In Mexico charges too much for my luggage and I ask for help and nothing one lady she just disappeared 😡😡😡😡😡never going to fly there

I got to where I needed to go quickly. There were no amenities. And the seats were painful.

They were only able to give me a seat and not my travel companion, she had to fly on a different airline. unacceptable

Stood inside the plane for more than an hour before take off

I never got an email for checking in for my flight back to Los Angeles so I got to airport extra early to sort it. they changed the gate, and so I had to run to the other end of the airport. Their app is wonky. They are not on WhatsApp and I didn’t have cell service to call for help. I think they need to up their game with communicating.

Inept company. Won't fly again with them if I can help it. Plane was the wrong size and they couldn't board 20 people.

On time, boarding was a little chaotic and with little information

More options for snacks or drinks ( taking in consideration that a lot of people suffer from Diabetes now days

To check in, it was horrible. their charges are outrageous. too many passengers, few people at the counters
