Pros: Middle seas was open
Cons: More social distance during check in. Smoother landing

Cons: You changed the times of my flights almost weekely. Not what I signed up for
Pros: Boarding went smoothly.

Pros: Crew was amazing and friendly. Clean, chargers for phones in front of the seat and free WiFi for messaging on board.

Cons: First class!
Cons: Flight from Seattle to anchorage late one hour
Pros: The crews were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Roomy seats, friendly staff.
Cons: Not permitted to use both bathrooms (one on front reserved for first class only).
Pros: I felt like there was ample leg room, and liked that the back of the plane boarded before the middle of the plane.
Cons: The scripts didn't sound well rehearsed, and disrupted my audiobook longer than. Necessary
Pros: I’m 6’3”, more legs than upper body. We sat in row 19 of a 737-900 and I had plenty of leg room in the middle seat. The middle eastern chicken meal was delicious! Free Wi-Fi for chatting/iMessages was really nice.
Cons: The broccoli in my meal was brown and yellow. How is that possible? I didn’t have the app for watching movies. And I didn’t want to pay for wireless in order to download the app to watch free entertainment. So their network team should allow their firewall opend up to whatever port that can make that happen.
Pros: Our flight attendant was excellent. Because I'm a vegetarian, he gave me a salad. Alaska does not provide but one meal choice in first class. Food options are way better in coach.
Cons: Seats are uncomfortable and meal choice is poor.
Pros: They had complementary beer and wine on the flight!

Cons: Uncomfortable seats Food and entertainment n/a
Pros: It was a great flight well taken care off had a window seat and fell asleep
Pros: Crew was polite ans helpful. The captain was informative and the flight was smooth
Cons: The seats are VERY small. There is not any room between you and the next person. That was not enjoyable at all.
Pros: Arrived on time even with delayed start
Cons: Short delay
Pros: Leg space big, crew fun and considerate
Pros: Flight was on time, entire staff smiling and friendly. I don't travel much and everyone was pleasantly helpful
Cons: Not much I didn't like, the whole experience was super.
Cons: Not enough room in the seats
Cons: Large people that take up part of your seat should be forced to pay for first class. Uncomfortable ride for me
Cons: Baggage was lost
Cons: Very comfortable flight!
Pros: Crew was great and seats were totally perfect and comfortable
Cons: Nothing could have been better, except steak and lobster 🦞😃 Thank you very much for your ability to make customers welcome and comfortable.
Pros: Delta is great and made everything easy and comfortable. Loved having the middle seat open. Flight attendants did a wonderful job! This is a great nonstop flight!
Cons: Do not like the high baggage fees!
Pros: The staff were awesome!
Cons: no covid-19 precautions were taken.
Pros: Great crew. Entertainment options were good.
Cons: Should add weather/radar to the flight tracker
Pros: Early, clean and comfortable
Cons: Air flow from air above seats was blowing out hot air. My seat kept reclining so I got yelled at and I didn’t do it on purpose. Long wait on ground before takeoff.
Pros: The crew was extremely helpful and friendly!
Cons: The seats, overall, could have been more comfortable... I have somewhat of a backache after my trip.
Cons: There is always just too much talking and announcements on the flights now.
Pros: Same crew and great experiments again
Pros: Crew was polite and very helpful.
Cons: It would have been great to reiterate to passengers to remain seated when deplaning, until the passenger in the row ahead were approximately 6 Ft away.
Pros: The snacks
Cons: There was one flight attendant who was very rude.
Pros: Pretty straight forward. Clean. Efficient.
Pros: Great social distancing and Delta supplies MULTIPLE sanitizing options!!
Cons: The entertainment system was not working, and the charging stations weren’t working either.
Pros: On time arrival and departure.
Cons: Under the Covid circumstances, it was a good experience.
Pros: Liked the attitude of staff and comfort of 50% capacity.
Cons: There were costumers taking off mask and walking through plane.
Pros: I appreciate that Delta leaves seats empty, for our health.
Cons: Snacks were all sugar-laden. Not good for anyone!
Pros: Seat comfort was average for a small jet. Bottled water was cold.
Cons: Cabin was too warm
Pros: Super respctful
Pros: Crew was friendly and very clear about masks.
Pros: The space between passengers.
Cons: Nothing it was perfect.
Pros: The crew was amazing.
Cons: The seat backs are very uncomfortable for my neck & upper back. Difficult to tolerate, and gave me headache on each flight.
Pros: Great crew.
Pros: Great crew.
Pros: The seat was comfortable. Snacks were good. Inflight entertainment was amazing. Boarding was smooth.
Cons: Nothing it was perfect
Cons: Extremely frustrated. Upon booking my ticket, I was told it wouldn’t be a full flight. At no point did u receive any information alerting me that it was going to be a full flight. I was extremely uncomfortable due to COVID.
Pros: It was a nice, quick hop. Everyone played by the new COVID rules.
Pros: Took extreme measures for COVID prevention. It felt very safe
Cons: When I pick up my bags
Pros: We needed a seat belt extender and one of the crew members noticed and was so kind in getting that. No embarrassment or drawing attention to the customer. His name? David
Pros: Boarding was very efficient. Flight attendants were helpful and kind and seemed to care.
Cons: We booked basic seats knowing we might not sit together however we did not know they would separate children. They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo.
Cons: No issues at all
Cons: Plane journey awful. Speaker had a loud buzzing noise all the time so never heard a word bad landing. Rattling plane Very cold.
Pros: On time
Cons: Take a long time to taxi to the gate & getting off the plane.
Pros: Overall experience was awesome. Always love to fly delta. Nice spacious and clean aircraft. Enjoyed the entertainment system.
Pros: It got me home, eventually.
Cons: Poor communication, a 6 hour delay followed by a 7 hour layover (during which we had to sleep on an airport floor because Delta couldn't offer us any hotel vouchers). Gate agents disappeared after 7pm becuase they were due to be done with their shifts when our flight was originally supposed to leave at 6 pm. It felt like we were trapped in the movie The Terminal. Oh! And our bag was misrouted, because that was just how things went those 2 days. All in all a 6 hour trip turned into 18 hours. I could have driven home in that amount of time!
Pros: Everything was in order
Cons: None really
Pros: The gate agent and cabin crew handled passenger's misery with friendly grace and professionalism. Also, it was an old plane and so the seats, even in coach, were comfortable.
Cons: Plane was around 45 minutes late in arriving at our Minneapolis gate. Flight was further delayed by something (unspecified) being "frozen." WORST part was that the temperature in the seating area at the gate was horribly cold. Departing passengers at a neighboring gate were bound for Fargo and sat with their parkas on and with parka hoods up. We Houston-bound had packed our coats & boots and were shivering. Then when we finally boarded the crew announced that the plane's water system was broken and so we would have no hot coffee or hot tea or hot anything. No water, also and obviously, in the restroom sink. But sani-wipes were provided in the sink basin.
Cons: On the MSP to ATL leg the gate crew made a huge deal about checking rolling bags. They even stopped us at check-in and nearly begged us to check our bags pointing to the backed up jetway. But we had a lot of unpacking to do before checking our bags so we politely declined three times. On getting to our seats there were at least 8 open slots for bags near us. I heard a crew member call forward to say "tell them no more rollaboards" so they forced everyone left to check. On departure they slammed shut several very large empty overheads. WTF
Pros: Above feedback is for the MSP to GEG flight
Pros: All was quiet. It was an early flight. Nice offer of more snack choices than other airlines.
Cons: Didn't understand why I had to wait until getting to the gate to have a seat assigned when I purchased tickets several months ago. Since I was in the last boarding group, Had to check in my bag since it was already full, had fragile stuff in there and hoping everything is ok. it is what it is. Not anyone's fault but disappointing to have to do when I didn't plan on checking in and going to pick up at the baggage claim. This is what i wanted to avoid in the first place. could have at least offered to let us pick them up as we deplaned and not baggage claim!
Cons: We were delayed due to the air conditioning not working. So, it was a tad warm in the cabin. It would've been nice to have someone coming around with water making our delay a little more comfortable.
Pros: On Time
Pros: On time
Pros: Very late flight. Left on time, arrived 25 minutes early! Cabin crew were friendly and cared for everybody's comfort. They distributed a lot of extra munchies. They had real almonds instead of the usual 1/3 ounce peanuts, isn't that wonderful? Lights went off early and stayed that way so that the passengers could easily sleep through the flight. Uneventful flight, and therefore enjoyable.
Cons: I had chosen 10C in the Comfort+ section of this MD90 plane. I did get my knee bumped more than once. I still like the seat because I can stretch my legs, but people should be aware of the bumping issue; it can be rather painful, and you do not get an apology.
Pros: The plane took off, flew and landed safely.
Cons: When I bought my ticket, I didn't realize I would have to pay $35 to put a bag in the overhead compartment and $35 to check a bag; only a personal item under the seat in front of me was free (came with the ticket price). This resulted in the ticket being at least $70 more expensive than I anticipated. Probably could have gotten a cheaper flight overall. Also, the plane was 2 hours and 45 minutes late in taking odf, resulting in landing 1:00 am. I picked my flight time deliberately to avoid flying after about 11:30 pm. With the lateness of the flight, I probably could again have gotten a cheaper flight that was scheduled to land in the wee hours of the morning. Finally, the complimentary food was non-existent - didn't even get a cookie or small bag of pretzels. Did get a free drink and water.
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: Smallest seats I’ve ever been in. Late departure because they forgot the plane’s security check in-between flights. Drinks served but no snacks.
Pros: Crew was friendly and helpful
Cons: Wider seat
Cons: 4.5 hour delay for maintenance issue, flight attendants were rude, uncomfortable seats
Pros: I had a middle seat and I was surprisingly comfortable.
Cons: This was a 4 hour flight and they had no food -- really????
Pros: The crew were average seats were comfortable.
Cons: Being on time... I missed my connection to Eugene. They boarded late because the plane came in late but then fiddling around with paper work for 20 minutes. We were then one hour late and they unloaded on the ground and bussed us to the terminal making us even more late. Also $40 added at check in
Pros: Easy check in and boarding. Nice crew
Cons: You have to pay to choose a seat with suncountry, which I chose not to do. Also have to pay for food, which I did not do so unable to attest for the quality
Cons: It now costs money to select ANY seat, to have ANY luggage whether it is carry-on or checked. The plains are old and poorly maintained (if I wasn't moved, the person in the seat in front of me would have crushed me by his constant backward leanings.) No longer a viable option to fly.
Cons: No free snack
Pros: Good value for the price.
Cons: the crew did not announce where baggage pick-up was, so all of us had to race around trying to find it. The airport staff didn't know either.
Pros: The flight crew was fine and got us there on schedule.
Cons: Terrible leg room and seats are like sitting on a bench. Not happy with the person checking us in as claimed we did not sign up for the correct bags but couldn't argue so stiffed us with another fee. Amazed they don't have pay toilets but that may be coming. Except for the return flight already scheduled home I will seek a different company the next time we fly. Looks like the sun is setting on Sun Country compared to what it used to be!
Pros: The leg room
Cons: No tv or charging port for phones
Pros: Carry on luggage is now $40 per
Cons: Both flights were over 20-30 minutes late. Safety announcements so loud they hurt my ears. Not even a snack for food but it is a discount airline I guess.
Pros: It was great overall! the pilots take off and landing (my most unfavorite part of flying) did a wonderful job.
Cons: The seats are pretty small and I had to pay extra for my seat. What's up witht hat?
Pros: Smoothly flight, comfortable, good customer service.
Pros: The crew was great. I only gave 5 stars for comfort because the was one empty seat and I could stretch out a bit. I didn't have any food or rent a digital player. The flight was smooth and I loved that it was nonstop.
Cons: Boarding was quite long and everybody was backed up the whole length of the jetway.
Cons: Not being able to choose seats
Cons: Our plane was at the gate well ahead of boarding. We boarded the plane on time and were actually ahead of schedule. We started taxing out to the runway and had to return to the gate because of a warning light. We had to stay on the plane for an extra hour while the light was fixed. These sorts of things should be fixed while at the gate, even before we board. The comfortability of sitting on a plane during boarding is not good.
Cons: No comp food. No free entertainment. Over an hour late. But we boarded early then sat and waited due to crew member not being aware of schedule.
Pros: Flight attendants were helpful and friendly, very professional. Would fly Sun Country again.
Pros: Boarding was fast and easy
Cons: The flight attendants were very attentive
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: First flight was delayed by 2 hours with no notification, missed connecting flight, no apology given and worst seats on plane were booked for us. Had to wait over 5 hours for next flight which also ended up being delayed and no option of discounted upgrade even though 9 of the 12 first class seats were available.
Pros: I am very tall and resent having to pay for leg room. Even when those seats are empty. I paid for an exit row seat just before boarding. Then on board someone was given permission to sit in an empty exit row seat. So why did I pay for mine? My legs literally do not fit in a regular seat. I feel this is discrimination.
Pros: Efficient on boarding.
Cons: Few Flights statements are too push. People are shutting down their device and told shut off now when they're in a middle of doing it. One person told her I am doing it now. Stop making Sdumtion. Really look and listen.
Pros: From the check in desk to the flight crew, every employee we came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and made our travel experience enjoyable. At a time when customer service isn't always consistent or a priority, it was nice to experience it from all of the Sun Country employees we came across.
Pros: Once again the flight was on time.
Cons: The food was poor and the flight attendants was not fast enough with my drinks and the food was poor not what I thought i was going to get.
Pros: Couldn't be smoother. Ahead of schedule.
Cons: No meal
Pros: The flight was fine, crew very friendly. Other than the fact that too many passengers carry on too much stuff it was all fine.
Pros: The last three times I've taken suncountry, I have not been able to check in online. I had to come to the airport early, and stand in a line to get my boarding pass. I wonder if this is some way to get you to buy an upgrade seat?? They said they were having computer trouble, but after three months and three tries, I'm not planning on flying them again.
Pros: Friendly and attentive flight attendants and a very clean and well functioning aircraft! Thank you!
Cons: Wish that the seats would recline more than they do.
Cons: Check in was kind of chaotic. I couldn't get my boarding pass in advance so I had to stand in long lines and I wasn't checking a bag. When I got to the kiosk they didn't have a seat for me, but said I had to sit in an exit row. That's fine, but it was kinda freaky to see all the seats full on the screen. It was just different compared to what I'm used to with major carriers. After I got my boarding pass, everything was smooth and professionally done. On time, arrived early, courteous staff, clean plane, etc. They were better than most major carriers in that regard I'd say. So a good trip overall.
Pros: Pilot was great
Cons: Could not get boarding pass on line after an hour of trying. Could not speak to customer service by phone, 45 minute wait. Message said 2 wait until @ Airport which was stressful. Long line @ ticket counter.
Pros: The price was excellent and the airline wonderful
Pros: The flight attendant cared about our comfort. One of the cabins were leaking with fluid and she tried her best to solve the problem.
Cons: It took an hour for my bag to show up at baggage claim!! I was about to leave without my stuff. The overhead cabin was leaking (and no luggage was above). No wifi so I was beyond bored during the flight. The flight attendant never collected my trash. She walked very quickly down the aisle with a bag, but didn't thoroughly check passengers if they had and trash. I always fly delta, and this was my first time flying with Suncountry. I think I'm gonna go back to Delta.
Pros: No major issues. Just a normal flight.
Cons: The gates switched and if the plane could be loaded from the back that would be awesome.
Pros: The Sun Country and TSA people were very nice.
Cons: No free snacks on the airplane!!!
Pros: We like flying Sun Country generally because they use the Humphrey terminal and the crew are usually very pleasant
Cons: Seats are way too close together - computer site wouldn't let us pick seats and we were placed right in front of exit row so we couldn't lean seatbacks rearward - took us 2 days to recover from back pain
Pros: Flight was full, checked out bags at gate. Really don't mind doing that. Got earlier seating after all the other special seating.
Cons: Tried online check in day before, only specialty seats were available for $15 more. Nothing special about seats, only ones left. Had no choice, booked those gave CC details. Paid $30 more, but obviously no choice. Got to airport, tried to print boarding passes, had to choose seats again. Ones from day before did not take. Thankfully, not charged. Frustrating though.
Pros: The assistance and person driving wheelchair was vry good n helpful in Minneapolis airport.
Cons: There was no one to assist with pushed the wheelchair. After leaving us till the Gate, we kept waiting for half an hour. Nobody turned up so I had to push the wheelchair myself. That was a really sad and unfortunate experience!
Pros: Loved the fact that you can check your carry-ons for free at check-in on full flights. We had planned to carry-on, but it was nice to have a free hand through the airport.
Cons: The website function to check in ahead of time and pre-purchase checked bags did not work on either leg of our flight, so we had to pay $5 more at the airport. On our flight the other direction, they honored the online price. I was traveling back with a friend's wedding dress as my only carry-on, but had to fold it into a bag to fit their carry-on regulations. I could not hang it, as there were no closets.
Pros: Check in staff and flight crew were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Seats were awful.
Pros: Frontier's hidden charges make me appreciate the experience with sun country even more. Up front and fair service with no surprises was Sun Country.
Pros: I don't know if I will ever rate "comfort" more than "good", given that you're crammed in like sardines (just like any other airline - in Coach).
Pros: My name was incorrect on my passenger details, and when I called customer service, the reservation rep was very helpful in clearing the matter.
Cons: It was a 20 minute wait to get through to a rep, but it's undertstandable for an airline.
Cons: The website offers exit row for purchase then has an error message when you try to do so. I tried about 12 times. Then I called and was able to get an exit row seat and complete my check in for the flight. But that was a hassle.
Cons: Can't do online check in without picking a seat, why don't airplanes board from back to front? There would be fewer traffic jams.
Pros: The flight was turbulent and the seatbelt sign was on most the way to Seattle, but passengers kept getting up. The crew did a terrific job of reminding the passengers of the safety issue involved in moving around the cabin when the seatbelt sign was on. They had a lot more patience than I would have.
Cons: Super small and crowded flight, no safe distance whatsoever. A particular older flight attendant was cranky.
Pros: The crew was really good, made sure our needs were met.
Cons: The seats were quite crammed.
Pros: The crew were very nice and the seats were comfy.
Cons: I would have liked a snack instead of just a beverage alone.
Cons: Way too crowded on the plane
Cons: Internet WiFi
Cons: This was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had. The plane was so hot we were sitting there sweating the entire time. It made it impossible to sleep or focus on a movie or anything, and it made the flight feel 10 times longer.
Pros: Seem to be a smooth and direct flight
Cons: The flight was fine however my seat was next to the bathroom and people would occasionaly Bump in to me .
Pros: Leg room was good in economy plus but no entertainment. Flight ran on time though.
Cons: WiFi was broken and only refreshments offered! No meals for purchase only snack boxes that were horrible.
Cons: It was the first of three flights. I was automatically rebooked on a flight that didn’t allow nearly enough time to make my connection. United didn’t want to help because only one of the flights was really theirs. Same with Swiss Air. It was a terrible beginning to my trip. I lost money on shuttle fair since I never went to Minneapolis, too.
Pros: I cant say nothing but can say everything was good
Cons: I cant say nothing but can say everything was good
Pros: No problems and the crew was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our flight was delayed out of Mpls 2 hours so we had to rebook everything since we would miss our connection in Denver to Honolulu. The process of rebooking was terrible -- took almost 2 hours standing in line and the booking agent wasn't knowledgable Had to make an additional stop in LAX and arrived in Honolulu 5 hours later than we were supposed to. VERY disappointing experience all around!
Cons: I was very cold!
Pros: Service and respect very good
Pros: The friendliness of the crews.
Cons: The landing was a little bumpy.
Pros: The price of a ticket is slightly lower. It is not enough of a difference to make the plethora of inconveniences worth it. You are not a valued customer with this fare. If United values customers, they shouldn't offer this fare. That's why I don't fly the bargain airlines.
Cons: You can't check in at the kiosk on basic economy without an employee badge swipe, and there were no employees available. I had to stop checking in, wait in line, and then the employee that I talked to didn't have the right kind of badge to swipe. So I waited again. Extremely inconvenient. Even after being forced to talk to a ticket agent at check in, they still won't issue a seat. So you have to go to the gate and wait in line again to get a seat. The system is built for maximum inefficiency. It doesn't cost less for them to make me talk to two separate people, it is only to inconvenience the flyer for buying a cheaper ticket. It seems like a punitive system. Boarding was organized and painless. The crew seemed polite. Regarding comfort, the "leg room" on the airbus is ridiculous. I am average height and felt claustrophobic. I can't imagine how a tall person feels. There was no " entertainment" on my flight, so one star for that. I didn't not receive any food and was not offered water, 1 star.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Very smooth bag check. It was crowded but the line moved quickly. Boarding was very organized and easy to maneuver. The flight was very enjoyable and we actually landed 20 minutes early. United has once again provided an excellent flying experience!
Cons: There was no part of the entire united experience I did not like.
Pros: Easy boarding, on time take off
Cons: Arrived early (yay), but had to sit on the runway for 45 minutes waiting for a gate and ended up getting to the gate later than the original expected time. Pretty ridiculous.
Pros: The crew was excellent
Cons: IF A PASSENGER CANT FIT IN ONE SEAT MAKE THEM BUY A SECOND. I SPENT 2 HOURS WITH SHREK SITTING ON TOP OF ME
Pros: Very nice crew who were attentive and friendly.
Cons: Waiting 5 hours for this flight, after a very long overseas flight just about did me in. Wish they had more than one or two flights a day from Denver to Spokane.
Cons: It was not made clear at all that I was buying a basic economy ticket and was not going to be allowed to take a carry on. That was really frustrating.
Pros: $155 roundtrip cost with limitations described before purchasing tickets. It would be much better to at least be able to take a backpack as a carry-on, but all costs were included in the price except luggage and that was reasonable at $25/bag.
Cons: Not being able to take a backpack as a carry-on
Cons: There was no provided entertainment
Pros: Very nice large roomy airplane
Pros: On time, no delays.
Pros: Easy in/out of the plane.
Cons: Wifi Entertainment wasn't working.
Pros: Being on time
Cons: Flight delayed and sat on tarmac. For 1/2 hour
Pros: Delays seem to be frequent with united and the staff is always in a bad mood. Will not fly again with them, I flew one leg on a different airline so I wouldn't miss my international connection as they wanted to delay 6 hours!!!
Pros: Room for my luggage
Pros: There was nothing good to like about this leg of my trip.
Cons: I paid for first class and It was the worst flight I have ever been on, sat in the plane at the gate for over an hour with a huge women that was brought up to1st class from economy, she smelled, she was a lush. There was a child that did not quit crying the entire flight, I could not get off the plane fast enough, there was nothing1st class about the flight, we needed fuel after we boarded, then it was a cargo issue, and then it was airport, we should not have been on the plane until the plane was ready for flight.very poor planning you should be embarrassed about the flight.
Cons: Landing at dulles - we had to deplane from the outside. Would be nice to have it connected so we walk from plane to covered ramp inside to airport. Didn't serve a snack and they usually do.
Pros: One of the best flights I have ever been on! Everything was right on time.
Cons: Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in.
Cons: I'm 6'tall...NOT that tall and felt cramped the entire time.
Pros: The staff was friendly
Pros: a lot of the times the planes are freezing, would like to see pillows and blankets offered more in economy
Pros: plenty of leg room and space
Cons: There were 3 delays and 3 gate changes ....very inconvenient Rude to dismissive employees (mostly Chicago o'hara)
Pros: Nice folks and getting on was not a chore. Overall it was between good and excellent.
Cons: My wife and I got to sit together, due to the courtesy of a GI moving so we could. Our 12 yr old grand daughter was one row behind and across the aisle from us.
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Airplane was damaged and united wouldn't rebook us until the flight was officially cancelled hours later. Then United provided only one service person to address all of the passengers needs so we had to stand in line for a couple hours longer. Then they had no hotel rooms to put anybody up for the night that couldn't get a flight until the next day. Then they gave us a measly $10 food voucher. Then our luggage was mishandled has still has not shown up to my house. Then because of the change in flights I had to rearrange transportation home at 1130 pm that cost me an extra $125. A very miserable day because of United's lack of being proactive and poor decision making given the situation and circumstances.
Pros: First leg had free streaming on your own device, which was awesome!
Pros: The flight was safe, the crew courteous and hard working.
Cons: Seating is horrific. It is not healthy fur people.
Pros: Love junction airport
Cons: DIA is always nice and kayak was a great service and price.
Pros: It was a good flight.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Overall good flight. Very quick! :) nice pilot
Cons: Nothing in particular.
Pros: Seat too tight couldn't move at all
Cons: Seat too tight couldn't move at all
Pros: We got here
Cons: Lost luggage
Cons: Very slow boarding. The entire last boarding group had to gate check our bags, despite there being lots of room in the overhead bins when we got on. Then we had to go to baggage claim to retrieve them, rather than having them unloaded quickly and returned to us when we de-boarded. My carry-on is no longer clean; it not has big black spots on it, and came though the baggage claim partially wet from the rain. I was not happy.
Cons: Flight was over 2 hrs delayed so I couldn't even take the flight. Waste of my money. Paid 330 dollars and got nothing. Now United nor you guys are helping. Never again will I use this site
Pros: The crew was VERY helpful! I was traveling alone with my 2 infants and they made sure we were comfortable during our flights
Cons: There was no drink service and drinks cost. That was my 1st flight were I had to pay for drinks.
Pros: Flight was cheaper
Cons: Boarding. Over booked.
Cons: The only negative was the weather!
Pros: They gave us the emergency row with more space which we liked!
Cons: Boarding process could have been better. I felt I was poorly informed of the technical issues and would have liked a better understanding of what was going on. Boarding and then having to deplane right before departure due to a tire inspection fail was unnecessary. I feel as though the inspection should have happened prior to boarding.
Cons: Really sad in time of Covid19 they sell minimal seats but then put everyone! who did not purchase a seat in the back of the plane, 6 across with ABSOLUTELY NO regard for social distancing, despite the fact the plane was only 1/3 full. The staff gave some BS excuse that weight needed to be distributed to the back of the plane...BS! I was a single person in a middle seat, seated between 2 strangers, one coughing. No wonder our kids' generation believes big business needs to be brought down!
Pros: Amazing it took an international pandemic to finally convince airlines to board from the back front.
Cons: Check in desk was not open until 9am. Less than 2 hours before takeoff on busiest travel day of the year.
Cons: Flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues. No help was offered other than rebooking on a flight that didn’t get me to my destination until the next day and included an overnight stay at a hub airport with no hotel voucher. When told that was unacceptable I was handed a piece of paper listing two “Options” from Frontier. Both options involved going to a website and filling out forms. One for cancellation and $500 in travel vouchers which, after filling out the form and submitting returned with a message that the website was closed. Option 2 was to try to rebook which led to a dead end. I finally called Frontier directly and spent over 45 minutes getting everything straightened out. Now I have vouchers that have to be used by January 1, 2019.
Cons: Second time in a row we've waited in excess of 30 min for luggage at the carousel
Pros: It was my first time flying on Frontier. Great price, excellent value, good basic service.
Cons: Food and entertainment are DIY, which is fine with me. Food and drinks were available for purchase, but I did not avail myself of them. I wish I didn't have to travel to Cleveland to take advantage of their service--i.e. I wish they flew from more locations. Also, landing at SEA-TAC was bouncy.
Pros: the cost and my bags did make is to my destination.
Cons: The ticket counter was chaos and the baggage drop was worse. WOW can we have some consistency and harmony. Oh and do not throw my bags when you put them on the belt especially not in front of me and after you charged me $95 for 2 bags. Shame shame how would you like that with your personal baggage? hmm. Boarding felt like even more chaos they didn't give people time and it was like they tried to heard cattle. Very much not OK. We just paid to get treated like this. Hmm. Comfort- Not so much felt like I was on a bench seat . Food. Ridiculous here is water everything else you get charged for.
Cons: The captain of the flight was running late. We had already boarded when we found out that the captain wasn't going to make it and that they were on hold with scheduling to try and find a replacement. Half an hour later they had us de-plane. From there we waited around for another 2 hours before a replacement was able to make it. They had us board again, and then we were waiting on ground crew to come push us back from the gate for another 20 minutes. It was a disaster. We got into Seattle almost four hours later than we originally should have. The attendants were short with all of us. Granted there were quite a few people who were being nasty. I understand that it wasn't in their control. But customer service is. They all fell short.
Pros: I liked the ticket agent in Denver who fixed my incorrectly printed boarding pass.
Cons: Flight was over 2 hours late. Missed my scheduled flight in Denver, did get on a later flight that night, but got in very late. Ticket agent at the desk before I left MSP took my boarding pass for flight from Denver to SLC, not sure if he listed me on the wrong flight out of Denver or if the agent at the desk in Denver printed the wrong boarding pass. A SLC and Las Vegas flight were at neighboring gates when I realized something was wrong. I'd been printed a boarding pass for the flight to Las Vegas instead of SLC. Glad I noticed it before the last flight to SLC left. Was suffering at the time with a bout of diverticulitis, the straight up and down, nonreclining seats were horrific for me.
Cons: Crew not that friendly. When boarding first flight attendant seemed annoyed that I asked her about my seat. ** there is a fee for about everything on frontier. I would rather pay additional for the tickets on other airlines because the process to check in luggage, get to the gate, and have the Benicia of not being charged for every little thing is WORTH IT. You end up paying more to fly frontier by the time you are done paying for the extras. I prefer the one stop shop. Convenient and no drama.
Pros: I got where I was going without dying. That's the only positive thing about my Frontier experience.
Cons: What do you call flight attendants who won't look at you or acknowledge you? Is it fair to call them rude if you had no interaction with them at all in your 3.5 hour flight? Since they wouldn't look at me, there was no option to even buy overpriced food or drink from them. The guy sitting next to me had to yell to get their attention. The lady was so annoyed that he asked for water. I've never seen "service" like this in my life. Terrible service. Have to pay for carry-ons but they don't tell you that during booking. Seats don't recline. Flight attendants were frumpy and dirty looking. No entertainment options (I don't know why they ask us to rate it.) No food or drink without screaming and paying an arm and a leg. Speaking of arms and legs, there is nowhere to put yours. My knees were in the seat in front of me. The guy I was sitting next to was bigger than me but not fat at all. He was leaned against the wall and still spilling into my seat. His shoulder was against mine, his arm was on mine, and his legs were too wide to fit in front of his seat so he took up at least a quarter of my leg room. The lady on the other side had an infant in her lap and did the same, except she was hanging out into the aisle. I'm 5'8" and weigh 135 pounds. When I was boarding the plane I was one of the last people on. Coming down the aisle, I hit EVERYONE who washould unlucky enough to have an aisle seat. There was absolutely no room to walk. The miniscule tray tables won't stay up. They didn't just fall down on take off or landing. The one on the back of my seat fell down approximately every 2 minutes. The flight attendant literally yelled at the person behind me because she "wouldn't put her tray table up" for landing even though the problem was mechanical not an unwillingness to follow the rules. I've never seen anything like this. I will never fly this airline again.
Cons: Packed in like sardines, Frontier has replaced their seats with glorified folding chairs that do not recline and offer a fold down table smaller than a table napkin. Rows have been shifted so there is less room than before! Impossible! No beverages, even water, unless you pay. No food unless you pay. After airfare we than had to pay $17 a seat per person each way to select a seat. (Wasn't that what airfare is, buying a seat?) My 56,000 saved miles have disappeared from the Frequent flyer program with no warning so now I have no reason to Fly Frontier. And won't.
Pros: I liked the fact that I was FINALLY able to fly from MSP to Denver. My flight was cancelled due to the weather. The woman at check-in was very, very good as far as being able to handle a lot of cranky passengers. She kept a positive attitude and was able to book me on a flight 2 days later. Kudos to her.
Cons: No compensation was offered. NONE. This lay over was expensive (two nights in a motel plus food). You didn't even offer me a drink of water while I stood in long lines getting to the check-in counter and then waiting to make arrangement at a motel. I know the weather is out of your control, but couldn't you at least try to make your patrons comfortable after they have been on the road in sub-zero weather, in the snow trying to make their flight??? Enuf said. I will likely not fly with you again.
Pros: They won't tell her what they are doing and they keep making maintenance mistakes. I just want her home
Pros: Not much
Cons: They neglected to completely drain the potable water tank and lines which subsequently froze and required thawing out resulting in a 1:30 delay.
Pros: Price of flight
Cons: When I went to sit down in my middle seat there was two larger women on either side of me. If I was any bigger, I am a 5' 4" 110 lb woman mind you, I would not have fit in between these women. If you keep shrinking your seats, no one will fly with you. In the future, I will be booking my flights further in advance with an airline that has seats to accommodate someone who is the size of a full sized man or woman.
Pros: The crew was nice, flight on time and fine.
Cons: I don't like the fact that you do not recycle, yet you provide goods that are just placed in landfills and will take hundreds of years to decompose. The airports recycle, is it that difficult to make that happen for Frontier? The hundreds of plastic cups, plastic bottles, cans, etc. etc. is mind blowing and is something I pay attention to. I actually took my item back to the airport instead of giving to the crew at the end so I could place the item in the recycle bin in the airport after asking your crew if there was recycling. They said there was no recycling. I also picked up a plastic bottle from another seat on the way out to help clean up since I knew you guys would throw it out anyway. Thanks for considering being more sustainable, eco-friendly, and for thinking about my comment seriously to minimize your airplane's environmental impact. I will pay attention and voice my concerns elsewhere as well - recycling shouldn't have to be done by the consumer, the businesses need to step up and make it happen.
Pros: The crew was friendly. The flight was pretty much on time besides a short delay on the way to Denver.
Cons: I didn't like showing up and being charged $40 each way for my carry-on. That made the ticket price go up to the same price as leading and preferred competitors. The food options were very minimal and there was no option for on-flight entertainment. Also, on the return flight I was seated towards the back of the plane. The back was completely packed and full and then I realized after take off that the front of the plane was nearly empty. They did a horrible job at being aware of this and they really could of increased everyone's overall comfort if they spaced us out more evenly.
Cons: We were part of the week when Frontier had a horrendous problem with on-schedule flights. We were two hours late for a 2.5 hour flight. At the gate, attendants were very poor at communicating. Couldn't hear them on the PA. Several people asked me "do you know what zone they are currenly loading?". They board weirdly - instead of back to front. When we got on (seated near the very rear) there were people seated everywhere. Slowed down loading, which slowed down departure. (2.5 hours late) Rows too close together, absolutely no leg room. Seats are the bare minimum - wouldn't recommend a long flight. Not sure I will fly with Frontier again. Will have to pony up the dollars for a better airline.
Pros: I actually like that you cannot lean your seat back. It's too imposing on the passenger behind you.
Cons: They charge extra for everything. Every seat has an extra charge except for the middle seats in the very back row. Once you've paid for your seat and for your carry-on bag(!), you've paid as much as you would have flying with Alaska, American, United, etc. There was no entertainment whatsoever on a 5 hour flight (not even for purchase) and no snack provide either. I believe there was food for purchase but I didn't even look at it. Also, they do not support TSA pre-check. This would have been something the representative I called should have informed me of but instead she told me she had updated my records. So in addition to the fee gouging, their staff are either uninformed or outright dishonest.
Pros: Crew on the plane was super nice and cared for us.
Cons: Check in process was HORRIBLE. I initially showed my military I.D in order to check into my flight. All U.S Navy service members that are attached to a ship have a sticker on their I.D that states their ship and department. The lady that was assisting me accused me for having a fraud military I.D as the sticker ONLY hides what branch I serve in. She accused me for hiding information on my I.D as she tried taking the sticker off as I need that sticker to get on and off my ship. I was also accused for not looking like my military I.D picture. That picture was taken during boot camp as my head was completly shaved and I had no facial hair. I obviously grew out my hair and had facial hair as I was in a leave status. I was not required to shave for the duration of my leave. She also asked why I was not in uniform. The lady assisting me failed to realized that active duty members do NOT have to be in uniform every second of their waking lives. She did not believe I was in the U.S Navy and was super disrespectful. I just gave her my Illinois I.D to avoid any other trouble. I'm not a confrontational person so I just tried to avoid creating a scene in front of everyone. She was not wearing a name tag so I called frontier to make a formal complaint. I will not be flying with frontier anymore. Thank you.
Cons: I felt duped. I chose Frontier because of the competitive rate for the flight fee. I had NO idea I was going to be asked to pay $60 for my carry-on bag at the gate! and THEN be required to pay again for a simple drink and snack on the airplane. I understand charging for upgraded options of more expensive drinks and larger snack items and additional baggage, but whatever happened to including the basic courtesies in the cost of the flight!? Again, I felt duped! I will not be choosing Frontier again in the future unless these things change. And, oh my gosh, sitting within 3 rows of the lavatory was extremely uncomfortable to the nose the entire flight! Surely there are better ways of de-odorizing!
Pros: Seats were ok. Drinks on plane weren't too overpriced.
Cons: You get what you pay for as they say. Crew was unprofessional, rude, didn't even tell me which way my gate was I had to turn back around and ask. All they were doing was BSing with each other and laughing. Pilot took forever to even take off, we literally drove around on the ground going like 10 mph for about 15-20 minutes, and because we didn't take off when we were supposed to I assume is why our flight got delayed an hour! Never have had a delayed flight until frontier. Then to make matters worse, I checked my bag and they put it on the wrong belt I literally waited for my one suitcase for about 45 minutes! Like wtf get your situation together. Not to mention the $30 1st bag fee at least sun country gives you that.
Cons: I am never flying Frontier Airlines again. Hidden fees everywhere that make the price much, much less of a deal than it looked when I did the price comparisons against some legitimate airlines. Frontier charged for carry-on bags, tried to charge for seat assignments (all of the available seats & not just the desired ones), charged for every beverage including sodas. Frankly I was surprised they didn't charge for water! Seats didn't recline at all & were like sitting on a metal folding chair for 5 hours. Food tray was about 3 inches wide, could barely put a plastic cup on it let alone a laptop or anything like that. Deceptive pricing combined with crappy accommodations - a combination I will avoid next time.
Pros: I was extremely disappointed with Fronteir airlines this was my first and only experience flying with them, and though the ticket price was great, it simply was NOT worth it! There were additional costs for everything! When I attempted to get my seat assignment I was told they assign at the gate, or I could PAY an additional fee for choosing one myself. And, they charge extra for your carry on bag. And expecting to at least be offered a soda, maybe a mini bag of salted pretzels if lucky (lol), I was SHOCKED to be told 1 soda was $1,99! Additional cost for any snacks or anything other than water! The aircraft was very dirty inside the bathroom as well as on and by my seat, as though it hadn't been even wiped down in over a month! (Pretty bad!) The flight crew were all very good I must say. I asked one of them and was told that 2of them were brand new employees. It really showed! They were much friendlier and genuinely cared about customer service! Refreshing! So, overall I would have to rate it low, and highly unlikely to fly with them again.even the checking in process was a real headache! I am glad to have received this questionaire , as I had planned on actually taking the time to sit down and write a letter as well as request a full refund , or credit for a friend, family member, or myself . You do run some pretty excellent deals, and I would like to welcome the opportunity to experience Fronteir in positive light, a nothing but positive experience. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Dr.Tamra D.Lyngaas 20426 102nd Ave. S.E., Kent, Wa. 98031
Cons: Two of your flight crew were caring and genuine it seemed. Great attitudes and upbeat!
Cons: The online check in was a bit complicated and not really clear if we could use e boarding pass.
Pros: Even after a 2 hour delay on a 7am flight, no effort was made to board the plane any faster. Staff appeared uninterested in customers
Cons: Frontier is not a customer friendly company!!
Cons: Hidden expenses emerge at check in... $45 for a checked bag both ways. $100 spent that I didn't intend to pay for. As the drink cart comes down the aisle, I am again offered to pay for the water I ordered by credit card. I had payed online thinking My trip was paid and complete. With frontier, plan on having money you have no intention of paying, being asked for over and over. My return plane was delayed 4 hours due to "refueling". The trip cost at least another $100 dollars overall. Go with another airline.
Cons: The tickets for Frontier are cheap but there are so many hidden costs after the fact. My flight was delayed three hours due to weather which I understand but there was very little communication about what was going on with my flight. They didn't offer any vouchers or anything for everyone that was delayed. Even the customer service line was miles long because so many people on other flights were having issues. I think the ladies at the gate just hid in the back after a while because we never saw them again. I would go out of my way to never fly Frontier again
Pros: Not much.
Cons: The flight was delayed for over three hours. At destination (Seattle) the Link Rail system was closed and I had to pay $50 for taxi service. This was an unplanned expense. I can forgive issues with planes and reasonable delays but there was little or no concern about leaving passengers stranded at the airport. The $50 discount on a next flight with Frontier (which won't happen) is of little use. I would have appreciated some help with getting to my destination and room accommodations. Do you know how hard it is to make arrangements at 2:30am at the Seattle Airport. No food, no ride, and had to get someone to let me into my room early in the morning.
Pros: Flight was inexpensive, and that was about the only good.
Cons: Frontier has gone so cheap that it is hard to justify ever paying to fly with them. The seats no longer recline and have a minimal pad over a hard plastic seat shell. Not comfortable, and I'm not even a big person. Baggage fees are outrageous compared to what you get with every other airline. I was at a seminar for a week and needed more than a single duffle, so I got to pay $70 to get it there and back. I can overnight ship something for cheaper! Frontier used to be great and they have cut every last corner to make as much money as possible. It's a sad day.
Pros: Nice newer airplane Hidden fees not so friendly
Cons: They charge me $50 for a seat at check-in They charged me $40 to carry-on one bag at check in They charge for all refreshments and snacks. The only thing that was complementary was a small glass of water. One of the flight attendants asked me if I would be willing to give up my aisle seat that I paid an extra $50 for to take a center seat so a teenage boy could sit by his mother. 99 times out of 100 I would have given the boy my seat. However this was a longer flight and I just had to pay $50 to obtain my aisle seat. When I tried to nicely explain that I just paid extra money to get this I'll seat the flight attendants response was " well he had to pay $50 for that center seat also, so it's basically the same seat". I replied no actually that is a center seat and I'm sitting in an aisle seat so they are different. After I declined to change my seat the flight attendant gave me major attitude about it and went off and informed the other flight attendants that I would not change seats. All of the flight attendants gave me the stink eye the rest of the trip, treated me rudely, & and ignored me as much as possible. I've been flying for my profession for 13 years and this was the most unprofessional crew I've ever seen. This is my one and only complaint about a flight in 13 years of many many flights. I will try very hard not to fly with Frontier ever again.
Cons: Both flights to & from Denver were over 30 minutes late unloading passengers. This particular flight was late on all counts.15 minutes late beginning boarding. Departed over 30 min. Late and arrival was about 40 min. Late. I do like that charging for carry on means people board /load and deplane/unload quickly. We get what we pay for and Frontier is cheap. We payfor each little add on, reserved seats, beverage, carry on, etc.Good option if cheapness is primaryfactor over comfort, convenience, or reliabledeparture and arrival schedule. Unrealistic tight scheduling means little time to clean or prepareplane between flights.
Pros: Crew was considerate and offered updates as we waited. We were given a lunch voucher and $100 voucher for a future trip -- on frontier and within 3 months. Fortunately for me, I did not have a connection and the person I was meeting in Orlando was also delayed 4 hours from a different location . So I was only moderately inconvenienced. Ordinarily this would have been a very costly event. This is my 2nd trip on the same flight within one month. Non-stop and times are great. First trip was on schedule and solid. Very friendly staff. Planes seemed new, cean, and safe, but not very comfortable (seats did not recline!?)
Cons: Delayed for 4 hours. We all boarded the plane before being told there was a problem, so then everyone had to de-plane and wait near gate for more information. Arrived Orlando too late to drive to destination. Wasted a day of car rental. Must use $100 voucher within 90 days.
Cons: I had a real problem with the prices for a "carry-on." The staff at the gate kept giving us different prices for our bags. I asked why a back pack that is twice the size of my brother-n-laws "carry-on" is free. They explained the "carry-on" had wheels and the back pack is a personal item like a purse. What??? Definition from Oxford dictionary, Carry-on: (of a bag or suitcase) suitable for taking onto an air craft as handheld luggage. I asked to speak to a manager and Nicole, the lead, very rudely explained if we didn't pay the fee we wouldn't be able to board the plane. My sister paid over $700 for round trip tickets for 2 people and was told she wouldn't be able to board the plane if she didn't pay for a small suitcase that had wheels. Luckily my sister went online to pay the "carry-on" fee. Online the fee was only $30 instead of the $60 fee your Frontier representative threatened my sister with. It was unbelievable. I will NEVER fly Frontier again.
Cons: First time flying Frontier. Great advertised rate round trip Sea to Denver $140 vs next best AK at $170. Receive email to pick seat, Suprise... They cost $9-36 each way, no mention of free seats if you just show up and go open seating. also Suprise# 2 carrying are $40 each way. I choose $18 seats and had a carry on so total trip ended up being $140 + $126 in a frontier gotcha money an increase in fare of almost double. I did find out about the seat chafe scam before checking in and asked to just go open seat.....uhh no. So how much would the Alaska Air trip have been....$170 plus $0 for assigned seat and $0 for carry on so $170. So fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.... Their will not be a twice and I suggest Kayak add some notes to fares to avoid future bilking by Frontier.
Pros: Crew was amazingly friendly both flights! The whole process seemed very nice and quick. I would DEFINITELY fly Frontier again in the US. Also, this is silly, but the tray tables are very cute. They are tiny (1/2 or 1/3 the size of a 'typical') and metal-ish; while not large, they are also not wobbly like on many other aircraft. I liked that there was no TV in front of me or controls in my seat; because usually I turn it off anyway but it still looks ugly and all the extra crevices in 'nicer' seats get filthy and disgusting. I did not feel grossed out by this aircraft, which is really cool.
Cons: Obviously, it's really tiny and uncomfortable. I knew that going in and paid for an aisle seat, otherwise I would have been totally miserable. I would recommend doing that, and also NOT having stuff you need to put under the seat in front of you, because then you'll just squish yourself in more. I was fine and got both sleep and some writing done, but I did see others struggle.
Pros: The desk staff and pilot were awesome. Very sympathetic, attentive, and personable throughout the entire long day. They all deserve TOP recognition!!!
Cons: Due to a winter storm, our flight was on hold for 8 hours. We were told all day to "stay with the plane", but in the end our flight was being used to fly the next day 5:30 passengers and we would not have a flight. So we waited all day, patiently, courteously and were left hanging. I was stranded 2 hours from home and wouldn't have a flight out for 4 days. Since I would have had to return the 5th day, I had no choice but to take the shuttle back home. Even the pilot and desk staff assumed we would be flown out in the morning. Frontier seriously needs to work on customer service when it comes to interrupted flights. We, who had been disrupted all day should have been placed on that morning flight. The 5:30 booking should have been delayed due to the circumstances.
Pros: The flight attendants gossiping about the other crew!
Cons: Having to pay for seats, mobile check in that kept thing me I hadn't paid for the seat, having to pay for a bag at one price at check in and a different price at the airport (it goes to the same place people), having to pay for your carry on, really?!!!?, having to pay for a pitifull snack, pay for a soda (surprised you don't have to pay to use the toilets!) And could you get any meaner flight attendants. The poor guy next to me seat didn't work and she practically bounced him off the plane cause he couldn't get his seat back in an upright position. what we thought was a great ticket price ended up being more than Delta!
Pros: The return Flight arrived early and the Frontier employees where all very nice.
Cons: The most uncomfortable seating I've ever experienced. I'm not a big guy and I was squeezed in my seat. At check in I HAD to pay extra for a seat, prices ranged from $40 - $13. This was not just to upgrade but any seat, I thought I was purchasing a seat when I bought the ticket? Also if you have baggage you have to pay whether you check it or it carry-on. If I'm going to be charged to check my bag I will then have an expectation of receiving a service. Baggage on both the arrival & return took longer then on other carriers. After paying for all the hidden fees, this flight was only about $10 less than a carrier with better seating and up front pricing. I can not recommended Frontier.
