On the first leg of my trip, the time shown on the boarding pass was the time I needed to be at the gate. For this leg of the trip, the time on the boarding pass was the time the plane left. I arrived at the gate at the time the boarding pass said and the plane had already left. I am traveling to my father's funeral and the only option I had was to rebook for an additional cost of $600. Extremely upset.

The plane was 90 minutes late out of Guatemala because they were fixing the bathrooms. They did not. We flew with all three bathrooms out of order. Avianca decided to strand a bunch of passengers at 2am and the reason was that the pilot was "sick." When we asked to be switched to a different flight so we would not have to wait until 2pm the next day, they eventually booked us on an early flight. We stayed in the airport overnight in anticipation of this flight. The next morning they informed us 10 minutes before boarding that they delayed that flight so we could no longer make our connection. We had to spend 15 hours total in Bogota airport before being able to go home. Avianca used to never be this inconsistent with flights. They should not be allowed to do whatever they wish to passengers flights and offer minimal compensation when they inconvenience customers.

We booked a flight in December to meet my daughter and son in law in Cancun on Avianca. We have not traveled very much internationally and wanted to schedule our flights to arrive close to the time my daughter and son-in-law were arriving from Colorado to Cancun on their flight. We had booked this flight especially because of the closeness of the two arrival times. When we got to the airport to check in for flight we were told that the flight was overbooked and that we were being put on a Aeromexico flight that had to go through Mexico City with an arrival time in Cancun that was 4 to 5 Later than originally planned. My daughter and son-in-law were just about to board their flight in Denver to Cancun and had to scramble to arrange transportation to be able to meet us at the airport so that they didn’t have to wait for five hours in Cancun for us. We were only compensated with $14 that expired the same day to use in the airport for a wat later than originally planned. There was a problem when we tried to check in at the TAME counter in Lima, Peru. They were able to resolve the problem and upgraded our seats to business class seats. Now THAT's the way to fly.

In Quito, we waited over 1 hour in line to check in. The plane itself was dingy. The "entertainment" system was at least a decade out of date and barely worked. The food was medicore at best. There was no wine or beer available. There were no beverages offered on a six hour flight other than those that came with the meal.

The fact that I made it to my destination and Home safetly.

The service is terrible . They lose bags , the planes are dirty, you can still see head grease on the windows and old dried up food on the seat backs. We were delayed 40 minutes. No annoucement or notification . The staff are rude , and don’t care . Very unreliable airline - the food is disgusting.

-the flight was rescheduled more than 3 times, it was very inconvenient and annoying. -when we were boarding were told the flight would leave in about 20 minutes, however we had to wait more than 40 minutes; again extremely annoying. -once we took off we were forced to return supposedly due to a sick passenger, which is if true is not really the airlines fault but again very annoying.

Plane staff was friendly, onboard entertainment options were good and the fare was reasonable.

Plane noise was very loud and cabin temperature was so warm I was sweating and my wife ended up feeling naseaus towards the end of a 5.5 hour flight. Also, not a big fan of advertising being played over the TV and cabin speaker system.

90 mins late out of Guatemala, flew with all three toilets out of service even though fixing them was the excuse for late departure. Bus to pick us up was another 30 minutes late in CDMX. Ran trhough customs with no guidance, not a single Interjet person to help us as it had been offered several times. Flight to LAX was not even in the monitors at the airport, had to run all over to guess the gate. Gate agent was rude and obnoxious at CDMX, called for a supervisor and not only did he never arrive, I was threatened off the aircraft. Flight departed 45 minutes late, almost missed my LAX connectiong. NEVER AGAIN, WORSE AIRLINE SERVICE, LIARS FROM THE TOP DOWN.

Got me from point A to point B without crashing

The registration and boarding is an absolute mess.First, the agent tells us we can check in as early as 9 pm when we come at 9:30 pm the counters are empty and not a single agent shows up until 10:30 pm. By that time the line to the counter is across half the terminal. The special line for the disabled was ignored for an extra half hour. When boarding is announced they say they will board by row, but then no announcements on rows boarding are made so the boarding process is a mess too. The plane is old, dingy and stinky. Individual lights are not working. When I mention to the flight attendant that I think something smells like burning, she just walks past me without even giving it a second thought stating "no, it does not".. Just a truly mediocre quality with nobody caring.

OLD worn cloth seats that are falling apart with material worn thin. There is NO entertainment on either flight and it’s a six hour flight, you can’t order a special meal, I wasn’t asked if I wanted a beverage until four and a half hours into the flight, there are no outlets to charge your electronic device, the bathroom smelled like urine that turned into ammonia due to a lack of thorough cleaning. SO GROSS

The service, seating and attendants were 100% awesome. The flight attendants were at the top of their game and very professional. The seats were super comfortable and all of the equipment worked as it was supposed to. I will be looking for them again!

The legroom was nice and overall we took off and landed safely which is the most important.

-the flight was rescheduled more than 3 times, it was very inconvenient and annoying. -when we were boarding were told the flight would leave in about 20 minutes, however we had to wait more than 40 minutes; again extremely annoying. -once we took off we were forced to return supposedly due to a sick passenger, which is if true is not really the airlines fault but again very annoying.

Overall I do Love JetBlue....

In Group D...finally getting on...just to find the entire rear overheads completely full...how is that possible if everyone is supposed to be storing ONE carry on...completely not fair..now I have to shove both my bag & my personal item under the seat in front of me in an already tight space, I wouldn't need Even More Space--not a tall or overweight person.

The crew was nice and the boarding was efficient

The flight was over an hour delayed in reality, but we were only told it would be 30 minutes late. We then waited on the runway for a very long time, which wasn’t incorporated into the information we were given. This made me miss a dinner reservation in buffalo.

Got me from point A to point B without crashing

The registration and boarding is an absolute mess.First, the agent tells us we can check in as early as 9 pm when we come at 9:30 pm the counters are empty and not a single agent shows up until 10:30 pm. By that time the line to the counter is across half the terminal. The special line for the disabled was ignored for an extra half hour. When boarding is announced they say they will board by row, but then no announcements on rows boarding are made so the boarding process is a mess too. The plane is old, dingy and stinky. Individual lights are not working. When I mention to the flight attendant that I think something smells like burning, she just walks past me without even giving it a second thought stating "no, it does not".. Just a truly mediocre quality with nobody caring.

Avianca decided to strand a bunch of passengers at 2am and the reason was that the pilot was "sick." When we asked to be switched to a different flight so we would not have to wait until 2pm the next day, they eventually booked us on an early flight. We stayed in the airport overnight in anticipation of this flight. The next morning they informed us 10 minutes before boarding that they delayed that flight so we could no longer make our connection. We had to spend 15 hours total in Bogota airport before being able to go home. Avianca used to never be this inconsistent with flights. They should not be allowed to do whatever they wish to passengers flights and offer minimal compensation when they inconvenience customers.

It was not physically uncomfortable.

The flight was delayed, moved, and when it finally took off it was re routed back to São Paulo with almost zero communication. We were herded around with attendants who had no idea why our flight was canceled mid air and we had to fend for ourselves for rebooking.

The fact that I made it to my destination and Home safetly.

The service is terrible . They lose bags , the planes are dirty, you can still see head grease on the windows and old dried up food on the seat backs. We were delayed 40 minutes. No annoucement or notification . The staff are rude , and don’t care . Very unreliable airline - the food is disgusting.
