My seat was moved closer to the front of the cabin since I had requested wheelchair assistance to the gate.

Friendly flight attendants. Comfort plus seats were very comfortable and had lots of leg room. 10A and 10 B.

I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

The flight with Delta was good and I recommend this company.

I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.

Two hour flight delay, it was awful and loss of sleep.

Nothing they cancelled my connection and couldn't get me on a flight for 3 more days

First flight of the day… MINIMUM FUEL! 15 minute landing delay at HOU due to fog turned into a 2+ hour delay! Rather than circle, they had to divert to another city to refuel! Sat on tarmac at Austin to refuel. We ALL missed our connections! The crew, including pilots, were clueless. Crew was really a mess. At HOU, Untied employees were exceedingly rude to all. It was pitiful.

No lounge access with “United First” ticket. False alarm about late flight, jeopardizing connection. Wrong meal. Loose power socket would not hold plug, could not charge device. In-flight access to text messaging did not work. Toilet seat on plane would not stay up.

Crew were fine, drinks and snacks were as well but we were delayed for around 2 hrs which made our entry into Mexico delayed as well with the influx of arrivals at the same time. Sort of wasted our first day of vacation. We left Pittsburgh at 630am and did not arrive in Mexico until late dinner time.

Boarding was unorganized. They expected passengers to ask people to move their assigned seat they paid for in order to sit together. The seats even in comfort are smaller than other airlines and the flight attendants appeared not to be well prepared

Due to one crew member not showing up to work, our flight was significantly delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight in Houston to Mississippi causing us to be delayed by more than 6 hours and missing our event all together. Very disappointing. All because ONE crew member called in sick. United did grant us a $15 meal voucher, which was a small but appreciated concession that I wasn’t able to use because I ordered my lunch and paid for it before applying the concession, and the staff said it was too late to use it. Ugh! We also had a TWO delay coming back from Mississippi, but that was on American Airlines and it was due to weather, so not their fault. Anyway, not at all impressed with United’s handling of our flight and the HUGE disappointment of missing our important family event for our 90 year old mother. All that money and all that stress and emotions for nothing. Having to wait the hour to bring an employee from LAX seemed like something that should not have happened. Why don’t you have a local back-up? Santa Ana is not a little airport in a rural area.

The customer service was excellent! Check-in, baggage check-in, boarding, the flight went very smooth.

It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Not happy.

Ok, but comfort was lacking as the seats were way to small

Very aggressive and unhelpful ground crew. Wanted to check my hand luggage for 3 flights. I had lots of delicate items and computer equipment. So the silly lady wanted to rebook 3 international flights because of a carry on. What nonsense. The baggage handler suggested I put it under my seat - so I did. And this was during the rebooking chaos of the Microsoft crash. She was the most arrogant annoying and aggressive ground staff member I’ve met in 20yrs. (AA flight out of Houston).

It was great! It’s been awhile since I’ve flown American but this most recent experience reminded me how much I enjoy flying American. Organized. Informative. Efficient. Friendly. Can’t ask for much more, except my luggage got dinged up a bit. But that could have been the airport.

It was the coldest flight I have ever been on

If there was enough room for me to bring my carry on luggage with me on the flight.

Awful. We had an 8 hour mechanical delay- no vouchers and no kind/courtesy/professional representatives in the entire airport. Not only was it a terrible experience for both my 7 year old and myself, I still have not heard back from American about how they’re going to correct it- I’ve sent 2 or 3 emails about our experience- which was just awful. Not to mention according to national traveling laws, we should be reimbursed… but of course they’re not responding.

The flight was delayed two hours, with no information as to why. The gate also changed several times which was aggravating. Would not fly through DFW again.

It was delay after delay. Kept changing gates too. Not a good experience.

BAD. As a family could not sit together. The gate agent told us there was only one seat in the middle left, when we got on the plane the situation was very different with whole rows of seats empty

Everything went on schedule so I have not much to say. I was a bit disappoint with the breakfast choice - I did not have a choice as there was only one option left by the time the trolly came to my end and I could not enjoy it.

Thankfully no connections off of this one on the day of the flight as it was delayed 90+ minutes.

I was flying from San Francisco to New York and had a layover in Minneapolis where they refused to let me have my bag and charged me $65, a very bad experience for me

This flight was canceled after waiting for hours at the airport. We knew if was delayed, but were not informed of the cancelation in a timely manner. There were no Sun Country representatives at the gate to tell us. Finally, representatives from Southwest Airlines called out over the intercom asking for Sun Country to come up to the gate. After the cancelation, no one seemed to know exactly what was going on and we had to go to the check-in area downstairs and wait in line for any information. We were not assisted with another flight. We ended up paying a lot more to fly home the next day with another airline.

Flight was delayed due to computer issue. I was in line for over 2 hours to check in. Worker ordered me to incorrect line and wasn't until after two hours I was asked to get in a different line that would be faster because I already checked in. Just needed to check bag. However soon as I moved. My line started moving and everyone who was behind me got through before me and they hadn't even checked in yet online. Very unhappy and last flight I will take with Sun country. Flight was hot and uncomfortable.

Upon boarding, they tried to charge me $65 for my 20 in tiny luggage!!! E ven though I already paid $55. I got sick on the flight because the person sitting next to me stink really bad!!! He was musty!!! Horrible flight, I want a refund!!! $5 for snacks is a joke, snacks are free on other airlines 😡😡😡😡😡

Terrible experience. Cramped. People using tobacco products on the plane. People walking the aisles while seat belt sign was on. Even while descending. Never again Sun Country.

I liked nothing. Flight attendants had zero experience and were clearly non-union. People were chewing tobacco and standing up when the seat belt sign was illuminated. Rinky dink. Never again.

My luggage didn't make it on to the plane during my 2 hour connection. Losing all my clothes and expensive lighting for my photography business put a real damper on the trip.

Multiple delays on both flights, nearly doubled my total cross-country travel time. Will not be flying with this airline again.

The flight crew and flight attendants are poorly trained and demonstrate poor professionalism. They have a sloppy appearance and communicate with patrons poorly. It is embarrassing for them to be representatives of an airline and for them to be called professionals.

My flight to LA was cancelled. I waited at the airport for 3 hrs saying it was delayed and then all of a sudden it was cancelled. Frontier only gave me a voucher and refund but could not rebook me. Flights on other airlines were too expensive last minute. I had to drive down to LA and didn’t even take my return flight home since I had to drive. One of the worst airline experiences in my life. It’s crazy how airlines can just upend people’s plans just like that.

Very delayed with little to no communication from the captain or flight crew. All announcements made were not audibly understood by passengers. Very poor communication. After arrival it took approximately 20 minutes to get a jet bridge to the plane.

Flying Frontiier was extremely poor!! I paid for a7:15am flight on flight 1601 from PHL To Las Vegas and the delay was brutally, excruciatingly and disgustingly long (8 hrs). I arrived by Uber to PHL at 5:30 am and had to spend the entire 8 hr delay inside the airport. Even more atrocious was that the flight was delayed twice. On the phone with customer service for two hours and was not fully compensated. I feel taken advantage of with this airline. They offered a menial couched for another flight within 90 days to me and my husband who has never flown but this experience has made us almost 100% sure to not fly this airline and will suggest that others don’t either. We don’t want to book ever again, don’t want a menial voucher and I believe by standard and because the flight was delayed for 8 hours, I should be fully reimbursed for the entire round trip. There is no excuse why this should have ever occurred. After sharing my experience with others in Vegas and Philadelphia, I was told that Frontier airlines is notorious for long delayed flights, poor customer service and refusal to compensate people correctly. I’m very nervous to see what departing from Vegas to Philadelphia will bring.

I fly Frontier often and generally don't have any issues. For some reason, the Denver to Houston's George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) flight always needs to wait on the tarmac in Houston because a gate is not available after landing. I've been stuck for as little as 15 minutes and as much as a little over an hour. I know only fly the Frontier Denver to IAH route when there is not an available flight to Houston Hobby (HOU).

Flight was 3 hours late leaving. Poor communication from the staff about delays. Impossible to get in touch with customer service (by design). And it actually didn't come out to be much cheaper than a non-budget airline! Not worth the headache, I'm never flying Frontier again

I’ve never flown frontier without a flight getting canceled. I understand that things go wrong with planes, but all other airlines handle cancellations so well. Frontier becomes a dumpster fire if a problem appears for them.

Checking in was easy and simple, crew was nice and efficient, but I would improve seat assignment randomness to make it easier to sit together based on when you check in. Overall would fly with them again.
