stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable

Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

Flight got delayed; had to go through security three times.

A lot things happened in this trip. The fly should be less stress.

Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement

We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

Good trip, excellent attention. I like Copa Airlines, the best. 👍🏻

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

Crew was great. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and I’m a small person.

Awful. Delay after delay. And then again on the tarmac.

WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?

Excellent except for the 2 screaming kids who wouldn’t stop crying and screaming for the entire flight but what are you going to do? The flight was early- good experience

Kept changing the takeoff time and the moved it up so arrived when boarding had already started. Then sat waiting to taxi in for a long time

great starting with the business Class that's was Amazing . thank you United Airlines and brussels Airlines

My email and credit card were used fraudulently for this trip, so no, I did not take this flight.

Nothing, it was a fraudulent transaction. You probably should have caught that.

The staff were polite and professional. I found the boarding for First Class Business customers not great. They didn't offer me pre- boarding. Just regular zone 1 boarding which didn't feel great. On board and throughout all of our United Flights we found the staff wonderful. We'll definitely fly United again.

Very punctual. Comfortable plane and great entertainment options. The staff was very nice.

My flights were all delayed , mostly due to technical issues with AA aircrafts. I had to rebook my trip 4 times . I lost my whole day and finally arrived in LAX around midnight. This was a very bad experience with American airlines , I will always try to avoid flying with them

AA was fine....the overall experience was subpar, but not due to the airline due to broader issues

Delayed and WIFI was not working for most of flight.

Free wifi was available, but only some time, being at least 30 minutes into the flight. it would have been better that an announcement had been made about the delay.

We were not offered anything to drink in business class during the boarding process.

Flight from Miami to Tampa was canceled on sudden notice. No alternatives were offered except next day's flight in the evening.

I arrived three hours early and I got all the way to the gate within 30 minutes once the ticket counter opened up. New trainee on her second day did a fabulous job.

They ocer booked the connecting flight. My bags took a long time to come out, nevertheless I got to the gate in time to board, but they have given my seat to another passenger. They were aware I was connecting from another flight that was a little late, but they did not care. The customer representatives were rude. A horrible experience.

A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.

My overall experience was wonderful. American airlines looked after me very well in all my flights. I'm especially thankful with the way they dealt with my connection Phoenix - Honolulu, in which I had less than 20 mins to board, and the staff were able to get me in, as well as my luggage. A big thanks to them!

Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim

awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off

2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination

It was so nice! I wish that we can have direct flights to El Salvador 😊😊

Fabulous! This was the first time we've flown with JetBlue and the entire experience was flawless!

First time flying JetBlue and my perception changed. Love it.

Poor, had a 5+ hours delay. Kept sitting in the aircraft with three kids. It was terrible

The plane was filthy and worn - the seat pockets were stuffed with tattered food and torn pamphlets. The cleaning crew that came on as we were deboarding were grabbing handfulls of trash and perfunctorily wiping down tables with dishrags. It's been a while since I flew Jetblue and it used to be a great experience. After this flight I will avoid flying Jetblue again if there is any alternative.

I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. Our flight was delayed 5 hours, very disorganized, bad communication, confusion. Only good thing was the crew.

As previously experienced neither check in staff nor cabin crew were friendly or welcoming

Avianca has transitioned from full service legacy airline to "low cost" but has now became a strange hybrid (minimum leg space, started offering business class in domestic flights again, charges passenger for printing boarding pass, etc.). National and international coverage and destinations are really wide but service is not at its best

The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

Not what it used to be. The sale of food makes them look greedy!

Terrible, We had to stay in Bogota for two days due to weather but the airline did not provide for the same day flight. Only two days later

Be very careful of the initial low price because Avianca wil bill you for a carryon of $120 or a checked bag for $120. Also, be careful with connections because the customs entry process is slow and the connecting terminal is not close.

Worst airline , charge for everything even for water, seat space is very bad

Almost we lost our connection from Bogota to Aruba 🥴 Because we get out late from the plane of Medellin

There was no bag included in the reservation. The price was double. Not properly advertised

The worst airline, the crew so mean and rude, everything was a nightmare, if I start to write, I'll never end
