The stewardess took a picture as a gift , if you asked for it. Every thing was very good, Especially the food, big and tasty. The service was good, they served water several times, very frequent.
I liked the newer aircraft CRJ-550 since it had WIFI and the seats are more spacious.
Sadly I couldn't get the food I requested as it was out. Also, if you don't want to be woken up make sure the crew knows it. My wife was woken on every service.
Three meals on a single flight is disgusting. Even if I reject them all, sleeping is impossible and all that food (especially wasted food) is just antithetical to a pleasant flight experience. People were chucking multiple abandoned trays on the floor in front of my seat.
Similar to Hyd->Dubai this too was worst airlines. Bad seats, bad seating arrangement which created lot of confusion since family member were not given seat together. However most of them changed the seat and got with the family. Cheap tactics by Emirates.

Overall I was quite pleased with the experience; the cleanliness; the polite and attentiveness of the cabin crew; and the delicious food options.

Had worst experience with check in and baggage check attendant I’ve ever had in my life with airline attendant as well as what I feel was poor communication skills and customer service, along with inaccurate information or willingness to assist in correcting. Had to check three bags an ALL my belongings due to saying my bag was too large for bins overhead, or willingness to check them at the gate if so. BOTH my bags are typical carry on size or smaller, and never had the issue. I preferred to check one bag due to convenience on the trip, but not my personal bag. Anyway, had to check them, pay to check them, and then the flight was very light on people, plenty of luggage larger or same size as mine aboard, and no others had to check theirs. And PLENTY of space for the luggage onboard. So unsure why was singled out, like this, but had to check some fragile items and electronics, personal items including some financial information and checks, computer etc So just would like an explanation, and confirmation that your staff was correct, or that this shouldn’t be an issue in future flights for me, as I do travel a good amount, and would fly your airlines again in the future, if this was not the way it happen going forward and was a mistake or one off event. Appreciate our reply and clarification on the policies and costs associated with my flight.
Absolutely terrible. Didn’t notify us of a delay until after we arrived at the airport, ended up spending the whole day at the airport and it got delayed 3 more times. The whole delay ended up being 5.5 hours. Never flying Neos again
Air was not working while grounded and we were waiting in the heat for almost 2 hours until takeoff. It was way too hot to be on the plane for that long, especially with the same hot air circulating with people coughing and sneezing. We were all sweating. Flight crew was great and flight was very smooth in air as well as takeoff and landing. Also, wifi was not working and we were not able to watch anything. Screens were not working. There were no earbuds given out even if we wanted to watch something. That was very disappointing as it was a very long flight and we had 2 young children with us.

In-flight service was very good. Plane had spacious overhead bins and incorporated windows with an automatic dimming feature eliminating the need for traditional plastic shades. Boarding was halted and the crew did not communicate a reason. We waited on the gang plank for 30 minutes after showing boarding passes without being given a reason.
Our flight with Neos airlines was great. The price was very reasonable, the staff very professional and accomodating. The flight was comfortable with more leg room than most airlines I have travelled with in the past. The food and service while on board was good. I would travel again to Italy and back with Neos if given the opportunity.
We never got to the flight due to ferry cancelation due to bad weather and could not contact with anyone for support and advice. We'll appreciate your support now in our attempts to get refund

Weather caused a long delay, but the efficiency and updates from the pilot were helpful. We were able to make our connection fortunately.
Flight was delayed. Then eventually cancelled. The female staff that was announcing overhead was unprofessional. She was telling everyone that the company is not going to give any money for taxi, hotel etc. then eventually the flight was cancelled.
My service light was on 15 minutes before I had to get up and find a glass of ice. And I was in business class. The meals were not for either my wife and I. She did not eat the entire 10 hour flight and I managed a bowl of soup. I was expecting much more from business with what we paid.
Planes were clean, no water or snacks on either flight.
Free & relatively fast Wi-Fi. Would've liked a wider drink selection.
I continue to be satisfied with Delta’s excellent service out of LGA. The digit id works well and gets me through security in no time. Whenever possible, I choose Delta.

These airplanes should be illegal. The seats are two tight, it is a safety issue. Wheelchair support was ridiculously slow. We almost missed our flight.
It was a short flight so I was expecting too much
Horrifying Almost 2 million miles. Bring your own food and drink. One coffee or drink every three hours. Have to order meals on app more than 24 hours ahead Tiny and dirty bathrooms
Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.
Uncomfortable plastic seats even in premium economy. No free wifi. Even paid wifi was spotty to nonexistent. Bad food. Much worse than economy on foreign carriers like Qantas.
How can you rate a flight when it is canceled after you leave the gate & 3 hours into sitting there or in remote area of airport after mechanical problems
Seat pitch is horrible especially on the 15 hour flight. Gate crew at SFO was Outstanding. The flight crew was also great.
Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.
Broken tray table. Erratic service. Premium economy is more economy than premium- other airlines treat PE much better. No lounge access.
6 1/2 hours from Tampa to SFO on a Boeing 737. Cramped. No Service. No real food. One pass for coffee at the beginning and a second pass THREE hours later. And check-in in Tampa was nasty even by United standards. And I am at almost TWO million miles on United. It's a non-stop. But terrible service.
Cheap Flight Fares would not provide booking info. I canceled the reservation and we arbitrated with American Express. They provided erroneous info to Amex and it was determined that C.F.F. deserved the price of the ticket. Worse experience I've ever had.
Seating space is appalling. Seats and all surrounding area in "Economy" is built for individuals shorter than 4' 10" and below 120 lbs. Ridiculous. While I'm not expecting fine dining, the food was the worst airplane food that I can recall.
My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.
Business class lounge for my gate was closed and no email was sent, causing me to walk back and forth to different gates, etc for over 20 minutes one way. Flight entertainment was mediocre with very poor choices especially for business class cabin. Original flight was cancelled and rebooking was difficult and no reason given for cancellation.
Very comfortable flight and simple and directed one way and back. Amazing price.
We loved our flight attendant, Emma from Scotland, the meal and entertainment offerings were wonderful, the flight was smooth, and enough leg room to stretch. We would fly with you again!
Los Angeles to London. 25th of April 2026. Business class. I was flying backwards with a complete stranger snoring next to me. In Business class. Males and females, strangers lying next to each other. Seats were backwards. I paid for comfort. I got dizziness and stress.
24 hour delays aren’t even heard in 3rd world countries with archaic transportation systems. I’m never flying American Airlines again.
