Boarded the plain and had to wait 1 hour for crew Captain to arrive from another flight

Overall good flight, smooth and on time and comfortable. Disappointing that food is not served and you can't purchase the snack packs on the plane.

There was a row with three women who were very loud - talking and laughing. In an open, outdoor setting that's fine. On an airplane, no. The flight attendants told the women they were the fun row. It took the woman sitting in the row ahead of the loud women to tell them they were too loud, but everyone in the general vicinity was irritated. I didn't think it would be possible to be so rowdy for so long. Then when we landed we weren't let off at a gate. We had to be bussed in and the bus contended with airline traffic. After dealing with the loud passengers, this was not what I was expecting. An incredibly disappointing experience with an airline that I have always regarded as one of the better ones.

They oversold my flight by 9 seats so when I went to check in I was not assigned a seat and the only one available if I didn’t want to chance it were 100 dollars more

Expect to get miles for us having to miss our first planned flight due to them waiting on passengers that decided to be late to the airport.

Was not happy that we had to wait an additional 50 minutes for passengers that were still in TSA. This delay made us miss our connecting flight in Seattle to get home to tuck in our two little toddlers. We ran off the plane and ran across the entire airport trying to make this flight only to get to the gate to see that they have ended boarding. So they were willing to wait for passengers in Hawaii but not Seattle?? Especially when this wasn't even our fault. I expect to receive miles for missing our flight and spending an additional 4 hours in Seattle.

All parts were excellent, especially staff at bag tag printing and inflight crew. Just the normal differences from past air travel could be improved but we’ve learned to accept those—cramped seats, minimal food/beverage, etc.

Better organizing of entry and exit onto the plane regarding all of the baggage people haul on. There should be a better system so those with no baggage can get in and out more quickly. The baggage haul-on situation is absurd.

It was a great experience, although our seat was taken and we did not want to be rude and ask the person to move. Flight Attendants need to make sure that people should be in their assign sitting that are paid for. Other then that, we had a great flying experience with Alaska Airlines.

It was a tiny plane … even though I paid for upgrade, no internet… no plug ins, no entertainment… 👎🏻

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.

Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
