Cons: Waited one hour and 50 minutes for my luggage. The ENTIRE flight had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes for our bags to come in on the carousel. There were no apologies or explanations or compensation offered for our wait. Absolutely unacceptable.

Cons: Could have been in time waited seated in the plane for more than an hour due to technical problems , airline could have provided free refreshments at least as a consolation

Cons: Not having an eight hour delay due to poor scheduling of the airline.

Pros: The flight started with 7 min delay for one crew not showing up. Eventually we had to wait on the plane for one hour for the plane to fly

Cons: contacted customer service 3 times while the first 2 times over the phone and was promised to get a $100 travel voucher in 24-48 hours. Never got that. When called 3rd time I was asked to email their support which I did and one week have passed and nobody bothered to respond yet. Typical United!

Cons: Delayed flight and then undelayed it, and then delayed it again - so many almost missed the flight. The guy next to me smelled like a barn animal and cigarettes. United needs work.

Cons: I wish the headphone jacks allowed standard headphones. I brought a nice set and didn't have an adapter. I used the ones they included which were ok, but not great.

Pros: Not one thing. AA promised us a hotel. No we did not get that. And because I changed my flight on the phone (cause stuck in airport) said we we were supposed to stay there. We were not Compensated with a food voucher. I was supposed leave St Lucia though Miami and I am disappointed

Pros: I received the survey for this flight before we even boarded lol. People’s online boarding passes had expired. Noted that it was “due to weather” weather is totally clear, haven’t seen a flake of snow, it’s just cold.

Cons: bags were a bit delayed in delivery to baggage claim.

Pros: Non stop flight. The crew went out of their way to help us enjoy the flight. Food was available during most of the flight. The crew was friendly and enjoyed helping us get to our vacation

Cons: The entertainment system. I started watching a movie but couldn’t finish. Once the movie stoped I could not restart it.

Pros: Captain kept us updated on everything going on, he made up time and got us to Austin pretty much on time. Staff was friendly. Huge plus was Houston’s terminal updates for United with iPads to order food - made it quick and easy to eat and run!

Cons: Gate was changed and Houston is a huge airport so lots of walking, flight was delayed, no snacks and only room temp water offered, no entertainment provided

Cons: Too late to download app once on plane so stuck for hours without entertainment on a long flight. They wanted to charge for most everything. First class was not as good as economy on other airlines. I have no idea why anyone would select United on purpose. I know I will not pick them again...

Pros: Crew was pleasant and just plain awesome. Boarding process at Austin was very good. Flight was about 25 minutes early into Denver.

Cons: Denver airport with all the construction is pretty disappointing. Hard to navigate. They need to hire someone to come up with easier way finders for people to see. Also parking is HORRIBLE. Long term and all the public and private companies offering service and to me not one of them does it well.
