I liked everything about the flight except how the layover was handled. The original aircraft for the leg of the flight from Doha to L.A. had to be changed, and it seemed like confusion descended, and 2 hours later, we were finally boarded on the new aircraft.

The added time to my layover was hard because it was unexpected, and was handled poorly, in my opinion.

Worst aircraft I have been on in years. No wifi or entertainment, no power outlets, only bad wine/beer for a 3+ hour flight is mediocre at best...

You charge me around $400 Australian dollar because the emigration change the trip until I get the permission to travel overseas that not my fault , why you charge me all this amount ??!! Please return my money

Without internet

Seats were roomy and leaned back quite comfortably. The gluten free meals I had were fantastic, which I've never said before of an airplane , even regular meals.

Qatar airways took our hand baggage a along with other bags which made our journey comfortable.

We did not get our baggage a on arriving at Houston. We had to claim for unrecoverable bags.which will be delivered within 36 to 48 hours.

The handling of the layover in Dubai. Very appreciative! It was fantastic.

The flight was 15 hours from the US to Dubai, there is not much one can do to make a flight like that EXCELLENT, but the staff was more than accommodating, food was great, open bar and clean amenities. If the flight was not so long i would like this airline again!
