Pros: Chairs don’t recline. I was exhausted before the flight. The flight was sleepless hell.

Pros: The care and good food was much appreciated. There were plenty of excellent movies to watch to make the time pass in an enjoyable way.

Cons: Crew at the gate made us return to get our immigration forms without our boarding passes. This forced us to miss the connecting flight to detroit and delay our arrival by 7 hours. Awful experience.

Cons: The seats were incredibly uncomfortable. This was a Comfort + seat. Very hard, unbearable for an overnight flight.

Cons: The big problem was a 2+ hour delay departing from Ohare. No plane. Came later.

Cons: The flight was delayed twice and ended up arriving hours after schedule. I get sometimes this happens. I was frustrated bc we were boarded and seated, ready to taxi with no pilot! It took another 30 minutes to get one! I realize when flights are late there are ripple effects but this was excessive.

Cons: Could have done without the almost 5 hour delay and no good options for alternative flights. We got in at 3am and it ruined our trip as we were exhausted for my daughter’s college visits.

Pros: Delta always does a superior job - domestically and internationally!

Cons: Food could be better. Old aircraft, old style seats. Other airlines have improved this very, very much. Delta is lagging behind.

Pros: Flight was very late- about 45 minutes because of some problem with the "paperwork" they said. It was a beautiful day and the crew was ready to go, but we all sat for a long time before being allowed to leave Madison. It's especially bad when we've all made ourselves arrive at 5am for a 6am flight

Cons: Was refused to use the 1st clas restrooms but 10 minutes layer the flight attendant allowed an older gentleman and a lady to use them. I was in 10A with my service dog

Cons: Wholly inaccurate and frankly FALSE information about baggage policies and seating. This was advertised and linked to the baggage policy of Austrian Airlines. I learned at the airport that I would be charged for bags, by United. I am inclined to never use Kayak, Austrian, or United ever again.

Cons: I would have liked if the crew kept us a bit more in the loop about what's going on - I took a Southwest flight earlier the same day, and the crew all seemed to be having a lot more fun than the crew on United. Which is more likely more a management/structure issue of United than the crew themselves

Cons: THE TEMPERATURE WAS FREEZING. THE COLDEST FLIGHT IVE EVER BEEN ON AND IVE BEEN ON A LOT. IT FELT LIKE IT WAS 30-40 DEFGREES.

Pros: The service on plane was great and so was the opportunity to check luggage, although I was happy I didn't have to.

Cons: Boarding from DTW to LAX, we had to stand for a long time on the jetway and it was really cold. It was the holding place after they checked my ticket. Otherwise, it was a great experience flying Delta.

We also didn't get our luggage until two days later (which happens, and I completely understand). But what I absolutely didn't understand was that nobody could ever tell me when we would get it.

Cons: Gate agent was too much. A family had not been required to pay for carry ons on their outbound trip but she required them to pay $250. English was not their primary language. The mother apparently swore in Spanish- agent threatened to call police. Disagreed with FA, kicked off family.
