I was stuck in Miami for 24 hours! I waited in a line for 3 hours just for a hotel still at the airport. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Quick flight. No time to stress over it. Over before it begins.
Boarding was atrocious. Completely unorganized bedlam. Could not understand the person announcing. The PA system sounded like Charlie Brown's parents.
American Airlines, the airline that you can depend on great customer service. Decent fares, friendly staff, great customer service
It was awful. My first flight was delayed and as a consequence I lost my second flight to Greensboro. I did not know what to do so I rebook myself a flight to Charlotte . It was very inconvenient I not to have anybody form corporate assisting me either from PwC or from kayak . It is a very disappointing experience that American did not wait 1 minute or told me to rebook before making the first flight
The drinks selection could be improved some. I like the fact that I can pick my seat and get upgraded fairly ofter.
Our flight was canceled and we were stranded in another state for 3 days and were not allowed to get our bags.
We were redirected to a near by city due to weather and had to stay in the aircraft before flying to the original destination's airport. The whole delay added 3+ hours and were were not offered any snacks or water.
The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.
Have to say the airport crew for this flight was terrible, the attitude of the ground personal was not something I expected from AA. They were rude and prepotent. Made a comento to customer service and the just answered that their personal are professionals. They asume they are never wrong and we the customers are the problem. Big X for AA.
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
Super BAD Everyone Behind the counters in Cancun Not Helpful At All And then on the second flight I Had to purchase Cancun - Guadalajara one of the flight Attendants Kick Out a Couple Out of the Plane and that Flight Attendant Had a Mask So People wouldn’t take pics of her and she was kind of Mean ! I Would NEVER Flight VIVA EVER THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ! People think They Are Cheap but They Arent!!!
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
Staff especially Alan Hernandez was a great help with arrangements for my partner and me sit together. This made the trip do much more enjoyable. Thanks so much.
No entertainment, charging, nor wifi on board but I napped for basically the entire time so it was alright. Was allowed to switch seats because the flight was not full but everyone was assigned to the back. Comfortable seats and we got moved to the emergency exit so the extra room was nice.
They closed the gate over 25 minutes before departure and I didn’t get to board.
NOTHING.. THEY CANCEL MY FLIGHT WITHOUT NOTICE AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW ONE..
Ridiculous fees for seats and restrictions of 10kg carry on. Cheap a$$ airline
Viva aerobús didn’t let me check in to my flight even when there was more than an hour before take off.
Really need our opinion? I have always same bad experience with you about the hours waiting until my airplane is ready. The excuse is always the transit! You Need immigrate to the new Airport AIFA.
