Cons: "The tvs didn't work."
Cons: "TV wasn’t working"
Cons: "nothing at this time"
Cons: "6 hour delay."
Pros: "The inflight crew was absolutely incredible. They were funny and helpful especially as our situation was incredibly bad."
Cons: "After waiting almost an extra hour plus for a delay, the boarding process was complete chaos. Not to the fault of the crew at LaGuardia, but just based on the annoyance and impatience of the passengers waiting to board. Once on the plane, our row was the only one with broken TVs. Unfortunately for my husband and myself, we were flying with two toddlers with whom we had solely expected to entertain with the TV."
Pros: "The flight was not completely full, so there was extra room."
Cons: "The choice of movies was poor. There were no charging stations for electronic equipment. The announcements kept on interrupting the shows. The crew did the bare minimum."
Pros: "The personnel were courteous and listen to your request ,the flight was exceptional.."
Cons: "No comments at this time."
Cons: "5h delayed"
Pros: "Great service. Also loved the size of the seats and the leg room that I had."
Pros: "On time flight, roomier seat"
Cons: "Airport, IGA"
Pros: "Leaving on time, landing on time!!"
Pros: "Free unlimited snacks! Lots of leg room"
Cons: "No safety video. Airport terminal was very small and stuffy. Security line was long"
Pros: "Boarding was a bit delayed in the beginning but back on time very quickly, seat comfort and legroom was great. Loved that I got a full sized can of soda, that's always fantastic and snacks were fine."
Cons: "My Seat 23D had a defective TV, so it was flashing on and off constantly throughout the whole flight, usually I don't have an issue with the entertainment because I like to sleep during flights, but due to some turbulence I was awake for part of the flight. Unfortunately with the flashing TV it gave me pretty bad nausea to the point of wanting to vomit, this is the first time I've experienced anything like this on a plane, was definitely looking forward to landing so I didn't have this nauseating feeling anymore. I have a video of the issue if anyone at Jetblue was interested in seeing. It was flight 499 from LGA to Orlando on 9-16-18. Thanks."
Pros: "Great flight with early departure; not crowded"
Cons: "Longer flight than normal due to Florence"
Cons: "delays, crying children and sniffling sneezing passengers. Restroom was dirty."
Pros: "Efficient and kept us informed despite weather delay. Lovely flight attendants"
Cons: "Non Working tv, cramped seats"
Pros: "Nothing really."
Cons: "1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run."
Pros: "Friendly crew and fast flight."
Cons: "No reclining seats"
Pros: "On time. Smooth flight."
Cons: "Drunk guy on plane."
Cons: "The the fight was 2 hours late"
Pros: "By far, Jetblue is the best. Your coach seats are spacious. Customer service was phenomenal with a personal touch."
Cons: "I wish Jetblue flew to more airport hubs, this way I will use it more often."
Pros: "Great unlimited snacks, full can of soda, friendly crew, on time with take off times from gates."
Cons: "Everything and everyone"
Cons: "Everything was good !!! Thank you for the flying"
Pros: "Seems like spacing between the seats is greater on JetBlue than with some other airlines. Really like that."
Pros: "Leg room on Jet Blue is very nice especially when you have over a four hour flight. New movies to watch, and plenty of shows to choose from."
Cons: "I wish occasionally the pilot would tell us where or what we’re flying over. I have somewhat of an idea when I look at the map, but it would be nice to know especially when the terrain is unique."
Cons: "The boarding was a shitshow because nothing was done to prevent people from taking all of the overhead compartment room, so by the time my group boarded, there was no room. But, people were still trying and so that backed the line way up from 1/2 way into the plane all the way out the plane and IN SPITE OF MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET THE FLIGHT CREW TO ASSIST AND CLEAN UP THIS PILE OF HUMANITY, THEY DID NOTHING!!! They forced me to gate checked my carry on bag (no checked bag) and did not tell me I would not get it back AT the plane and had to go out through security to get it at the baggage claim and come back in through security and because of that incompetence I MISSED MY CONNECTION AND WAS STRANDED IN FLL OVERNIGHT. After the front desk continuously trying to explain to me how it was my fault some how, I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE TICKET ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE OUT OF MIA AT 5AM TO MAKE THE WEDDING!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and as someone that travels for work and stays roughly 100 nights a year in hotels, I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOUR COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION AGAIN!!!!"
Cons: "cabin crew is arrogant and rude to coach class. They don't even have courtesy to serve water when needed for medical issue"
Pros: "The terminal"
Pros: "On time departure, early arrival."
Cons: "I wish your staff could be more definite when they need passengers to gate check bags. While we left on time, the wait to board was stupid as flight attendants struggled to fit more in the best ma until they final insisted on gate checking the last few passengers’ bag."
Pros: "Service was great, smooth landing. Great songs and communication by pilot and captain"
Pros: "Comfortable seats, great crew, ample snacks & good entertainment options"
Cons: "Delayed 40 min at gate in LGA"
Pros: "I like the fact that Jetblue handled the on boarding ot the passengers fast and efficiently starting with preferred riders, then going from the rear of the plane and moving forward. They also realized the plane was full so offered customers the free option of checking a bag in cargo. I would have preferred if they advised customers before checking through security of this option as I would have taken it rather than discard with some bottled products. The entertainment video was great on board, they offered free beverages and snacks. The crew moved through the aisle fast and efficiently when dispersing the food, and again when collect the refuse. While we had a little turbulence, the flight was uneventful and the pilot handled the landing very well. Departing the plane was also fast and efficient, although takes time because the plane was full. Overall, I was impressed with JetBlue, and their flight team."
Cons: "I thought that although comfortable, the chairs and fabric were obviously well worn and definitely needed upgrading. I also noticed that the chair head area didn't have a removable sanitary cover, which I thought should be there considering the number and frequency of change overs per seat on these flights. This is necessary to promote sanitary and comfortable conditions."
Pros: "The best part of this trip was checking in.. it was a breeze.. I must say the Orlando landing was the best touchdown I've ever experienced..Smooth.."
Cons: "Let's start with getting on the airplane was like herding sheep.. When I finally got to my seat someone was in it.. And I had no place to put my carry on.. The flight was suppose to leave 9:00pm.. we didn't leave til 9:40.. The safety announcement was awful. We cudnt hear most of it.. The turbulence was scary and the noise made me put on headphones to sleep. Once it landed in Orlando the airplane traveled around the entire airport .. It took forever to get off the plane but I was so happy to get off"
Cons: "Entertainment (TV) did not work on the entire flight in numerous seats, even after rebooting the system."
Pros: "Comfortable seats and legroom Flight arrived early."
Cons: "No Wi-Fi for whole flight. Entertainment video glitch for much of flight."
Pros: "Great non stop flight from NY to Boston. It was quick and smooth and I got good entertainment and got to watch tennis. I will definitely use Jet Blue more often."
Cons: "Muy buen servicio exelente puntualidad y atención gracias"
Pros: "They had little televisions screens for entertainment which was unique that it had tv rather than movies. I liked it."
Cons: "No phone chargers which was a little flaw."
"Flight was overbooked and we didn’t leave on time."
"It was just ok, flight attendants seemed tired and annoyed, they were not pleasant and welcoming."
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "Entertainment / TVs were not working"
Cons: "Internet and plane was small and old"
Pros: "The cabin was clean and the crew was friendly."
Cons: "Better snacks. Chips or mini cheese platter"
Cons: "Delayed for hours on runway"
Cons: "Wearing a mask was difficult."
Cons: "Comfier seats"

Pros: "Safe travel"
Cons: "more masks"
Pros: "Very controlled and safe Covid procedures. Outlets and screens at every seat."
Pros: "Felt very clean and so glad they are not selling every seat"
Pros: "The space between passangers and the steps the crew took to ensure our safety."
Cons: "Nothing it was a perfect flight."
Pros: "Everyone was great."
Pros: "The seats were extremely comfortable! I"
Pros: "I always have a consistently good experience on Delta. Everything was great."
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding and departing. Wonderful and friendly staff."
Cons: "Honestly, everything was great. Food and entertainment were a little lacking but for a 3 hour flight it was more than acceptable."
Pros: "Exit row seating for no extra charge"
Cons: "Seat mate not friendly"
Pros: "the video controller in the headrest of the seat ahead of me. you could see the flight pattern, speed, temperature outside and other specs, which were interesting."
Cons: "once again, the delta crew does not maintain their planes properly. during the taxi stage to get to the airway to lift off, there was a horrendous growling sound coming from the plane............seems like their hydraulic system is not maintained very well at all and it made a howling sound throughout the plane all the way to take off! we were wondering if there was something wrong with the plane."
Cons: "Explain why there’s over a 2 hour delay"
Cons: "Well for one my seat was broken. At the beginning of the flight they said “there are meals for purchase available” when i asked for one they said they were all out but then gave out to other customers. Their attitudes were horrible."
Pros: "Everything was as expected. Few delays but weather related and was only about 90 minutes"
Cons: "Reclining seats"
Pros: "We landed 45 minutes ahead of schedule."
Cons: "Boarding was rushed and we left the gate late."
Cons: "Please reduce your delays - again we took off with more than an hour delay and by definition you are responsible of that disagreement, you are the company I am paying for the service...."
Cons: "Originally, they were putting me on a flight connecting through Atlanta. However, I was traveling with my brother and there was only one seat on it. After looking again, we were put on a much better route through Detroit. I did not have a seat on the second leg and was stressed that I could get bumped. I made the flight but was given a middle seat. Since I have clostrophobia I began to panic. My brother sacrificed his exit row seat for me. He had booked through Delta. I wondered if he got better treatment because of that"
Pros: "Cabin crew super helpful & friendly. The food was great - all snacks & meals were well prepared and had great flavor, I’m not saying it’s a 5 star restaurant, but I was wasn’t expecting the quality we received. Great job! Impressed by Delta service."
Cons: "Traveling is always a challenge - abundance of patience required! We traveled from Dallas, Atlanta, Amsterdam, to Rome & back. Every country had a little different process for boarding and getting around - most had friendly staff, on point, helping clueless, stressed, & frustrated travelers. I was really disappointed in Atlanta, not a very welcoming or helpful spirit for visitors to US - not all (80% were awesome), mainly those trying to greet and direct through customs. Most hate the arrogant America anyway, don’t make it worse - put your best people on the front lines to help with international relations & show why the US is the best. Put those that don’t want to be here loading bags out back! Sorry for the lecture, but this is any business!"
Pros: "delayed flight by Skywest or West jet - Delta subsidiary / affiliate. it’s the 2nd flight in a row that’s delayed. but much better than American Airlines."
Cons: "Flight delays. At least flight was not cancelled. Boarding staff & flight crew were awesome and entertainment was superb."
Cons: "flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way"
Pros: "The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time."
Cons: "Virtually no food options."
Pros: "Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated."
Cons: "That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control."
Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"
Pros: "I arrived safely."
Cons: "We all were bused to the plane. And we all had to stow our carry on bags with checked luggage."
Pros: "The on time departure. The air hostesses were very attentive. Fast baggage arrival"
Pros: "On time with no drama"
Cons: "Got put on standby despite having purchased my ticket over 1 month in advance"
Cons: "The flight left three hours late while the crew was waiting for an oxygen tank to arrive. We were boarded onto the plane after it was nearly an hour and a half late, then waited in out cramped seats for another hour and a half as we continued to wait for the same piece of equipment. At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."
Pros: "-forgot to charge me for wine"
Cons: "-chair was broken -tray was broken -had to spend $33 for wifi that didn't even work -didn't have everything they say they offer to guests on the flight"
Pros: "on time meet all my expectations"
Cons: "I believe it is time for WI-FI to be complimentary in flights. It is far too expensive and feels like price gauging"
Pros: "Departing on time and clean"
Cons: "There was no screens, all the other airlines have screens, but that wasn't my problem and I got coloring book and crayons for me daughter, so she can play with them, but my issue was that when they gave snack to everyone and I didn't get anything and then I told the other flight attendant that I didn't get my snack and still she didn't get it, she said she was going to get it and didn't come back :(( I was really disappointed with that, they r old and forget things, so our line 19 nobody got anything .. i like delta was I wasn't happy this time with it"
Cons: "Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule."
Pros: "For a short-haul flight on a small CRJ, it was the most pleasing and comfortable flight. No delays and everyone was pleasant from ground staff to flight crew."
Pros: "Wheeler chair service is available"
Cons: "Gate changed in the last minute and non-English speaking wheeler chair customer (my 89 years old mother) was left at the old gate by their wheeler chair services and no agent at the gate knew about her. Both round trip flights! This is totally NOT acceptable. She could have been lost and with no ability to help herself and miss the flights. It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."
Cons: "Delta doesn't manage their flight schedules and personnel with backup or standby crew in order to assist whenever there are delays across domestic flights. The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights."
Pros: "Service in the flight !!"
Pros: "Seats were reasonably comfortable."
Cons: "Boarding process was ok (they bused us over to the plane and then had us walking out halfway to the plane's stairs before frantically sending us back on the bus because the plane wasn't cleaned yet). Not a big deal but we were traveling with a 10 month old so miscommunications like that cause a larger inconvenience than usual. The real downer on the flight was when we needed hot water quickly to warm our infant's bottle. The stewardess had begun beverage service and was about 8 rows away from us. My wife hit the call button, expecting the stewardness to come over somewhat quickly. Instead, she just continued beverage service and got to us about 15 mins later. By that point it was too late and the baby was wailing from hunger. When we asked why, knowing that we had a small child, the stewardness didn't just push the cart forward and attend to us more quickly, she said she didn't want to do that. No apology, not even a sense of remorse. At the end of the day, a customer's experience will always be tainted by poor service and that is what we received on our flight."
Cons: "Out of all the airlines I have flown, this was quite disorganized in my opinion. The fact that I was not able to select a seat, nor did I have one assigned to me until prior to an hour before boarding, gave me a bit of anxiety. I don't think it's fair to take away this option to those that get the "cheap, standard" tickets."
Pros: "From curbside check-in to landing the plane, overall excellent service ! Very pleased to find out they offered a shuttle from checkin to the gate. I am having knee surgery soon and the walk from security to gate 34 LaGuardia would have put me over the top with pain! It was a very nice gentleman that gave me a ride to the gate and even stopped to let me use the bathroom. Thumbs up *****"
Cons: "The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !"
Pros: "Delta changed me to another flight without charge and the rep was very accommodating and pleasant"
Cons: "Multiple delays, from 8:15 to 8:49 to 9:05 to 9:39 to 10:12 to 10:19 to 10:25. I am not joking. Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually."
"Given how many delays and cancellations other airlines are having, I was very pleased with both flights of my trip being on time, easy to check-in & board."
"Great trip, excellent price! No entertainment on board which is typical for this short flight. I did enjoy the option to purchase snacks."
"Friendly staff at all levels. Efficient boarding, new clean plane, arrived 20 minutes early, lowest price available. No entertainment and food for purchase only. Great deal though for a short flight!"
Cons: "Little late"
Pros: "Captains are amazing! Reached earlier than expected"
Cons: "I Never in my life flying again with frontier"
Pros: "Seat was average."
Cons: "If frontier was offering drinks and snacks again"
Pros: "the flight was smooth over all"
Cons: "had cabin service"
Cons: "Seats are very VERY tight"
Pros: "The base price was good, but once you add all of their extras, which in any other broadline airline the price is actually more expensive, but also no WiFi so could do work"
Cons: "They “extras” kill you, want to bring a carryon, $$$, want to choose your seat $$$, you want the flight attendants to help $$$, no WiFi, pay for a soft drink, when all said and done I could of spent the same amount on delta, and gotten the miles from it, but I wasn’t buying this ticket! There really is nothing redeeming about this flight other than it got to Miami early!"
Pros: "Price was fantastic, plane was on time and staff were incredibly friendly."
Cons: "Wasn’t great comfort and baggage price jacked up the cost a little, but was reflected in the great price"
Cons: "Plane was scheduled to depart at 8:20 pm it was then delayed until 8:58 pm due to weather. We all boarded the plane and were ready for take off when a maintenance issue was discovered. We all deplaned and we’re told we would be put on a new plane arriving from Seattle set to depart at 11:30 pm. This departure time was delayed until 1:35 am and then 2:35 am because the captain had timed out and we would need to wait for a new pilot. Also due to the first delay everything was coded as “weather” and customer service was unable to give hotel rooms. This miscommunication between corporate and passengers and the late night created lots of frustration. Instead of being helpful or honest customer service called security on the disgruntled passengers. I heard no threats of violence just elevated voices. At midnight Frontier began handing out meal vouchers (15 dollars to McDonald’s) as a way to increase morale. I finally gave up and requested a refund, got a hotel, and a new flight on a different airline (all Frontier flights the next day were sold out). When I asked what would happen to my checked luggage they said it would be sent to Dallas (my destination) or I could pay for it to be sent back to Denver. The flight and my luggage arrived in Dallas at 5:30 am. Paid $400 for Southwest flight the next day (flying into different Dallas airport away from my parked car and luggage) just for the guaranteed service."
Pros: "The crew was so warm and kind. The really made the trip."
Cons: "I fly often. Mostly internationally for work, but often enough domestically that I am a learned flyer. I hated that there was no complimentary anything on this airline. When checking in, I had to pay for my seat, after paying the stated price on this site (btwn 13-45 $). There was food and beverage, that you also had to pay for, no complimentary soda or nuts on this airline. Also there was a carry on baggage fee!!!! Like wtf. Overall, though the crew was great, I would NEVER fly this airline again."
Cons: "No one contacted me to try to give me any type of credit or refund even though I lost two days of my trip"
Pros: "Price reflects service and experiwnce, but is cheap"
Cons: "Just before I left for LaGuardia airport terminal C, Kayak sent a push that my moms terminal was changed to d. I took her to D. They said she needed to be at terminal C to get her boarding pass. It took me ten minutes to circle LaGuardia to get back to terminal c, at which pointANOTHER push popped up that said her flight was in terminal D. I live in NYC so can get myself around, but kayaks pushes were infuriating as I am traveling with a wheelchair guest and your System is sending out the INCORRCT information. You almost caused my mom to miss her flight, which would have been very bad for medical Reasons."
Pros: "2.5 hours is long enough to get thirsty, a cup of water would have been nice."
Pros: "the beginning price - maybe?"
Cons: "I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my 6:55 flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours. At that time, there was NO ONE at the Frontier check in to explain what was going on. I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time."
Pros: "This flight-my return flight left on time. My flight to Denver was delayed 2 hrs. No one at the desk said anything until it was time to board, then they let us know of the 2 hr delay. Disorganized!"
Cons: "Disorganized and nickle & dimed ! Carry on's cost, drinks in flight cost, can't select seats until you check in.....as a whole-not customer friendly. Won't fly Frontier again."
Pros: "I really don't understand"
Cons: "It's too much delay that cost me almost my job. I had almost 7hrs transit in Denver and the plan has been parked there for almost 7 hours and when we start to depart, all frontier employees start doing things they supposed to do an hour a good. I assum frontier carry between 150-250 ppl, if 10 frontier employees finished their an hour check things around, it would be very very helpful instead westing 150-250 hours of passengers. When I saw the commitment of each employees in under cover boss show I was so excited to fly, but I don't think I can afford to the delay."
Cons: "i had to spend $300 for a ticket that originally cost me 65"
Pros: "I wish I had something nice to say..."
Cons: "4 hour delay due to a maintenance issue that we were not made aware of until 2 hours into the delay. The staff were INCREDIBLY rude and were mocking and making fun of passengers ( I was seated in the last row and could hear EVERYTHING! Also, the crew did very little during flight time. They instead sat in the back and played inappropriate games like Never Have I Ever and Truth or Daresnd spoke about topics like Sex...mind you that there was a 9 year old little girl seated next to me. By far the worst flight experience in my 30 years of flying ."
Cons: "Flight delay of 4 hours not communicated until 10 minutes before departure. Flight was cancelled 2 hours later with no attempt to accomodate any passengers. I had to take a train to Philadelphia just to get another flight home and all expenses were out of my pocket. If I had backed out on the flight after booking, the air line charges me a fee, but if they refuse to follow through on returning me home, I am out of pocket. DO NOT FLY FRONTIER AIRLINES."
Pros: "The crew on my flight from Dallas to Denver did nothing about the obnoxious children (6 & 9yrs old) behind me who kept screaming, yelling & kicking my seat & the one next to me. The little boy behind my neighbor stood up & hit the man on the head."
Cons: "While waiting on my flight in Denver to go back to Dallas they changed gates on at least 5 different flights & it was very confusing watching groups of 50-100 passengers moving back & forth. This all happened in about 15min & my flight was called to board during all this chaos but because the woman making the announcements did not speak very good English I along with several others missed our flights. When i went to customer service to rebook my flight they tried to charge me $100 to rebook!!!!! Other airlines will try to book you on the next available flight thru another airline. Frontier told me the next available was 24hrs later, same time the next day. I was supposed to be back at work the next day. So i ended up spending $150 on a hotel room that i couldn't really afford. I WILL NOT FLY WITH FRONTIER AGAIN."
Cons: "Didnt have someone at the gate to check my luggage or even to put in on the next flight. The security then took all of my stuff since I had to try and take it through the tsa and check it at the gate. Overall annoying and I would like to have my money back for the bags that I didn't use!"
Pros: "I like that the flight attendants seemed like they were having a good time."
Cons: "I didn't like that there is very, very little leg space on the plane. I didn't like that Frontier sells itself as cheaper than other airlines, but then charges $25-35 to bring a bag on the flight. Virtually every person that flies has a bag, so the "cheaper" flight is actually just as expensive as any other airline. Also, on a 4.5 hour flight from NYC to Colorado there were zero complimentary drinks or snacks. This, again, adds to the price and makes it the same price if not more than flying with a possibly more desirable airline. As we were boarding the flight, Zone 1, 2, 3..etc were called but they never called Zone 4, just assumed everyone would get up. The woman directing the boarding process just walked away and never came back to welcome those passengers as well. This was the first time and certainly the last time I will fly with Frontier. Unfortunately, selling yourself as a more affordable option should come with reasons to keep your new customers, not give them countless reasons to pay a little extra to fly with someone else. The business model here feels a little scammy, as a consumer. I assume you will be able to keep customers for a while through selling yourself as the more affordable option, but people are smart and will catch on to the fact that is a bit deceiving."
Pros: "The flight home went really quick."
Cons: "No wifi, movies, super cramped seating, no free snacks or drinks, had to pay for bags, no alt flights. Took extra long time to open door, depart from plane on way there."
Cons: "THE FLIGHT KEPT BEING DELAYED ALL DAY AND THEN IT WAS CANCELLED. PASSENGERS HAD TO SECURE OTHER FLIGHTS TO THEIR DESTINATIONS. SOME EVEN MISSED IMPORTANT EVENTS LIKE FUNERALS, CRUISES APPOINTMENTS, ETC. I WAS A DAY LATE FOR MY EVENT. I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IMMEDIATELY SO WE COULD HAVE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS EARLIER. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AND WILL NOT CONSIDER FLYING FRONTIER IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!! THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO PURCHASE TRANSPORTATION FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES."
Pros: "I was transported safely from point A to B. That's about it."
Cons: "Check-in was atrocious as we watched the clerks migrate from one crisis to the next, and no TSA pre-check. WAITING at every stage of the flight. You would think a one-way would be simple, but no. An hour at the departure terminal, delayed in-air, then sitting on the taxiway for an hour and a half at the destination, followed by more waiting at the gate. The pilot's excuses didn't help any, clearly trying to avoid an onboard riot for a flight in which we waited longer on the ground than we flew in the air. We checked the board afterward to see if any other airlines' flights were delayed--nope, only Frontier, every one. It's clear what happens. They pay the least possible expense for airport services, and are then the lowest priority at every stage of operations, resulting in delays at every phase of flight. The most frustrating flight I've ever had that didn't include actual incompetence or bad weather."
Pros: "The price and the actual flight was quick and the attendants were nice."
Cons: "Stephen Lucero 352936 discriminated against us at the gate. We were the only two people out of everyone boarding flight F9 129 to be pulled aside and asked to pay for a personal item that fit the size restrictions of the metal bag sizer outside the gate. We watched 50+ people walk onto the plane with not issues with multiple and bigger bags. We waited patiently but with frustration for an explanation and he could not offer one. When we asked what the problem was with us he threatened to not allow us to board whether or not we paid the bag fee. He did not take care of our unjust bag payment until 9:11 which was after the doors of the plane were to be closed. Aside from him being rude (which is a major understatement) paying for the bag wouldnt not have been an issue and it would have been justified had we not just flew into Denver two days before with the exact same bags. I was both embarrassed and humiliated and out of money for no reason."
Pros: "People were professional and everything ran smoothly."
Cons: "I'm sure there's some tiny print somewhere explaining carry-ons are $45 but it should be more obvious when booking - even if you do it through a third party. It soured the rest of what was otherwise perfectly good service. Other passengerss reacted the same way. I was charged and then noticed the family next to me was charged only $40 for checked bags. The looks on their faces for having to pay for both types of bags was priceless. I mentioned the cheaper check-bag fee at the counter and she said, "Oh, but you said it was carry-on". It just felt scammy. Easy-Jet has been a discount airline for ages and they give you all the options up front so you know what you're getting into. They practically charge you for toilet paper but there are no surprises. Add the extra aggravation of LaGuardia's third world style and you end up with a frustrating day for avoidable reasons."
Cons: "I've never met such a rude staff. Every single attendant and ticket staff was horrific. By the time the flight ended, I heard at least four different people/families mention that the experience was so bad that they would never fly Frontier again. Everything was dirty and the Frontier workers treat us like animals. I've also never been on any other airline even spirit that made you pay for a duffel bag. By the time I paid for the small bag 60$ each way, it was more expensive than a Delta flight. I will continue to fly Spirit or Delta from now on and never again with Frontier. Horrible."
Pros: "Friendly crew/staff"
Cons: "I don't like paying for carry-on luggage, especially when I had no idea until I was about to board the plane. My seat was uncomfortable. I thought Row 5 on an Airbus 320 would have reclining seats, but to my disappointment it did not. I was surprised when the attendant informed me that most of the seats in the front front of the aircraft do NOT recline. Overall, flying Frontier reminded me of the one or two times I flew Spirit. I have avoided that airline ever since, and I will probably do the same with Frontier."
Pros: "Initial price"
Cons: "So here's the deal. I knew a decent amount about Frontier going into this flight, but seeing it with your own eyes is shocking. They basically exist to charge passengers extra money at the last minute. Combine all the unpleasantness of other airlines in one, and that's what you get. As an engineer, I appreciate innovating to bring down prices, but that is not what's happening here. It's a case study in forcing people to accept the lowest common denominator in the broken system that is air travel. I would strongly encourage you to spend the extra $$$ to do a united or similar flight, you'll feel it initially, but when you're not stuck in some derelict corner of LaGaurdia asking yourself why you cheaped out you'll be thankful."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 hours, then we boarded the plane at 1:46AM. Only to have the flight cancelled. After 45min on the plane we had to get off and wait until 3:45AM to find out what the next step was (rescheduled for 11:30AM). Overall the communication and transparency around this ordeal was handled terribly. Staff had no plan to deal with situation, provided helpline numbers were useless, email/text communication of the rescheduling was nonexistent All of this is not even getting into the cheap service and setup of the flight itself. Will not be flying frontier again"
Cons: "I was shocked that I had to pay $80 on top of a $312 flight to La Guardia in order to bring a carry on. Also, this is a stripped down airline now, with no drinks served and not even a package of peanuts or crackers. Nothing. The reps at the check in counter for baggage were incredibly rude, and a French man standing next to me did not understand that he'd have to pay for luggage, and as he had no credit card, he had no recourse. He was sent on his way to the gate with his bag, but then was not let on the flight with the bag he had no way to pay for!! I will never fly Frontier again."
Pros: "On Friday, July 8, at DIA airport I waited almost an hour before someone took me to my gate A42 for Flight 122 supposedly departing at 8:10 and boarding at 7:35. Finally, I had to bring this to the attention of the ticket agent as I did not want to miss my flight. Noone came and the poor overworked worker took me at 7:45 -we did not arrive at the gate until 8 o'clock (luckily the TSA checkpoints were NOT busy) and had the flight been on time, I would probably have missed it. This gentleman asked repeatedly for assistance for over 40 minutes and no one came to his aid. I panicked and I want Corporate to know they need to hire adequate help so their customers are not treated like dirt. Once I boarded, the crew was fabulous! However, I am not happy about such a horrible experience. I deserve a refund or free return ticket for my inconvenience. I have flown other airlines and have never had such a negative experience with wheelchair assistance!!!"
Cons: "You all charge piece meal for everything; yet you don't hire enough people - I bet Corporate executives are getting their fair share!"
Pros: "The flight attendant and pilot were nice and seemed to care"
Cons: "The people at the ticketing counter were talking to each other and not present with those trying to check in. The plane ticket was cheap, but then it was a surprise that I frontier charges for carry ons and on flight beverages. So it pretty much equals out. The aircraft itself was pretty ghetto and cheap feeling. There was a child on the plane playing with an electronic toy that played a most annoying song for literally the entire time of the overnight flight. I was disappointed no one who worked on the aircraft asked these parents to make this toy stop so people could sleep"
Pros: "Crew was nice, but very uptight about wearing a seatbelt, not standing in line to use the bathroom, not changing seats, etc."
Cons: "I booked tickets with this airline for the first time because prices were significantly cheaper than with other airlines. However, I didn't realize I would have to pay $45 for carry on luggage, pay extra if I did want a seat in the middle, and even pay for soft drank! After factoring in all those things, it would have been a lot cheaper to use a different airline. Plus, it was by far the most uncomfortable airplane I have ever been on. No leg room, small seats that do not recline and have no cushion. Terrible experience!"
Pros: "Non its terrible! There's mosquito on the plane. Its hot. Seats cannot be inclined at all. And its dirty. There are drunk weird people too that the security doesnt seemed to care."
Cons: "It was late! And its ok for planes to be late it happens but this airline company is horrible. They informed as too late via email that its going to be delayed that i decided to take it easy for a while its going to be 2hrs delayed from 10pm was moved to 12:08. But then when i called them they said to come in early anyway coz it might change. What the heck! What if i took a nap since they informed people its going to be 2 hrs delayed from normal sched and then i miss my flight??? Just for them to say just come in early anyway they're just too unprofessional and horrible. Il never fly here again."
Cons: "no amenities"
Cons: "The pilot was awesome but the crew was rude. We received notification that the plane was delayed and then 30 minutes later it was updated to the original take off time. People were late because of the notification that the plane will be late and we ended up leaving late anyway. At no point during booking my flight was i made aware that i would have to pay extra for my seat and carry on. The fact that you have to pay for something to drink on a dehydrating plane, is RIDICULOUS. I will never take Frontier again. This airline is joke."
Pros: "Read the fine print. This airline is cheap for a reason. There is a fee for carry on bags, and nothing is complementary. Seating is randomized unless you pay extra for a preferred seat. I opted for the cheapest option, no carry on and a random seat. This placed me at the back next to the rest room, but that's how it goes. Seats were very small, with the least leg room I've ever experienced. Thankfully, my flight was only 2 hrs long, and though we were delayed boarding 30minutes, we still arrived on time. Crew was very friendly and the plane was clean. I would recommend this airline for a short flight in which you have no luggage!"
Cons: "I'm 6'1, and I wish I would have paid extra for a "stretch" seat. No leg room in the regular seats."
Pros: "The best part about the flight was when we landed in Dallas."
Cons: "The most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. The seats were very hard and could not adjust. There was no information about the flight provided at any time during the flight except for when we were preparing to land. Compared to American Airlines (which we flew with on our way to Denver), Frontier has no comparison. There was absolutely no entertainment provided, and there were additional costs and fees at every turn. Not only do they charge for any and all refreshments, they also charge you to have a carry-on bag. The flight was also very very loud. The cabin rattled and roared for the entire hour and a half flight. We will not be flying Frontier again unless some major upgrades are made."
Pros: "On time. Easy up gently down"
Cons: "seat space is fairly limited and I am not tall or big. Normal size people were knees against seat in front and elbow to elbow"
Cons: "I didn't know I had to pay so much extra for my luggage. I'll be flying very often from this point forward - unfortunately it will not be on Frontier. I don't this airline is very honest."
Pros: "Only thing i liked is That we didnt crash"
Cons: "-$40 fee for personal bag that was slightly over regulation -one hour delay PLUS 2 hours stuck on runway in the airplane without access to water nor could we stand up out of our chairs for bathroom -finally when they were serving food and beverage only paying passengers had first access to food and water even if the crew had to walk all the way to the back and then back to the front to serve and charge them, it took about 45 minutes until they started serving water (of which the second cup of water they needed to charge for supposedly although we got "lucky" and they gave us a free second little glass of water)"
Pros: "Not much to like the plan was clean."
Cons: "The flight was two hours delayed. And the pilot or staff did not have the common courtesy to let us know what was happening. Pilot explained why they were delayed in landing at LGA. And it would be a two hour flight. However we waited another hour on the runway with NO updates!!! Just sitting on a plane, on a flight that was already late, was very frustrating. Frontier staff should really work on better communication. They also had an elderly woman pay $60 for her carry on. They could have waived the fee, she was elderly and she stated she wasn't aware that she had to pay for her carry on. It would have been a nice gesture when the flight was delayed."
Pros: "Quick boarding, left pretty close to on time."
Cons: "Was shocked to discover while getting my boarding pass that I have to pay $40 EACH WAY for a having a standard size carry on. If I'd known that I would have gone with the other airline and paid just as much -- but gotten at least a free drink and seat that reclines."
Cons: "terrible cancellation/refund policy"
Pros: "Worst airline ever they nickel & dime you & it ends up costing more money then any other airlines"
Cons: "More Comfortable seats"
Cons: "Food and drinks served to all. But, charges taking from their flight fares."
Cons: "Very small seats"
Cons: "When I walked in to the Spirit Airline to check in I have my mother in wheelchair she's 80 years old I was told when I checked her in luggage that I'll be charged $10 for checking in there then they told me to go to the machines to check in I went there then the call me back and they said they can do it there but customer service guy was not nice at all then another a gentleman stepped in to do his job and take me back and forth for half hour just to check in wheelchair person service and I will never recommend Spirit Airline ever again from LaGuardia Airport PS the wheelchair gentleman who help my mother he was very nice he also waited for me for half hour I tipped him $15 just to help my mother through security this was a very service from Airline"
Cons: "I came to LGA airport as Spirit airlines suggested time wise. Security line was moving slow. Made it to the gate 10 min before departure, there were already 6 passengers standing by the counter begging to be allowed on the flight since the security line 'snail' speed was to blame. One girl was already all red in her face from crying, another gentleman was taking pictures of the Spirit plane just sitting on our gate. He was posting it to the social media to leave his comments of how ridiculous all this ordeal was. We asked , explained, begged to be allowed on our purchased flight, but employees at the gate (for 1:30pm flight to Dallas, on Sunday March 25th) would not hear any of it. They were all ' politely' saying 'would you like to be put on our next flight to Dallas this Tuesday?' ( you are freaking kidding me I thought). Our plane just sat there for at least 15 more minutes. We were all watching it and couldn't believe this. We all could have already been inside of it. I fly American Airlines all the time, I've seen them allow customers on board even after the passenger list is printed at the gate. They allowed me also one time to be let in at the flight once the gate door was closed ( I had a quick connection in ORD and it was hard to make it on the other end of that airport). I should have flown with American Airlines again instead of Spirit. Spirits' cheap prices are not worth the hassle. Even one airport security employ commented how she 'hates Spirit airlines,' which really alerted me at the time, but now I completely get it. Oh, and I had checked luggage to Dallas, I paid for it on Spirit website. I regret every single dollar I gave them for this trip. All of my family, and friends I've informed of this, are staying away from Spirit Airlines from now on. And we travel at least once a month. I'm afraid we will not do business with Spirit airlines again."
Cons: "By the time I paid for my carry on roller suitcase and my purse, any cost savings to be had from Spirit were negated. On departure, the gate changed well over an hour before boarding - a fact that I only knew because I happened to catch a single audio announcement in the airport, since Spirit's site and Google's flight tracking both showed the old gate until takeoff. When I boarded I was stunned at the (lack of) quality of the seating inside - hard plastic bus terminal chairs lined in rows sported bungee cords with safety pamphlets jammed into them on their backs in lieu of seat back pockets. Naturally no reclining. We taxied for ~25m on departure and arrival, though it only makes sense that a barebones airline would settle for suboptimal runway assignment to save a buck. Just something to keep in mind in relation to total travel time. A look at the drink menu reveals surprises even for a seasoned barfly - what's this vodka I've somehow never even heard of before? How about one of those awful premixed cocktails in a cool sphere package that you see in a bin by the checkout at a cheap liquor store? If you have no bags (seriously zero bags, no purse/tote/bindle) and the $50 you save is worth it in lost time and comfort to you, go for it. Otherwise for goodness sakes just book Southwest and wind up paying less/the same to fly on a big kid airplane."
Cons: "Seats to small"
Pros: "Not one thing"
Cons: "I weigh about 165 and I fit comfortably in the center seat, however when a sweating, panting 300 pound lady sits down next to me spreads her legs out and and I have to lean forward for the entire trip because of her back fat, I seriously don't think I received the full seat for which I paid. Additionally, she was at the window seat in an emergency exit and the fact she could barely hoist herself down the aisle without getting winded calls the questions; could she actually lift the 40 pound door if needed? And could she actually negotiate herself out the door in the 90 seconds required by the airline for evacuation? I am certain the answer is no. There must be provisions that preclude an unusually large person from purchasing only one seat when clearly she needed both hers and mine, and keeping them from siting in the exit seat. There's a safety issue at hand here. Oh, and thanks, Spirit, for robbing me of $50 each way for a small carry on."
Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "HATED: Being charged for every little thing, that in the end, equals or exceeds the amount one would spend on a major carrier. Having someone next to me that takes up one and a half seats when they probably should've been charged for 1.5 seats. Condescending flight attendant who insisted that I take out the safety pamphlet and read along, refusing to continue her presentation and glaring at me until I did so, as if I were a child. The website which is cumbersome and has virtually every page trying to hard sell something extra."
Pros: "Was skeptical after reading horror stories of Spirit Airlines. Everything was good and not at all as the horror stories depicted"
Pros: "They refunded the flight"
Cons: "They weren't able to book me on a flight until 2 days after, forcing me to buy a last minute ticket from another airline."
Cons: "Simply doesn't compare to the competition... they don't even give you water! No wifi. Awful all around."
Pros: "The flight crew was very friendly and upbeat. So there's that."
Cons: "The whole website process is misleading, especially when it prompts you to pay for seats even though you don't have to. Didn't know you didn't have to pay for seats until a coworker told me so. Paying for a carry-on bag seems kind of ridiculous. Just dropping this one would have made me like the entire process a lot more. Paying for anything else was fine. I bought and ate a muffin and it was... greasy? If I wasn't starving, I probably wouldn't have tried it. I don't understand why they don't send you an electronic boarding pass. First time in 2 years I've had to print out a boarding pass. Maybe I missed it? Their website was a nightmare to get through. Seats were super uncomfortable."
Cons: "Spirit's low fares shown on Kayak are a total illusion. Their baggage fees are not only expensive, their weight limits for bags is low, they charge for carry ons(?!!) AND they charge extra to seat you next to your travel partner(s) AND they won't even serve you WATER without charging you. RIP OFF. Lesson expensively learned"
Pros: "Love the no-nonsense service!"
Pros: "The airplanes turnover once it docked was pretty quick"
Cons: "They charged me 80$ for 1 luggege I checked in. Unbelievable. When I booked through kayak I tried to add 1 luggede but had no option to do so, So at the check in they basically took advantage of that. Never fly with spirit again if I don't get a refund"
Cons: "Uncomfortable ride with no entertainment Got stuck with a couple the fight the whole ride"
Pros: "I didn't like anything."
Cons: "The flight attendants were very rude. I asked for the manager's name and one of the attendants actually said if I want to know his/her name, I would need to go outside. I purchased the flight specifically for the inexpensive price only to be told there will be a charge of $100.00 for my carry on bag. The rude male attendant advised that it is written in fine print, which I did not see because I purchased from a third party company. I travel frequently and I have never heard of such rules. Then again, I have never traveled with Spirit nor will I ever again!!! You get what you pay for."
Pros: "I like that there was no one in the emergency exit seats added the crew allowed me to switch"
Cons: "There really isn't anything I can say I didn't like"
Pros: "The cabin staff was great. Very polite and courteous. Getting on and off the plane was seamless."
Cons: "This was my first time to fly spirit. I didn not know about paying for bags. So bragging to my friends and family about the great fare we received went out the window. Non reclining seats, no pillows, other passengers asked for blankets, nothing. The kicker was the person next to me paid $2.50 for water. No Bueno. 1 and done!!"
Cons: "It's outrageous to charge $50 fees for checked bags and $55 fees for carry-on bags EACH WAY. The boarding was late and disorganized. There were no complimentary beverages or snacks and no in-flight entertainment. I will never be flying with this airline again and will definitely make this review public in as many places as possible."
Pros: "I got on the flight eventually and made it home to Dallas."
Cons: "The crew was extremely rude. My flight was delayed and I received many notifications notifying me of the time change. I arrived with plenty of time to get through security for the new time of the flight. When checking in however the crew told me that I had missed my flight. The plane had not left, the doors weren't closed, and the flight hadn't even boarded. I was devastated. They said I couldn't get a refund and there was no way they could let me board, I needed to arrive an hour early before the original time not the new time. Eventually I was able to speak with a manager after 4 other people arrived with the same issue trying to get on the flight, and I got on the plane. The ticket agent that I initially spoke to was incredibly rude though and had no compassion, nor did she even attempt to do anything to help me. Will not be flying spirit again."
Cons: "The flight was decent however there should be snacks and beverages accommodate it. To say that it is not included because we get a cheaper flight is not so for many other airlines."
Cons: "Unhelpful. Paying for carryons. Tiny seats."
Pros: "Cost savings"
Cons: "Carry on/ Baggage fees"
Pros: "Horrible. Filthy seats and plane. Was told "get off plane and fly with another airline if you don't like it" several times by attendant just for asking for something to clean seat and floor with myself. Then I was thrown off for objecting to such disrespect ful treatment. I will pay triple, double, quadruple to fly with another airline from now on. This airline and its employees are beyond rude and disrespectful. Do not go anywhere near this company. I was warned not to fly with them and I thought it could not be so bad. It was 100 times worse!!!"
Cons: "Who prints their boarding pass? There is no mobile device option. The plane was having mechanical problems and spirit never informed me. I just received vague emails saying that the flight was delayed. In the end the flight was cancelled. They couldn't rebook me on time and I missed my grandmotget's wake. Very undependable. Horrible customer experience."
Pros: "Worst flight ever!"
Cons: "Everything - again worstigjt ever"
Cons: "Cancelled flight and lost luggage"
Pros: "I like that they treated us with respect and where very friendly staff"
Cons: "There was nothing to not like"
Cons: "I have flown with most other airlines and this airline seems focused on making passengers not want to ever fly this airline again. I don't think I ever will. They say they are trying not to provide any service that they are not compensated, to keep their cheap prices, but in reality they are misleading with there low fares because of the baggage policy. I have paid to check bags but not $50 and I have never paid to have a carry on bag.. I spent 2 hours trying to pay for the checked bag on line to save $10 dollars. There web sight said I had no flight in my name. I called and got that straightened out, a problem with my name in there system, only to have the web site malfunction after I finally got to the page to be able to pay. The web page would not allow me entrance until I was a member of there airlines. I would not have ever registered for this rewards program had I known using a phone in the airport was going to be a navigational nightmare. But they won't have to worry about pleasing me again. If they are the last airline on earth, I will just walk. I think I can make it from New York City to Dallas/ Ft. Worth more comfortably on foot."
Cons: "Spirit will not be in business very much longer if they continue to have such disdain for their passengers. Both coming and going to and from Denver, which I have done at least a dozen times in the past two years (but never with Spirit) couldn't have been worse."
Pros: "Overall... flight was on time Boarding... smooth Crew.... friendly attendant Comfort... Seats doesn't recline Food..... didnt bought food entertainement... went to sleep lol"
Pros: "The cost of ticket"
Cons: "You have to pay for everything. Literally. If I had paid more for my round trip (89$) I'd be pissed"
Cons: "Not food or snack"
Cons: "I came 30 min before my flight and didn't let me on my flight just kept nodding his head when I asked for a supervisor nobody came out"
Pros: "staff was friendly"
Cons: "the tickets were very cheap...but they get you at the airport..it cost $50 for each piece of luggage..even a small carry on, so that added to the cost of the 'cheap' ticket. Nothing, not even a bottle of water was free on the plane ride...we brought our own water and snacks bur to not offer free tea or coffee and a bag of pretzels was pretty chintzy. The seats do not recline at all..so the ride was uncomfortable. No tv or movie screen. My flight was only a few hours, but a longer flight would have been miserable"
Pros: "Staff members were great"
Cons: "Older plane seats did not recline so my neck cramped uncomfortably"
Cons: "worlds worst airlines"
Pros: "Not really anything."
Cons: "There were 2 flights ahead of us flying out of Gate B6. Both, plus my flight, were all shoved into the gate - an absurd crowd for the space, as you could barely move. Nobody knew what was going on. No staff members knew if there would be any gate changes. There was finally a gate change for my flight, though God only knows why they didn't do it an hour beforehand - the incoming flight was sitting on the tarmac waiting to unload passengers for over an hour. I had to talk to upwards of 10 people to get any idea of what was going on, and the fellow waiting passengers were more helpful than the staff. I will probably never fly Spirit ever again."
Pros: "I got there and back alive."
Cons: "I don't like Spirit's a-la-carte approach to charging. It gives Spirit flights a FALSE appearance of being cheaper than many other airlines. I think that Kayak facilitates that deception. The charge for luggage and other charges should be in the price Kayak uses for comparisons."
Pros: "Low priced, friendly flight attendants, excellent pilot"
Cons: "$55 for one bag to check in absolutely sucks. Plus you don't get ANY free snacks or water."
Pros: "The price of the air fare. Fight went well."
Cons: "Very little leg room. Seats didn't recline."
Cons: "$55 to bring a carry-on was a surprise because Spirit does not require 3rd party sellers to warn buyers about that gouge."
Cons: "Delayed for 5 hours Had to pay $50 for luggage"
