Cons: "Seating very tight. Difficult to get in and out, or to get your things from under the seat."

Cons: "A pancake sized hole was burned into my luggage destroying my clothing, toiletries and computer. United Airlines Baggage Services has directed me to purchase replacements for the items destroyed and submit receipts. However, they are maintaining they will NOT replace my laptop which was destroyed. It will cost over $1000 to replace the laptop alone."

Cons: "we paid for 2 seats together in economy plus, but due to an equipment change, we were split up. In order to sit together we were downgraded to economy. It would have been nice if they had informed us when the change occured so we could have made arrangements"

She suggested I bring it up to United, which I will do."

Cons: "Flight was very delayed which caused us to get into Phoenix close to 1 am. The whole airport was empty at that point which caused a delayed car rental. The Tv's on the flight are NOT free and neither are the snacks. I would think due to the long delay with the flight they would offer us free snacks or a free movie. But no."

Cons: "-arrived in Phoenix 2 hours late -plane sat on the runway for an hour and a half before taking off. -my small carry suitcase had to be checked -bags took 45 min once we got to Phoenix"

Pros: "As a military member, this airline offered me TSA checked, and I was able to go thru the line with my shoes on (small victories on such a trivial delight) the crew made it their best during the flight and kept a positive attitude."
Cons: "This airline is same as others, squeezing your $$$$ for every level of comfort. I can't believe the seats are so closed together i felt I was on an airborne mission. Unable to rest or lean back not even an inch! I wonder what's on their minds when they make these money decisions, hey!! you are sitting a human being not a mat on your truck . You have to pay for entertainment even on a 5 hour flight. Thank God the crew and Captain were amazingly good and decent."

Cons: "The airport was horrible. Hard to get to the C concourse. "train" is TOO SMALL. It barely fits 10 in each car. International transfer of bags was Horrible, and very far apart from where you get the bags. Poorly planned or not at all planned. We barely had time to make the flight with 1 1/2 hours to transfer and would have missed our flight if it wasn't for a trolley driver who took us from security to the gate. There is no power at the seats. The plane is old and seats were very uncomfortable. Yeah, this was the worst flight."

Loved the new United app I downloaded for free which allowed me to watch movies and tv shows on my phone. We arrived at our destination 30 minutes early, which was a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful."

Cons: "When I got to my seat I had to use a wipe to clean it because there was what looked like either throw up or oatmeal on my seat.... The pocket in front of me was filled with trash like an empty water bottle, a bag of chips and dirty napkins (they were very big so it was obvious that no one cleans between flights)... Also it didn't matter how many times I tried connecting to the wifi, I couldn't and I was willing to pay for it to because it was important that I work during my flight."

The lady flight artendant was nice just facially her expressions make her look stand off ish. They talked about passengers to each other in the aisle ways and made comments that "they've talk to this lady each several times and she's not listening". Seemed like private conversation they could try and have."

The crew, I guess tired, seemed bothered by the company of the passengers. The line to wait at the gate was very unorganized and confusing. No one knew which line was for which gate and people where cutting into lines everywhere. The airlines should provide better guidance for its passengers. I was connecting from Germany with Lufthansa and wow what a difference in customer service."

Waited in line to check bag; employee told us at 5:45am that we could board our 6:30 flight but our baggage would not be checked, nor held up to be sent on another flight next day. Supervisor was loud, crude and the opposite of sympathetic. My son was forced to drive back home to take 4hr. round- trip again next day 5/21/17."

Cons: "The flight had been delayed 4 1/2 hours. This was because they were waiting for another plane to arrive due to mechanical problems. The plane seating is cramped and no leg room. Nothing special about your flight attendant.."

Cons: "The bag charges were over the top. BUT that wasn't the worst. I landed in Phx a little before midnight and walked to retrieve my checked bags. It took almost 2 hours before the bags came out of the carousel. There were no Frontier employees to help. Sky Harbor employees recommended we call the Frontier line and several passengers did. It wasn't just our flight either, the Frontier flight that landed an hour before us was still waiting and didn't get their bags until 90 minutes post landing. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The high bag fees only added insult to injury."

Cons: "Biggest regret buying this "discounted" ticket. Not a real discount. Found out there were a bunch of hidden fees when I was checking in. They charge $60 for the checked bag EACH WAY and was super shocked they charge for a CARRYON!! Unbelievable. None of the regular seats recline whatsoever unless you pay more hidden fees just to have your seat not be straight up the entire time, and there is no front table to put a computer. To save another dime, they installed some super cheap 6 inch x 3 inch mini ledges that they call tables. I'll NEVER fly with Frontier again. They also refused to let me check in early so I had to sit and wait for hours since they refused to give me a boarding pass until I came all the way back to ticketing exactly and only exactly at 2 hours before boarding. Worst flight. A total shame since the crew was incredibly nice."

Got on the plane an hour late, sat on the plane for over an hour, had to get off the plane and wait in the terminal for 2 hours therefore missed my connecting flight and have not arrived at my final destination. There was nothing offered for the trouble or inconenience (snacks, drinks, etc.). I had to miss an important meeting and never want to fly Frontier again."

Pros: "When I called spirit on the phone they told me that I could take up a small suit case and they gave me the diemention so I talk 2 small suitcases When u got to the airport they told me that each suitcase will cost me $50.00 So told the staff I could have brought 1 suitcase and payed only 1 time $50.00 they said that they can't help me By paying all thease xtra charges and paying for snacks and drinks it does not pay to fly with them rather take any airline for a couple off dollars more and fly like a normal person with out all these extras"

Getting to check in early does not get you a spicific seat. A child can be put in an isle seat whereas an adult can be put at the window seat slighty more cramped."

It's tucked away in the corner and there wasn't enough seating so I had to sit in another section therefore I could never hear any announcements, even though I gather there weren't many made even with an hour plus delay. Also, I am 6 months pregnant and travel quit a bit for work. It amazes me how flight attendants do not offer to assist with putting up my luggage. I never willingly chose spirit as my airline, I will do anything in my power to fly another but it just so happens this week was drastically cheaper so I had to select your airline and I am definitely not willing to do so again"

My flight was going to be on time but the decided to give that plane to the people heading to Vegas because they had been delayed all morning. Spirit told us we would be delayed four hours, then 30 minutes later they said the flight was completely cancelled. I had to go back to the main terminal to pick up my bags and had to go to the Spirit Airlines ticket counter to rebook and get a refund. The line was so long and slow it would have taken hours to talk to someone from Spirit. I called Customer Service and was on hold for 50 minutes before I could finally get refunded. This made me miss the last Spring Training game in AZ! I've been flying for 35 years and this was the worst flying experience in my life!"

Pros: "I would only use Spirit Airlines for 1 day / weekend trips because of the baggage restrictions. And I would only use it so long as I'm cheap. Otherwise, this is the worst airline on the market."

Cons: "Everything else was terrible! Disorganized gate, disorganized check in, we left 5 hours late and then we were told the staff needed to be changed for this domestic flight, they did not have a sticker on the plane registered so they had to fill out paperwork for an hour after we were delayed and sitting on the plane, there were only two hosts working the beverage service and they only came around one time until the end of the flight to collect trash. It was very crammed and I would never take a Spirit flight again!"

Cons: "the worker saw me with terrible face and even they didn't explain me why my flight was canceled and they didn't help me anything . what they told me are just two things. refund or get another flight with another time .! . absoutely i did refund ."

Cons: "The flight was delayed both ways 3 hours. On a 3 day get away we spent 2 of them sitting in the airport. Will never fly spirit again."

Cons: "I understand if the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, but we were able to get on another flight at the exact same time to the exact same destination, just through another airline. In addition, prior to my cancelled flight I barely received any emails letting me know of the status change and received NO phone text message. Spirit should text every person if a flight is cancelled. Lastly, it has now been 6 full days and no one has reached out about my refund. I requested it at the airport but have not received anything in the mail or via phone call. Disappointing customer service and horrible management."

Cons: "This airline is a sham. I don't feel safe getting on a plane where they are simply seeing you as a number and how much money they can make of you. Literally everything has a fee, even carry on!"

Cons: "The extra fees for carry on and having to pay extra to pick your seat. Ends up being the same price as any other airline. Wasn't impressed and most likely will continue with my other airline."

Cons: "Delayed boarding (blamed on ATC), but then did not speed up to cut flying time as other airlines do Seats too small (after about 2 hours my legs cramped from being pinned in so tight)"

Cons: "computer issues on spirit's end, reservations had to be re entered, two hours each way to get it resolved and no courteous accommodations, wouldn't assign us to seat together. WORST EXPERIENCE!"

Cons: "After paying for a glass of water and 12 dollars to board with my companion who had a array on I could have flown a full service airline. I would not fly them again if possible."
