The gate was very muggy and warm.

Great crew, live TV and a very smooth flight when we left Fort Lauderdale.

They should have communicated earlier to fliers about a possible 2 hour delay. Due to an unforeseen accident on the highway, i was unable to go and park at an already booked and paid off-site parking facility so I ended up parking at the airport only to learn that the flight was delayed after 30 mins or so at the airport. I was not happy.

Smooth flight. We left earlier than expected and arrived 30 minutes before expected arrival. Everything was smooth.

We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for over 2.5hrs because of “Misterious tape on the plane found by ground crew” Then we sat watching plane after plane take off before us because of traffic. There was no phone charger on the seats so with all the delays and me trying to notify everyone at the Wedding in Santa Barbara (my final destination) it made it difficult to reach everyone. I paid extra to fly straight in to Santa Barbara because this after there was a Bridal party Wine tour which I am missing. The next flight is at 4pm and I have all the Wedding dresses cholis/Sarees. I asked even for a Rental car at Customer service so I could get there by 4 at least instead of 5-6pm ad they said “Oh we don’t do that” I understand mechanical problems or weather delays but don’t say you found Tape randomly on the plane that you need to check out and then sit in line on the tarmac for another hour+ It’s extreemly upsetting and disappointing. If my Luggage for whatever reason does not arrive on my now later flight to Santa Barbara I will be beyond disappointed AND will have disappointed the Bride and 4 other of my Best Friends.

There are 9 boarding groups some of which have no one in them. I don't understand why. Seats don't have screens for entertainment so you have to use your own device to. Make sure you have extra batteries since there is no power to charge on board.

Flight from Narita to Kaoshiung was great, as usual, with JAL

Slept overnight in LA terminal, Bag sent to San Diego. Flight on American Airlines to Narita was cramped. Short stay in Narita, on to Kaoshiung via JAL, got to Kaoshiung and bag was/is still in San Diego. Hopefully, I'll never have to fly American Airlines again.

The Delta staff in the Augusta airport seemed to have a hard time with getting people boarded - the instructions for what zone was being boarded and who could take what baggage or who was going to need to gate check bags was... not good.

Wonderful service. Staff was attentive and helpful. Flight was great. I got to watch a couple movies and was able to retrieve my oversized luggage easily and even quickly. Thank you, Delta!

I’m not a seasoned traveler and packed some needed items for our home out-of-state in an oversized bag. That bag ended up costing me $200 extra at check-in. I could’ve Fed-ex’d for cheaper or put into two separate bags for cheaper. Then, my flight was delayed an hour.

The flight attendants was very rude & keep harassing me about my emotional support dog, I was a real animal hater, the complaint is to long to list here, never experienced such a rude flight attendant in all my years of flying , I filed a official complaint with delta.

I like that the Captain made the announcements and updates himself.

Repeated maintenance delays that appeared to be never ending. Captain and Crew gave good, fairly honest updates, but they were unable to source another aircraft and got lucky that the maintenance crew was able to fix it. Our row (32 DEF) was even narrower than the other rows and there were no outlets available for charging onboard.

3 hour delay, water didn't work in bathroom so there was no washing my hands, bathroom old and dirty, seats old, mismatched and dirty. Essentially a terrible flight.

I had someone waiting on me at the gate to escort me to the plane! Great service!

I called the American 1-800 number and was initially greeted with the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I wish i knew her name. I hung up and called back and was helped so well by Anna.

They left our laggage out in the rain at some point of our trip and the contents of our suitcases were soaked. Ruined a dress my wife had planned to wear to a wedding because the red suitcase bled through to the dress. Underwater, etc was soaked. The extent of it we didn't realize until unpacking the suitcases later. Totally disgusted they could have left our suitcase in the rain uncovered (or perhaps dropped them in a puddle).

Only that flight was on time departing and arriving.

Price for carry on is more than checked. Attendants never asked our row if we wanted any drinks or snacks. Attendants not friendly. Pilots were though. Seats were the smallest and cramped I've ever experienced. Seat did not recline.

Put me on an Aeromexico plane without a seat. When I went to get seat assignments she gave me very last seat with a “window” she said. There was no window. I was absolutely closterphobic

The flight was very smooth, even the landing and take off. Cudos to the pilots. Liked that we were given a pillow and blanket (FREE). The food was good and the crew was pleasant. I loved that we had FREE movies and TV programs to watch with FREE earphones.

The seating is AWFUL for economy section. For this reason I will never take a flight over 2 hours again. A nine hour flight is sheer torture!!!! Plus I was freezing the whole time, even with a jacket with a hood, two blankets, two pillows. Just a horrible situation.

I had to check my bag at the desk which I had not anticipated. When I checked in at the kiosk I was told I could only take a personal item - no carry-in size bag - because of my ticket classification. Very disappointed to have to spend $30 I did not plan on.

To start, the plane was delayed due to inflight crew getting in late which is fine.. but our departure time never updated and the attendants were transparent but never mentioned a new time. After onboarding we got stuck on the tarmac due to traffic. Flight took off with turbulence to start and finally after 45 mins we got bottles of water. I asked crew if they would come around with more... I was starving and also have the perk of free alcoholic beverages in flight. I was offered neither and we only received chips 1+ hour into the flight. One of our TVs broke and the crew wasn’t helpful in an alternative... Overall worst Jetblue exp I’ve had to date, and I’ve flown with them a lot due to my Mosaic status..

Flight was delayed over 2 hours

Everything. Flight attendants were wonderful and friendly, plenty of entertainment in flight, free WiFi, comfy spacious seats.

Is not only the most convenient airport for our flying, but we always have a good experience. Loyalty paid. And we are AA clients for more than 25 years. .

I would like if they offer a better quality of drinks (wine, Prosecco) in first class. Now they can buy a French wines for a great Rices

Very small screens, poor service when flight was delayed from boarding hostess

The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant.

It’s an absurd to pay so dearly on airline tickets is not to have a booster snack, and no blanket, that’s very cold!

Had an passenger spill coffee all over me and when I went into the back where 3... yes 3 flight attendants were standing they all just looked at me and asked what I needed. It was VERY obvious that there some type of liquid spilled in my hair and clothing. I asked for some napkins or anything to wipe up the mess. She shoved 3 napkins into my hand. Not friendly at all
