. Products that are designed to fail after use - or not built to withstand the use they will be getting.
Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)
A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us, please send us an
and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
The fares displayed in KAYAK ads found on other sites include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found
by KAYAK users in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days.
Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge
additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
Hacker Fares sell tickets to/from a destination via different airlines and are subject to the booking
requirements and terms of each. Any changes made to one of your tickets will not necessarily afford
rights to change the other ticket. Fares change frequently and are subject to availability.
