Cons: "There was a problem with the lights, but there was barely any communication between the crew and the passengers. We were supposed to take off at 8:20 pm, and at 8:58 pm, the captain informed everyone of an issue with the lights and that it would be 10 more minutes. However, it wasn’t until over 30 minutes later, at 9:29, when the captain said that it was going to be another 10-15 minutes which turned into over one hour because we didn’t end up taking off until 10:46 pm."

Cons: "Small point, I suppose, but when i’m On a “national champion” carrier like Aerolineas Argentinas, I expect them to put their coubtry’s Best foot forward. Having noticed in their in-flight magazine that the airline had improved its selection of Argentine wines, I asked which ones they had. The flight attendant said they had no wine on board because it was not an international flight. Since we were flying from Rio to Buenos Aires, I said “What?”, or words to that effect. I thought, “This will come as a surprise to both countries.” It reminded me of a TAP transatlantic flight I took last year, which had no Portuguese wines in board, not even Port. Why don’t airlines show more pride in their country’s food and drink?"

Pros: "All Flights that we've taken on this airline have departed and arrived on time. The crew are courteous and speak English. On short flight, there is nothing served, no drinks or anything, but on longer one over 1 1/2 hours you get some snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for free. On this flight there was an airline strike 2 days earlier. The seats are roomy compared to airlines in the USA."

If I hadn't gone to the front and managed to ask a representative about our flight I never would have known that our El Calafate flight was being checked in at a special counter."

I reached the airport 1hr and 45 min before my flight only to be told that while there was a reservation, no funds were transferred to the airline. As such, i would have to purchase another ticket. I tried to reach FlightNetwork USA (associated with the purchase) and their representatives were incompetent to say the least. I missed the flight. I was able to reach an agreement for a refund ONLY after the company pressured me to not notify my bank nor to file a claim as the only way to collect the funds they had taken from me. I will NEVER book through your company if you continue using FLIGHTNEWTWORK, which is a highly organized scam. Best, Sabienne"

Not sure I'll ever use Kayak or fly Aerolineas Argentina again. I am telling everyone I know about the experience so they will beware of using Kayak."

Cons: "Late flight with no information on why there was a delay. Managed to catch the connecting flight but our luggage did not. No one gave us a lost luggage number so no one was able to tell us where our luggage was."

Pros: "Boarding in BA was not organized, employees floating around without clear directions. I was an economy class passenger, so food and whatever else was appropriate. Landing was on time but a lot of precious time was lost before I could get out of plane making my connection really tight. Overall I was OK."

Cons: "We all sat in the terminal for an hour waiting for our bags to finally come. They said there was a problem with the truck. An airlines shouldn't have a single point of failure like that."
