They did NOTHING to compensate the entire plane, made ppl leave back into a city with their bags, no food, etc. The gate agents handling it could've cared less and told people to call and complain it wasnt their problem. The service was horrible from top to bottom and cost people their entire day. Many missedevents, connecting flights and Alaska all the while didnt even comp a coffee to people theyd stranded from 6am to 6pm ,"

But my frustration with the flight that I was put on to Seattle and the continuing flight from Seattle to Burbank was delayed and not arriving for another hour late at 10:45pm, therefore I had to make other arrangements for a ride home from the Burbank airport costing me more money to pay and Uber ride back home to Simi Valley. Getting home way later than I would’ve liked to (11:45pm) considering I have to be at work at 6am. So I wasn’t too pleased with the flight delays"

Cons: "Logan airport requires that you leave the secure area and change terminals and go through security again to get to other airlines (so does Vancouver BC). This is very inconvenient and unexpected too and adds a huge time element that you have no idea is happening. Avoid it for any transfers."

I won’t be flying with Alaska after this trip."

The flight rep at the counter printed a ticket and told me the number listed on it my confirmation # and I should use it on my way back. That # was expired when I was having problems checking in online."

I called the flight attendent over to ask if it would stop and she told me it would not stop, it happens to any window seat because of the vent... I’ve flown a lot and NEVER had ice fall out of the vents repeatedly. Her response to my question was rude and she made me feel stupid for asking about the problem in the first place. The people around be we’re even shocked by her stern and rude response."

Travelers already tired and anxious about flying this only compounds the problem.They did get me a hotel room,but only issue meal vouchers one at a time. Alaska's ticketing and check in area is only manned for a short time and not on the weekend. Talk abourt a "Catch-22" I would rather have my money back than a flight voucher. I would only use Alaska if it was the only option."

Also, what really made me mad, instead of printing our boarding passes at the kiosk we went to a person (husbend had questions about Precheck) and she made us buy return tickets right then, on JetBlue. We had not decided on our return and wanted to leave it open. Can she do that? If not, I would like my money back."

When I went to the back to ask for my mom, they said they’re cleaning up already."

I kid you not, when they offered coffee to all passengers, I was so sure they would charge us I turned it down. Then, I noticed no one else was paying for it. The next time free snacks and drinks came around, I made sure to grab some! I also appreciated the few extra inches of leg room in every row. Being 6'3", not many planes are designed with your comfort in mind. I fit fairly comfortably in a non-emergency row seat. Last time I flew to Baltimore for work, I had a terrible experience with a different airline. It was $200 less expensive than most airlines, but I ended up paying more in baggage fees and seats. It was only a 1 hour flight and My boss said, "Cheap things usually cost you more, in money, time, and emotion" and nothing has been truer. I always assumed that flights were always unpleasant experiences. Now, I know better."

Not that I'm expecting a luxury experience while flying economy, but I felt as though the headrest was farther back than average. I can usually fall asleep on a plane and wake up without neck pain, but I really struggled to even figure out a relaxing position this time around. I also did not know that JetBlue did not serve meals on cross-country flights. Or, on any flights for that matter. Had I known, I probably would've picked up a breakfast sandwich before boarding."

The crew was late, there was no food, customer service had quite an inappropriate attitude, and tvs on the plane barely worked,"

Poor communication to passengers. Once on the plane the headphone jack didn’t work because something was lodged inside of it."

Pros: "Delta flights run one time and their fleet seems newer than most with comfortable seating. Having free movies in the seat back ahead of you is a big plus with a good selection of movies. Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."

Poor coordination between Delta & Jet Airways - the meal preference was selected before flight at the Jet Airways website but the same didn't get registered properly, even though the website confirmed to me that it was all set. This resulted in appropriate food not being available to the customer on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam. The customer had to literally starve on the flight. 3. The pursers and stewards on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam weren't pleasant and courteous at all. For anything they were asked, their responses ."

This is when they informed me that the flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on the 9pm flight (Mind you, this is 12:30p and I have a 2 year old with me). Luckily, I was able to book JetBlue and get home earlier (8:00pm)"

Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!"

Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate."

As a frequent United traveler BOS > SFO, normally a 5-6 hour flight, attendants always seem to be rushing, brusque."

Cons: "I paid for 30 minutes of WiFi to download the United app on my iPad. I wanted to watch the movies/tv shows that were available to passengers. The WiFi was spotty and slow so I wasn’t able to load the app. Needless to say I was disappointed. I also was disappointed with the seating. I am an average size person and I felt very cramped in my seat. My shoulders and neck are killing me after a 2 hour flight. I know that I chose the economy seating but I don’t remember the seats being quite so narrow or the leg room being non existent."

It was a full flight and was even overbooked, I volunteered to take another flight to provide room but then it turned out I was able to take the last seat. Small but clean airplane."

Should have a pet area inside the security of airports, like Palm Springs does."

My first luggage was delivered quickly, the 2nd luggage arrived 3 days after we arrived home."

At the kiosk check-in at Logan, the machine wanted to bill us $25 to check my wife's bag. It took another 20 minutes to get this rectified."
