Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."

I was very annoyed getting off the plane walking back and forth....it was aweful. and my flight before this was no better i am VERY TURNED OFF BY AMERICAN AIRLINES RIGHT NOW."

Cons: "The gate was changed 1hr prior to boarding despite the arriving plane having landed 3hrs prior. So with stroller and infant in toe, I had to run to change terminals/buildings. There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

Most MIA staff was very rude (this wasn't American's own staff, or TSA, I should note). American stripped my group of our seat assignments (which we had selected 6 months prior) without reason and with minimal apology. No solution offered. Got middle seats but luckily was able to switch on one of the computer kiosks. Flight crew didn't seem to care that other people moved to the for-pay seats further up front (the flight wasn't full)... so why did we lose our seat assignments and get grief with not being able to select anything good? Not impressed."

There was minimal communication and no real understanding of what was happening by frontier. When asked about any sort of compensation the employees were extremely rude and difficult. After so many hours they’re required to give a 50 dollar voucher but failed to do so. After not sleeping for multiple nights due to my situation I did not arrive into DC till 1am and had to drive multiple hours home in the middle of the night which was a major safety hazard. Frontier did not offer to compensate a hotel or anything for the inconvenice. Extremely disappointed in the horrendous service provided by the airline in this nightmare scenario"

Tray table is about 1/3 the size of most airplane tables. I asked at the ticketing counter if I was able to board with both my purse and small bag (both would easily fit under the seat together), and was told I'd be charged for a carry on, so I had to stuff my purse inside the personal bag to avoid a charge. Flight crew was polite but not overly friendly. Snacks and beverages are not complimentary (I didn't ask about water but it seems like there are mixed messages about whether that is complimentary or not based on other reviews). I have flown Frontier in the past so I was aware that seats and baggage cost extra, but prices seem higher than they had been in the past ($12 for the cheapest pre-selected seats, $36 for carry on). Only perk was that the flight was direct from DEN-IAD."

While we waited during the delay, the Frontier staff openly mocked previous passengers, repeatedly cursed, sat in wheelchairs gossiping, ignored guest requests, and loudly discussed bowel movements. My fiancé wrote two complaints to the airline during our wait - none of which received a response. This airline is unprofessional and I will not fly it again."

Cons: "The ticket cost buys you the option to pay for a seat. To get a seat next to my wife, we paid $17 per seat that didn't recline (that is extra) and the seat themselves are hard plastic with a 2 mm thick pleather cover. Each bag was $45 and they charged for each carry on. Every drink including water was a fee...worst flight I have ever experienced. We paid for another airline on the return leg."

Pros: "The flight was late by one hour but still reflected one time. No agent was available to provide flight status. Once we boarded, we have to wait another 30 minutes because the ground crew put to much fuel and some had to be burned off to ensure the right amount when we reached our destination. My husband said he would put Frontier as the last airline on choice when flying."

Cons: "Luggage drop of was terrible, unorganized lang lanes that went very slow. Everybody was mixed because there were no signs. waiting time was very long, I barely made it and I was 2 1/2 early. Plain was delayed. No announcements. When we are finally boarding big confusion because the gate said Denver and not Washington DC. Passengers were mixed from both flights"

Pros: "Once we got into the Gate, which was a problem coming and going into Denver --it was fine. We waited for a good 20-30 minutes to pull up to the gate. (on the way to Seattle, in Denver the wait was 40 minutes on the tarmac). Seems like Frontier must be struggling."

Cons: "If I knew ahead of time the type of service Frontier offers, I would've just paid extra for a different airline. At least I would've been happier with better service. Every Feontier employee I came into contact with was either jaded or grumpy as if hey hated their jobs, which made the experience even worse. All of my flights were delayed for whatever reason, and dealing with the staff made the experience that much worse. Most of them were so rude! I can't see how this airline exists!"

Pros: "Flights were least expensive of all the ones at Dulles Airport and they had reasonable flight times. We checked two bags and each carried a personal items, back packs, purse, and briefcase. This was fine for our week long trip to Florida."
