Cons: "Luggage policy $60 per checked luggage is extremely high, other than that at the México airport this airline do not pro use an international booth, so, make this a 90 minute lune with zero help from airline crew to even guide travelers, bad experience there, luggage damaged when came..... zero response from the airline. So in a nutshell is a very high priced airline with bad service"
Cons: "Hand sanitizer and temp check at gate. I watched a crew member pick her nose."
Cons: "First time flying Volaris, both flights were delayed. The seats were very uncomfortable and overall bad experience."

Cons: "Connecting flight was a nightmare. Airline did not accepted electronic boarding pass. They made me make a 1 hr. line to get a paper one. Couple of passengers and I almost lost flight. Volariis counter staff did not provided nor informed a paper boarding pass was needed to fly internationally when I told them I was traveling to Dallas."

Cons: "I was flying with my husband and 3 you. Children and couldn’t sit together. I was not told the high luggage charges and that I could register before for a cheaper rate. The lines to check in were over 1 hour and 20 minutes wait. The flight attendants do not speak English so could not communicate or help me at all."
Pros: "The passengers sitting by me were very helpful. They put my carryon on the overhead rack for departure and arrival. The handicapped attendant was excellent when I arrived in Cancun and stayed with me until my transfer was found."
Cons: "I have traveled several times annually with Volaris for at last 13 years and this is the first time the service was so bad, virtually no service was offered at any time. Everything seemed disorganized. No food was offered or even a glass of water. I am 86 years old and travel handicapped all over the world with excellent service. I was shocked that I as dumped in a seat at the Volaris gate from the wheel chair by the attendant; and, who never returned to help me board the plane. I made the mistake of tipping him well. No ramp was available and I had to beg for help with my carryon as I have to hold on with both hands to go up the stairs. Cancun’s attendant for handicapped was much better and truly helped me and stayed with me until my transfer was found. Tijuana’s airport service was horrible."
Really need our opinion? I have always same bad experience with you about the hours waiting until my airplane is ready. The excuse is always the transit! You Need immigrate to the new Airport AIFA.
It is very uncomfortable to have the official timing saying on thing and the airline saying other things. We couldn’t have a proper dinner with kids below 5 years and the hassle to board just isn’t functional
It was an ok Flight bur pilot humor during announcements make it great

Pros: "Compre 2 vuelos viva light y no respetaron mis maletas ni el peso. Tuve que pagar un extra de $950 pesos x una maleta que xke no eran las dimenciones. Y se pasó con 4 kilos. Es una exageración y abuso de esta aerolínea... también perdí 4 vuelos xke no avise 4hrs antes del vuelo si yo hubiera sabido que mi esposo se iba a enfermar de diarrea. Al día siguiente les hablé y les explique pero de nada sirvió. Que tenía que presentar un certificado médico para que me dieran un % de crédito pero nada más de mi esposo que fue el que se enfermo... ni modos de que dejara a mi esposo abandonado en el hotel en alla en Mazatlan. Tuve que esperar 3 días hasta que se recuperará... pero a la aerolínea no le importa el servicio al cliente y también se que está publicación tampoco va a servir de nada..y si compras aseguraba tampoco sirve de nada."

Cons: "To: VivaAerobus Airlines I requested a mobility chair and was denied, however they did get a chair for my grandma at the airport. I was told by my grandma that there was a portion of the walk to the gate that she had to walk, she made it, but she got tired. This is not professional at all."
Pros: "Clean new plane"
Cons: "No free food or drink. They give you a menu with overpriced sandwiches, then inform you they've run out. One look around the plane and you see no one is eating. You have to pay with credit card and wont accept cash, which is nonsense! Had to ask them 3 times for my cup of noodles."
Cons: "Crew is always late. Felt like we were thrown into a box and rocketed through the air. Handled my bag horribly. Was covered in mud in arrival"
Cons: "We borded plane and stayed and did not depart until 1hr and a half after. No explanation from crew as they sat and joked around. Once plane did leave the crew was extremely childish having full blown personal conversations loudly during the flight. During the emergency briefing crew was laughing at eachothers jokes. Super unprofessional overall"
