Also - the MSP security harassed my 80-year-old mother & she is now having nightmares as a result. Sun Country could have done us a service by letting us know when we booked her flight as a senior that there were safeguards for her, but we were told nothing."

UA Customer Service Agent was slow and not well trained. Other passengers were easily and promptly placed on other flights (UA & other airlines)...we were told that the next available UA flight from IAD to JAX was more than 24 hrs wait. Eventually placed on a UA Flt to CLT at 11 PM. Upon arrival in CLT, we asked the gate Agent for assistance on a Voucher because we had to stay overnight in CLT...we were told that the IAD Agent did not designate us as eligible for a voucher and yet, people next to us flying coach were given a voucher. The Gentleman Agent at our arrival gate was trying to help us but his Madam Supervisor was arrogant and unwilling to help. In an exasperated tone, I asked both individuals if flying First Class would help us get a voucher and her arrogant answer was "do you want me to call the police?" Obviously we left for our Marriott Hotel which was a wonderful customer service experience. Plus our UA Flt from IAD to CLT placed us in Coach (is a refund coming???) We paid for 1st Class for our 12/22 flight and our 12/26 flight. After 3 hrs in a Marriott in CLT we took an AA Flt from CLT to JAX. Also, the UA communication on the status of our baggage was unclear and misleading. Plan to fly American or Delta for future travel."

Initially I could not check in until arrived at the airport because the first leg of my trip was Lufthansa through United? I tried to check in on BOTH United and lufthansa's website neither worked. I then spent about 45 minutes on the phone with a Lufthansa representitave just to find out I would be unable to check in until I arrived at the airport the next day. Once I checked in to the airport I could only get my seat for the first flight and was told I would have to get my subsequent seats while on layover. When I arrived at my layover, while trying to get my seat for the next flight I was told they were overbooked and I would have to wait 'over there' until they could figure out a place for me to sit. But when the attendant printed my ticket she was shocked to find out I had a seat, and angrily reported that 'I don't know how YOU got a seat, but you did. So go get in line for the flight!' That said, I did get in line, I did get fairly decent seats the whole trip, and all but one employee were overly helpful and nice. However it would have been far less stressful if I was just able to check in for the initial flight."

Cons: "I was a passenger on a Frontier flight from DIA to TMA on 5/13/2018. My luggage was checked and a tag indicating the bag was to go all the way to the final destination (there was a stop in St. Paul, Minnesota) was securely placed on the suitcase. However when I arrived at the Trenton airport my bag did not. There were no Frontier airlines agents on duty so I filled out a form given to me by one of the airport staff. When I checked the Frontier website today it said to fill out a Frontier Lost and Found report. Upon doing so I received an email saying finding a lost bag could take weeks and that after a month they consider the bag permanently lost. No offer or process was provided for compensation for lost bag or the items within. This is unacceptable! I had prescription medication in my bag that's not easily refilled."
Cons: "We didn't make it to Vegas and they barely compensated us."
Pros: "The seats we had were spacious"
Cons: "I guess I don’t understand, what I pay my fare for if I have to pay a separate fee for seat. The fare should include the seat. Then to charge you an arm and a leg for your luggage. I will never ever fly frontier again"
Pros: "You get what you pay for right? So there are no frills here. I would say that this is like public transportation in the city. Every thing went fine There were no issues but no perks. I would not use frontier for a flight longer than two hours. You pay for your seat, your beverages and snacks and carry ons so be prepared and bring your own snacks and beverages and check your bag."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. So happy and helpful."
Cons: "Flight leaving to Denver was really delayed. Quite a few people missed their connecting flights which was sad."

Cons: "After getting ready to take off we were sitting on runway for several minutes before we we told due to technical problems we would have to return to gate. After over an hour sitting we were finally able to leave. I would have thought that a 6:00 am flight would warrant a free cup of coffee for our delay, but all we got was nothing."
Pros: "Friendliness of crew and gate agents, comfortable seats, efficient boarding, On time. Clean aircraft."

Cons: "Ridiculous costs for baggage. I expect to pay for even carry on these days, but $40 for carry on is crazy! Seats were very uncomfortable. Frontier used to be my favorite airline, now it seems unlikely I will fly with them again."
Pros: "Pilot tried to make up time, but had to wait on copilot, then paperwork, and even with being over 2 hours time luggage either didn't get moved from original plane or lost. I worked in customer service for 28 years and there could have been things done to ease the tensions. I was lucky and could easily go with the flow, but their were families and business people who had some real issues. Weather definitely was an issue and I am glad they consider safety first."
Cons: "Lack of attention to those who just needed reassurance that It's going to be OK and you would get them to their destination safely."
Cons: "I got to airport and flight was cancelled.. frontier couldn't get me on a plane for another 4 days.. I ended having to rent a car and drive the 13 hours to Denver from Minneapolis.. frontier will never get money from me again"

Cons: "When I went to sit down in my middle seat there was two larger women on either side of me. If I was any bigger, I am a 5' 4" 110 lb woman mind you, I would not have fit in between these women. If you keep shrinking your seats, no one will fly with you. In the future, I will be booking my flights further in advance with an airline that has seats to accommodate someone who is the size of a full sized man or woman."
Pros: "The nice flight attendant took time to explain the safety equipment on the exit row doors and even gave a little demo when I ask her a question. All with a smile on her face and a joke or two to make it fun. I am sorry I cannot recall her name."

Cons: "Delayed 30 mins after I arrived at the airport for unknown reason. Waited on tarmac another 30 mins (at least) after landing. We didn't get an explanation for 20 mins. The plane was literally 30 feet from the gate. It was almost funny how annoying it was. I'm surprised all the passengers kept their composure. NEVER AGAIN"

Cons: "They cancelled the flight as I was standing in line to check in. Did not notify me via email or phone and the workers were not at the desk to answer questions. There were a lot of angry people and they didn't find same-day alternatives for our travel plans. I ended up getting a refund and driving through the night"
Cons: "Using Kayak, the price of the flight looked good. After booking, we found out that Frontier wants $35 per checked bag and $40 per carry on and $11 per seat to choose your seat. This made Frontier only a couple bucks cheaper than Delta that had a much better schedule. Live and learn."

Pros: "The crew was great! Got upgraded to the emergency exit seats for extra leg room!! That's a BIG plus!! Very comfortable and good experience!!"
Cons: "Nothing!! There was a tiny baby a seat up and across the isle that the parents were GREAT about keeping her from crying as much as possible. Those parents WERE GREAT!!!!!!!!!! And are MUCH APPRECIATED with no sleep!!! That wasn't negative, sorry. Everything was GREAT!!!!"

Pros: "Very nice flight....flight attendants were very friendly and accommodating. NICE to leave on time and land early!! Lots of leg room. For a last minute ticket purchase I was certainly excited to find such a great deal. Definitely will fly Frontier again."

Cons: "The overhead compartments were nearly empty. Charging for carry on isn't working. Also no beverage nor peanuts included I feel is a little too far for cost cutting. If you are going to charge for soda why not a realistic price? You might not make a lot of money but your passengers will be happy and you won't be losing money."

Cons: "All the extra hidden fees were so expensive. It was more than $70 extra just to check in. You have to pay extra for a seat. Carry on bags are $30. Checked bags are $25. Water is $2. If I'd known that the price on the ticket was not the price I would pay I would have flown another airline. It was misleading and dishonest. I'm never flying frontier again."
Cons: "When we arrived at the ticket counter, we were made aware that they do not open until 2 hour before flight time. Being advised to be at security about 3 hours before flight time, this makes no sense. When I went to check in, I then realized we had to pay extra for our seats, check-in bags and carry-on bags. We could have flown a major airline direct for the same price after all of the add-ons. Then being charged for coffee and pop. Seats are VERY uncomfortable!"
Pros: "My son has autism, we were allowed to board first with plenty of time to get settled into our seats. This was EXTREMELY helpful. We both enjoyed the humor and joy spread by the crew, even the pilots injected some fun into the trip."
Cons: "Fee for checked and carry-on baggage. Fee for food & drink. Tight sitting space, little leg room."
Cons: "Seat were very hard and small. Tray table was smaller than the size of an iPad mini. I was angry when I told I had to pay for my carry on, ridiculous. Drinks were not complimentary. Absolutely no leg room. Very uncomfortable for me as I'm 6 foot. Very disappointed."

Cons: "It is an Airbus, but a bus is more comfortable. The seats are hard and cramped. The base price may be great, but be aware they charge for extra for everything including carry-on if it does not fit under the seat."

Cons: "I will never book another frontier flight again. The hidden charges, such as 40$ for a carry on, 11$ for your seat, are ridiculous. The plane is very uncomfortable. The seats DO NOT recline. Who makes a plane without reclining seats. It was like sitting on hard plastic for the duration of the flight. Never again. Two+ hour delay. This I understand things happen. I think the crew's response to this was "well we got you here safe". Ok add sarcasm to the frustration. Never again."
