Multiple delays and not straight answer from the United team

They switched out gate from terminal 1 to terminal two ten minutes before boarding. So we had to make a 20 min crazy fast walk to a different terminal. Then we boarded the plane and waited for over 40 minutes until push back. Brutal
We paid extra for the seats with extra leg room. But we were not allocated the seats with extra leg room nor refunded the money we paid for the seats.
I liked all the informational texts. I always knew where to go and when .

Awful. Worst airline I have ever been on. Crew were among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. United staff members were rude and disrespectful. My flight was delayed, causing me to miss a connecting flight. I understand things happen, but when staff start lying about what actually happened, that is when I have an issue. Just be honest, really it isn’t that hard. I’m being very honest with this review and I don’t find this difficult what so ever. In fact, because of United Airlines, my Christmas holiday was off to a really rocky start. As someone who has traveled across the world, it has only been United that I have had a truly awful experience.

Received an email the night before showing that there would be seatback entertainment on our flight. We get on and there was no seatback entertainment. And then it was a scramble to try to set up the iPads for the kids before takeoff so they could watch something for the four hour flight.
really bad they refused to check in luggages that I had purchased, even showing them the transaction receipt from british airways app the staff in miami was MEDIOCRE
Uncomfortable seats and flight attendant was rude as she insisted on waking up my husband to ask him if he wanted a drink. When he said that he was sleeping, she replied “without an attitude “. He was seated at 8c
No food/snack served during the flight. Crew wasn’t interested at all. Flew American First but flying low cost with Ryanair is even better
Nice modern plane. Can use your own device for entertainment. Get a snack on the plane.
Flight was late and missed connecting flight. They could have better accommodated, but instead did an overnight and had to arrive the next afternoon.
The flight was delayed leaving Miami. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were unable to park at our scheduled gate. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could park at a different gate. All in all, we were delayed by almost two hours arriving in Charlotte.
the pilot that landed this flight in Philadelphia did an amazing job, the weather was absolutely terrible and we landed safely.
Same as before being upgraded to business class made it perfect
We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!
Didnt realize i had bought a seat that couldnt recline. Not horrible as it was very short flight.
