Copa changed my fligjt at the last minute and out of the 14 days vacatipn I had in Brazil, they would have me spend 6 days in Panama City!!! Lost of small fortune with hotels, car rentals amd had to buy another ticket with Latam. They are a scam!!"
Cons: "Due the COVID-19 El Salvador closed its boarders, leaving me unable to fly. I have sent two emails, called and spoke to a customer service representative who treated me unprofessionally and rude. After that I have been calling numerous times with a wait of over 25 minutes each time and I still have to answer from you as a company. I am extremely disappointed and want an answer soon."

Pros: "This is a full service airline that serves complimentary food and movies for a similar cost as low-end airlines like Spirit or Frontier. I was traveling from Punta Cana DR to Denver but had connects in Panama City & Miami. Because 3 flights is a long day of traveling I chose the emergency isle for my flight from Panama-Miami so i could stretch out with the extra leg room. Because I didn't speak fluent Spanish though, the crew had to move my seat. They upgraded me to 1st class! Amazing airline! Incredible crew! Shame most airlines in the US with their FU attitude don't operate this way."

Pros: "The crew on all of the flights were all very nice. At the end of the day, my suitcase did end up getting shipped to my house within a few days. It was just a little unorganized throughout the process of tracking it down."
Cons: "Following this, my flight in Bogota left 3 hours late. Not only did we board at the time we were supposed to be leaving, but then sat on the runway for an hour and a half before having to go back to the gate to refuel.... All passengers sat on the plane for 3 hours in Bogota before we ever took off with little to no communication as to why. Upon landing in Miami, my bag was then missing which honestly wasn't a big deal - I knew I'd get it back eventually. But with my new flight, I wasn't entirely sure which flight my bag should be with and which airlines (Copa or Avianca) I should go to regarding it. The staff for both were incredibly rude. My suitcase was the one missing and I was the happier, nicer one out of everyone I spoke to. I was told it would be shipped to my house which was great until I got an email saying I could pick up my suitcase at the airport. After searching for 2 hours of where to go and all staff pointing me to a different spot and offering little help, I tried calling the Avianca number I was given for any questions. Unfortunately, there wasn't going to be anyone who spoke English in until after my flight took off. After getting to my final destination, I tried calling the number again to try and sort out where my suitcase was and no one spoke English or could direct me to someone who could. I had to have my friend in Cali call the main office for me to find that my bad was still in Bogota after all of that."
Pros: "Check in was quick & easy. the crew were efficient and friendly. It is a Central and South American airline so announcements were mostly in Spanish but the crew were bilingual and translated announcements into English. The meal was good. No fee to check a bag."

If you don't watch the board you'll miss your flight. Why not send a crew member to the gate you told passengers to go to , and put a sign by that gate notifying passengers of the change! So stressful!!! 2) In transit passengers catching connecting flights, Copa to Copa, have to go through their security again! What, why?? We cannot eat, drink and relax at the gate because no fluids are allowed AT YOUR GATE. We are not talking ourtside security, you are already in the security areas. Even to go to the bathroom you have to go in and out of security, again! Stupid!! We didn't leave the terminal, and you're making us miserable!"
Pros: "Boarding is very orderly. Flights are always on time with Copa, which makes them a very reliable carrier. Planes are modern, clean and well maintained. Copa offers free headphones, meal and drinks, which is very rare on short flights. I was glad to enter a cool plane, as the Tocumen Airport was without air conditioning service."
Cons: "Tocumen Airport is always crowded, noisy and this time around was without air conditioning. As their main costumer, Copa Airlines should pressure the airport authorities to keep a standby AC system in place or replace it with one that can better handle extreme traffic of people."

Pros: "That was my first experience with the Airbus 380. The plane is an excellent ship and the takeoff and landing was surprisingly smooth. Flying is very stable as well. Although it has two decks you are just in one and it looks like any other long distance plane. Seats are a bit narrow but comfortable. Entertainment is individual and plenty of options. Economy cabin is divided in two sections and each section has its own lavatories."
Cons: "The boarding and disembarking operation is never-ending and of course economy class has to wait until business and first -that are considerably large- have completed their getting out. Even with two exits for the two decks it was very slow. On boarding I also noticed that several passengers boarded the wrong deck: nobody but a generic sign was telling them what gate was theirs. With 450 or 500 passengers the chance that something goes wrong increases. In our case a passenger didn't make the connexion and the luggage had to be removed. Food is just fine. Surprisingly the beverage was extremely short of options: just wine or water, no coke or sodas. Same with supper: just coffee, water or juice. The trip was long -9 hours- but no water was offered between meals."

That is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2018. Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

Cons: "Big negative was switching planes at Heathrow. Heathrow transfer services for people with their own wheelchairs was a horror. At one point we were put on a shuttle bus underscored with no body to help us when we disembarked . Once someone showed up they complained that they had to push wheelchair so far to gate which of course was the furthest distance away."

The cabin crew on my aisle kept on forgetting what food people ordered and if you were snoozing or not in your seat while she did her round, you missed your chance."

My husband had to board early because his foot was in a special brace after recent surgery. They could only move him to a center seat where he would hae to risk someone stepping on his foot. We are 70 years old.We had one small meal on an 8.5 hour flight."

Seating maps at check in did not make available a single seat close to us for a third member of our party who had booked an equal ticket on a separate booking. Yet after n boarding there were seats physically available that were not offered by check in staff. Meal trash was left for far too long before collection in our seats which was upper deck final rear cabin. Plane noise during flight was very low, excellent. Miami Airport is a logistical immigration process nightmare. We look forward to BA using FLL instead directly from the UK."

And those at British Aiways who bought into this design probably don't fly at all. Passengers who are sitting in a window seat must literally walk over the passenger in the aisle seat in order to get to the aisle. Flight attendants must serve the passengers on window seats right over those sitting in the aisles. The seats are narrow, and if you're sitting in the aisle, you don't even have a space to put your bottle of water or reading glasses. I can go on and on. This is my last flight on British if I can manage."

Cons: "In all fairness to British airways this was actually "operated by AA" and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Traffic to get into the airport was the worst I've ever seen. When we finally arrived, Although we checked in prior to arrival, we still had to wait in line for over an hour to check in our bags! We told the agents three times our flight was boarding, however, they were almost nasty and would not expedite us. they finally started to call our flight and we were pulled from the line, even then it was very disorganized how we were processed. We had to run through security and the long terminal and along with others in our flight that had been in line, were the last to board as the flight was delayed waiting for us. One of the worst experiences ever. They really need to do something about their check in process as we were not the only ones subjected to these delays. The plane had technical problems landing and had to be towed in but thank God we made it."

Forget about overhead space left over, we had to gate check carry on. Seats were very uncomfortable, no room under the seat because of a big metal box for power outlets. No leg room, sat shoulders and thighs touching with neighbors. No meal service, just drinks and pretzels, luckily we picked up something to go changing planes in Dallas. Never again!"

No matter how many times I gave a try to this company it’s always a bad experience. Never, never leave on time, the shortest delay it’s an hour, but I had passed more time at Nassau airport than any other airport in the world. Saving a few dollars flying with Bahama air, it’s not worth it.

Cons: "I flew from ca to Orlando to join my son who was hosting a college tennis competition in the Bahamas. The event was cancelled for fear of the effects of the hurricane and knowing also that the conditions whether or not the hurricane arrived would not be suitable for competition. We never used the flight. I was on a break from my chemotherapeutic treatments. I will not be coming to the bahamas via Orlando again...not possible at all! We are hoping to get a refund for my $300 ticket. Never had a vacation and it cost me that amount of money. We are completing a request for a refund form, but airlines is not giving me any hope. An elderly woman became dehydrated and nearly collapsed during the flight. She was moved to the seat next to me where there was an entire empty row. I spent the last 30 minutes of my flight trying to assist her. I am a medical professional and am certain that she was dehydrated. The seats do not recline."

We were coming out of Vegas, so no bad weather to speak of. Seats were buckets for people, tray table was made for a phone, computer was literally to big to fit on it. $40 for carry on bags! Checked bags cost $35. A small backpack is free but that's it. Crew was nice, the only positive that can be said for this airline."

Frontier's goal is to find anyway to get additional money from you and they stick it to you. In the end, we paid $200 more for this flight than if we had flown Southwest or JetBlue. I understand that budget airlines remove amenities to help control the cost of the flight. However, this experience felt more like buying a used car from a second hand car lot. The staff seemed to delight in finding ways to get more money from you, everything about the experience screamed cheap, and in the end, I paid more in extras than I did for my tickets! Pass this one over if you are looking for a cheap flight."

The line was to check in bags. There were 3 different flights, and it was so unorganized. I realized after an hour that I didn't need to be in this line. I had paid for a carry on, thank goodness otherwise I would have missed this flight, like many did behind me. The flight attendants were rude! I needed to purchase a drink to take some medication, and they made me wait. It was ridiculous."

Pros: "I was charged $40 for my bag, $2 for a soda that I didn't finish and my seat was $42. The 6 gate crew members in Atlanta were a joke (1 was eating a bag of cheetos). They allowed 4 people to run up the gangway to the plane without checking their tickets before the plane was cleaned from the previous flight. They had to call security to be sure the men never made it on board. They were extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Upon embarkation I had to remind her that I had a ticket that she needed to check! I required assistance with my bag, and had to shove it under my seat because i couldn't lift it. I will not be using them again. BTW, my American ticket was $26, included 1 bag and beverage service."
Cons: "I have never flown an airline that has to explain to the passengers that they must sit in their assigned seats. This statement was repeated several times during the boarding process. I have never experienced a flight quite like this one, the gate agents boarded no less than 6 or 7 times to escort people to their seats. We were over 30 minutes late leaving because of "weather" but I believe that it's code for incompetence. The flight crew were the only professionals on board. I have to say the woman at the ticket counter was quite helpful and very calm even when passengers became upset with her for charging the bag fee. The flight attendants were friendly but not attentive."

So instead of bringing a small carry-on for my clothes I paid to check a large suitcase. (added cost) No signage at the gate to identify it if was the correct flight . Crew behind the desk somewhat unprofessional - applying perfume and taking personal calls within feet of the desk, while we were waiting to board. Once on plane the Crew was very grumpy and at times, downright nasty. As I said, they charge you for EVERYTHING, no complimentary water or soda here. The concept of not having complimentary beverages would make sense if they didn't "nickel and dime" you for everything else. I almost expected to have to pay to use the toilet. Fortunately, our return flight was much better. The crew was super professional and civil. This was the first time I ventured onto this new Frontier, and it was certainly the last !"
