We were abandoned at a closed airport for hours. Eventually, I got the one and only uber still running in waco to drive me at 330am from waco to dallas. There has been no reinbursement of fares or compensation for lost wages, time and the general annoyance that being awake all night long caused. The line to get your boarding pass was long and slow. It took so long many passengers had to be escorted to the wheelchair TSA security check point in order to still make the flight . I still wouldn't have made the flight if some very kinds people didn't allow me and 10 other SunCountry passengers to cut in front of them SunCountry does not have TVs but rather rents out for eight dollars portable entertainment systems. It was great to kill time for my flt to Minneapolis . However when I wanted to rent one on the return flight, I was told that they had given them all to the first class passengers. Knowing they don't stock enough for us common folk I would have brought a magazine or book to read. It was the longest most boring, arduous flight I have taken. I guess I'm accustomed to all the amenities and conveniences of JetBlue"

Or use the existing and publicly available research to improve boarding mechanisms... but that would mean you lose an opportunity to squeeze extra cash out of people for 'priority boarding'. Food was barely edible. Paid extra for roomier seats on one leg, making it more comfortable, but were extremely tight on another leg which had many empty seats scattered throughout the cabin. Cabin attendants seemed more interested in pushing items that generated revenue than providing the ones that came with the ticket (which is never cheap to begin with)."

On JetBlue and Frontier, I have to pull out the back pack during the flight to stretch my legs out, but not on either of these flights. This survey rates entertainment, but there was none. For me that's a great thing (I bring my own), so None gets the 5-star rating for my purposes. Uneventful flights--on time even with a short delay taking off out of MSP."

Cons: "Plane was scheduled to depart at 8:20 pm it was then delayed until 8:58 pm due to weather. We all boarded the plane and were ready for take off when a maintenance issue was discovered. We all deplaned and we’re told we would be put on a new plane arriving from Seattle set to depart at 11:30 pm. This departure time was delayed until 1:35 am and then 2:35 am because the captain had timed out and we would need to wait for a new pilot. Also due to the first delay everything was coded as “weather” and customer service was unable to give hotel rooms. This miscommunication between corporate and passengers and the late night created lots of frustration. Instead of being helpful or honest customer service called security on the disgruntled passengers. I heard no threats of violence just elevated voices. At midnight Frontier began handing out meal vouchers (15 dollars to McDonald’s) as a way to increase morale. I finally gave up and requested a refund, got a hotel, and a new flight on a different airline (all Frontier flights the next day were sold out). When I asked what would happen to my checked luggage they said it would be sent to Dallas (my destination) or I could pay for it to be sent back to Denver. The flight and my luggage arrived in Dallas at 5:30 am. Paid $400 for Southwest flight the next day (flying into different Dallas airport away from my parked car and luggage) just for the guaranteed service."

Cons: "The flight was 5 1/2 hours late arriving at 4 am. Missed a prepaid day of the vacation. The 800 number in the the email about the flight delay was wrong. The seats were terrible. Total cost of travel was double the ticket price. Frontier offered a $100 voucher for future travel which is useless because I will never fly them again."

Took too long to get to get replacement pilots (as plane was delayed due to San Francisco rain). Seems frontier should have been aware sooner that replacement pilots wwhould be needed. But considering the savings realized by flying with Frontier made the time delay conveniences easier to accept."

Stupid stuff like charging met to checkin at the airport and then after all the nitpicking the flight was delayed almost an hour. Not a good way to start a customer relationship. Probably would have charged me to use the bathroom."
Pros: "The price was what sold me and for other passengers traveling alone with no baggage, it is a great steal. It's like a middle-class trip on an Italian cross-country train. Bumpy, loud, uncomfortable, stuffy, and cheap! Point A to point B. Just close your eyes and you'll be there 200 dollars richer."
Cons: "The attendants were clinical and impersonal, the seats were marginally bearable on a two hour flight. I think my derrière could handle maybe three hours max in a Spirit seat but little more. But that price though..."
Pros: "The entire crew did a great job! They were very nice and genuine. The lead flight attendant was hilarious as she went through her normal script adding some jokes as she went along. She broke the ice so to speak and people absolutely loved her sense of humor. So much so that she got an ovation afterwards:-)"

I explained the inconvenience as I had to ask my mother in law to watch my 6 month old daughter in the middle of the night because my wife has to be at work at midnight. The 90 plus minute delay made it so my wife was unable to pick me up after I have been gone several days."

Spirit is unreliable and does not care about customer satisfaction. They blame delays on "weathe" which is a lie. I know where my plane is coming from, coming to, and landing and there was no weather. They are dishonest and abuse regulations to deceive their customers and to have excuses not to compensate them for their troubles."

Pros: "I was headed to a funeral on a day the flight was suppose to take off at 6:05am. Due to multiple issues the flight actually took off at 9:36am. The funeral started at 10am so I ended up cancelling my flight and got a refund. Unfortunately I couldn't pay my condolences to my best friends mom who just saw her child pass away and his friend not show up at the funeral."
