I never expect airline food to be any good but I’m always hoping it’s edible. This was not the case, as the egg breakfast made me physically ill.
The crew were very polite and looked smart, I didn’t find them very personable at all though. The entertainment system is fantastic and my meal was ok I guess, I requested the low fat meal, probably should’ve just had the normal one.
The seats are not very comfortable, very hard and textured seats that just don’t feel nice at all especially on a long flight. I weight about 11 stone (154 pounds) and even I felt like I was taking up a lot of room in my seat.
The onboard crew were lovely.
Stood at check in for over 30 mins with no staff in sight. Boarding was a disaster. Staff was not prepared nor organized and the crowds were unbearable. Upgraded seats were laughable and not worth an extra $60. Food was mediocre. Entertainment would have been good but GE touchscreens are so old, they were difficult to work.
Virgin Atlantic continues to give great service. Their lounges are way above all other airline lounges. It is difficult to get well prepared and fresh fish in lounges, but Virgin Atlantic knows how to do it.
They have one line of executive class after the kitchen and toilet, is very noisy.
KLM crews look unhappy with their work. Everything they do is a favor not duty.
The flight attendants could not do enough for you.
Business class was pretty empty but again I was not allowed to change my seat selection online. Pathetic check-in.
787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach.

Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor.

The seats were uncomfortable. They were hard and so narrow I had to sit crooked in the seat to keep from getting banged into by the service carts and every person going by to the bathrooms. I'm not tiny, but I'm not huge either, it was just overcrowded. It was also very hot in the airplane the entire way from Phoenix to Spokane. My husband, who is always cold, was even hot.

Uncomfortable, small, seat space with inadequate legroom. Lack of personal entertainment options. Paid extra for earlier boarding group which only benefited me by about 5 people. (NOT WORTH IT!) Lack of complimentary food options. (Pay for everything)

The Crew was lovely on the Transatlantic flight. The Dublin-HH crew was polite, one older lady was warm. Of course I would have like free wine, but I imagine many passengers might abuse the offer...
Narrow seats, not spacy feet place (fortunately a nice gentleman in the middle of us, 2 people, found a seat with more space - he was a very long and not too skinny man. Only 3 toilets for both isles of passengers on a TRANSATLANTIC flight.
Could not check in on-line from Dublin on either Air canada or Aer Linguis websites. Time to sort out this long-standing problem
