I have been trying to cancel my flight from 2 hours before and still have not been able to

We showed up to our gate less than 15 minutes after boarding started and they wouldn’t let us in. It was still 15 minutes even before take off so we’re weren’t even late to the flight.

The flight itself was great. But we had to wait over an hour to deplane so I missed my train. Not the crews fault. They were wonderful!

Wish there were more complimentary drinks available - only had water and apple juice. Also - no snacks were provided during the flight, but we were offered some items as we exited the plane.

On this flight there wer only 25 people on board. So no one in 5 rows ahead of me and noone in 7 rows behind me. So very chill.

Departing flight for our weekend trip was cancelled due to weather which meant our return flight was useless. The whole thing was difficult to get support through but Alaska did recover and was able to reimburse us for the flights yesterday. For some reason, Kayak was not kept in the loop, adding to the confusion.

You sent me an email saying boarding was at 9:29 and AA sent one that was 8:29 on Sunday morning. I had to call AA to get that it was indeed 8:29.

The airport crew and on board experience was fine. The problem with Alaska air is that there is zero customer service over the phone when you’re trying to buy your ticket or change anything.

You need a n/a category. Too short a flight for food. I love flying on Alaska from Santa Rosa Airport!

Almost 3 hr delay in Settle with very little information available to passengers. They boarded the plane and we waited for a long time inside the plane as well.
