Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. So after calling, I got my ticket rebooked for an earlier flight, but I couldn’t do the same for my boyfriend’s. At the airport we requested he check in as standby, however, the rep checking us in said he couldn’t. We asked for other flights arriving on the same day at the original ticket & even looking across partner airlines, he said there was nothing. Hard to believe, but then eventually said he found something by way of Lax to AZ to MIA & then KIN that would arrive later that night. We quickly took it because it was getting late to check in for TSA for my flight, only to find out later that the ticket he printed was for arrival the next night - not at all what we agreed upon! What a waste of time, as if the money we spent on this vacation didn’t mean anything, and when I called to get compensated, I was told to write in to AA. Write in. It’s 2018. Who can I speak with to get compensated for our time & money being wasted? I understand it may not have been within AA control, however, I would have liked for them to have cared that we were inconvenienced as paying customers, instead of being told, in action & in words, that the inconvenience we were being put through (to no fault of our own) was no big deal & we should just suck up the money we are loosing as a result. Very disappointed ☹️"

Cons: "This time, however, from the get go I had problems. The attendant at ticketing sent one of my bags in without removing the part of the ticket I needed. Second, the attendant at the gate took my carry-on down because she thought it was too big. I have this bag for years and I travel with it everywhere with me. Then, I could not find my carry-on in Lima and hell started. I asked one guy that had an orange apron and was helping with the bags. I told him that I did not see my carry on. He sent me to American lost baggage upstairs. I had to wait 40 minutes for the office to open. Then the woman working there was very unprofessional and rude and told me that I should have made a claim at the counter in the baggage claim area. Well, there are no signs that indicate that there is a counter where to claim your lost bags, you have to just be clarivident and know according to LATAN personnel. They found my bag and call us around 3:45PM, when they close at 5PM. Well getting to the airport before 5pm was a Mission Impossible action movie. Try getting to the airport in Lima during rush hour...finally, I got there on time to get my bag, had another encounter with another personnel that, again, attempted to blame it on me instead of doing her job efficiently and with a smile on her face...What is wrong with airlines personnel???"

After knowing that they took off (after 20 minutes waiting on the ground and there was no air on the plane ) and we were in the air for like 30 minutes , some people got sick and also my passed out including myself and also I'm pregnant and I couldn't breath and even if I asked a flight attendant a glass of water at least because it was 100 degrees on the plane without any air they didn't care . That wasn't a problem for me, when I arrive to Miami 4 hour later my luggage wasn't there because was delivered in the original fly. When I went to Frontier desk in Miami looking for a north where I can get my luggage the two frontier employee don't help me in anything. The answer was: I have to dispatch two more fly and when we finish probably 4 hour later I can help you. I told him I was in Vegas siunce 9 pm last day and frontier was the responsible I lost my fly last night. The said sorry but they can do anything. A"

Charged me 30 dollars to check my luggage, tossed it around so much that a bottle of scotch broke all over the contents, leaving me nothing to give as gift and nothing to wear . When I asked the representative at the airport what she could do about it, she said, "oh those things happen. " Not planning to go with Frontier again."

Bueno el avion decia airbus pienso que esta aerolinia no esta capacitada de ningun modo para hacer viajes mas largo de 1 hora 3- de regreso las vegas miami nunca me ofrecieron ni agua 4-los acientos no se podian ni reclinar tan si quiera mi novio tiene los pies grandes y tuvo que ir doblado todo el tiempo ... Entre mucho mas no recomiendo esta aerolinia es barata pero lo barato sale caro gracias!!!!"
