5 out of the last 6 flights i have taken with Alaska in the last six weeks have been problematic in one way or another. And to top it off, now you do not get points for super saver tickets purchased.

Alaska is fantastic, their experience is elevated compared to other airlines. Super efficient boarding too.

I am truely disappointed in the delays. I have been flying Alaska Airlines for years and years and have always had the most amazing experiences. Not what has happened with being on time. Flying from SAN to PDX delayed. Then .PRX to SAN delayed,

Was very easy to board but when you get to the confirmation board it was too high for me to see even with my glasses so I just hoped that I was lead to the right gate and waited for boarding.

The crew at the airport and in flight were excellent, the seats were a bit cramped but I am tall so maybe someone shorter wouldn’t care. Not many food options unless you know to pre-order. I would definitely fly them again but would pay for emergency row and bring food. Flight was perfect, arrived a little early.

A refund because I never got on any you guys never canceled it in the first place

They removed the cover off my checked bag and threw it away.

I was disheartened that AlaskaAir would not accept my service dog and not only was I not able to have him on my lap for my anxiety but they charged $100 and made me keep him in a carrier - zippered up so not even his head was exposed. This is a disservice to people with disabilities and will never fly with this airline again.

Bad. Flight was delayed over 2 hours and the plane was sitting on the tarmac the entire time. We received no explanation for why the flight was delayed.

The flight was delayed multiple times, there was hardly any announcements or updates on the kayak app advising passengers of the gates and times of any current flight. Very disappointing as this was my first flight with this airline.
