Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
To get to jet blue at JFK from any connecting flight you have to go through security again.
I really would like it if they provided at least some limited free wi-fi.

Older plane with finicky seats. Crew often seem to focus on "pet" clients and over extend services to some over others. I get less attention since I'm not a regular business class client. Regardless, I've paid the money and would expect equal attention.
Our flight attendant was stellar with great anticipation and attention to details. Food was very good, and overall flight, though very long, was really good.
Very small and cramped aisles and seats. Food was poor but the fresh hot roll and hummus was good. No cans of soda given but they had small bottles of water. Crew was nice and pleasant and kept bathroom clean.
In sharp contrast to the modern glitzy airport, boarding facilities were primitive. Passengers had to board buses and walk up steep stairs in bitter cold with carry-on baggages. I found no reason why aerobridge was not provided.
I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.
I could not check in online 24 hours before the flight. Very inconvenient. Flight was delayed.
Compared to our Lufthansa flight out, it was pretty poor. Check-in was a nightmare trying to figure out if it was Lufthansa or United, the Kayak link kept sending us to a dead link with United. Then figuring out which code was United was a mess - it took way too long. On the flight, the seats were uncomfortable, they were out of all wines but red when the flight started, then out of red after the first beverage. The flight attendant said they never get restocked before they turn around to the US, so it happens all the time. The food was so bad we threw it away. For a long flight, it was pretty terrible.

Not enough veg food available for passengers. I actually did not get the veg food and was told it was over, and I starved the entire flight duration.
Plane was was better than th YVR to ORD flight but was a fraction of the distance. Fly your better planes on longer distance flights.
In this flight we had selected seating for our family in the middle of the plane in a 2x2 format. The airline changed them to the very back row of the plane and split them to 3x1. Why pay for seats that allow seat selection if the airline will just move them to the worst seats in the plane?
The flight was canceled. Got rebooked to Chicago and when we arrived our luggage where to there. They were going to our original destination the day after. They would not deliver them to our house. We had to go pick them up.
Upgrade planes to have larger overhead bins, especially on this popular route and first class. Easy flight to Chicago, good service in first class. Can't wait for seatback entertainment to be brought back. I like the free wifi and messaging with T-Mobile. Although, the tray tables are not big enough to work even on a small laptop - so why is it called "business" class? Flight attendant said that the flight was too short to even serve water. I've flown that route several times, and that is the first time I ever heard that. No chargers in the seats. Rough landing.
Pilots were great on take off and landing. Flight attendant were very kind. The only problem was take off was later than the scheduling.
This is my second time within two weeks using them. I have bad experience with their Internet. They charge me $35 for Internet worked only for 15 minutes and then disconnected and they don’t even give me a credit or refund my money or give me a voucher about the food. It’s very bad test. There is no test actually and barely cooked still raw.
They cancelled the flight while we were at the gate. Then they rebooked me for the next day but then that was missed because I now have a connection and the first flight took too long to get to the airport. Right now sitting in the hotel until the next flight. Worst trip
POOR. The gate changed 5 times. The plane was late. The waiting crew and the desk staff were gossiping and chatting amongst themselves about the maintenance and plane issues. No water service on the plane after the long delay. Even after I asked for a water. I was in seat 1A. Single crew member we saw sat in the seat the whole flight on his phone. After a stressful boarding process and delay- it was REALLY disappointing.
I was most disappointed with the flight crew in business class. They were not attentive at all. Everything I needed, I had to ask for. They did not offer refills, did not ask how the meal was, did not offer anything else when I didnt like the drink that was poorly made. When I asked for snacks, they told me to go to the front and look at what was set out. This was the worst RJ business class crew I have ever encountered. They made me feel like I was a bother - even for a simple water. No smiles. No thank you. No my pleasure. These are the reasons you fly business class. At least the crew can smile and act like they are happy to be there. For 14+ hours, I felt like an inconvenience. Poor review.
Crew was apathetic, in seat hardware was old and barely functional, WiFi (which I paid for) didn’t work for half the flight (I was refunded). They gave 2 meals on a 13 hr flight, whereas Etihad gave 3.
I’m still stuck with no hope in sight. They haven’t even provide a hotel for keeping us for two nights.

Short handed at the check in counter. There was only one person and so many people waiting
The flight was fine. There were a lot of babies and toddlers that did not do well on a 12pm flight that lasted for 13 hours. Some were awake and cranky all through nap time and bed time. I don’t understand why Royal Jordanian does not have WiFi on its planes, even for a fee.
I had bad experience, this flight from Amman to Detroit was delayed for 40 hours!!!! The staff are rude & the food was not good at all.
It was okay. Mothers with rowdy children should be invited to sit in front of them.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Airline food is airline food, but the plane was wonderful and the seating comfort outstanding. One of my best flights in quite a while.
Everything went well. I will fly with Lufthansa again. And use Kayak whenever I book flights
The food not that great. Did not like the fact that we could not purchase upgrade at the airport
The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.
+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.
Delay with the flight with one day later, and then from Frankfurt 11 h delay, this is unacceptable, what a shame
