Once this baby stopped, the baby in the row behind me began to scream and the one across the isle from him/her joined in. I would happily rebook with JetBlue if there was an option to not be seated within 5 rows of a toddler."

On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."

This is a normal behavior however, there employee decided to stop boarding because she said people were crowding. she stop boarding for another 20 minutes. Now, this was a large flight and there wasn't enough room for everyone to stand off to the side. She was rude and there was no reason for this especially when the flight attendant was already late. The plane was delayed 45 minutes due to this"

I hate this airline. I am legacy Continental with 14yrs of business travel experience. United, you suck."

Cons: "Boarding was stopped due to plane maintenance, there was a delay, the flight attendants had to be seated the entire time due to turbulence so I was very hungry and thirsty and received no food or beverages. I almost missed boarding because the staff said they would deplane the passengers in the middle of boarding and would be another 20 min but instead continued boarding. I would expect to have at least some water for the price paid."

Very dissappointing."

Reliability ! I've heard from four of my friends that Frontier has screwed them over with reliability as well. Wasn't even sure if the trip would happen after the first cancelation."

Cons: "If you do not check in online at least a few hours early, you might not get a seat and not make the flight. This is very stressful and I have never experienced this before. I was travelling with a friend and I got a seat and she didn't because of an error on their website. We almost didn't get on the plane. The flight on the way back was delayed 2 hours and there was a lot of confusion about the gate and updates. Bag drop off on the return flight was over 45 minutes and people were stressed they were missing their flights. You must check in early so you get a seat and don't miss your flight. Otherwise you take a chance and are stressed. The seats do not recline. You have to pay for any drinks besides water. It's expensive to check in bags or carry on. The flight price was not that cheap that any of this was worth it. I'm very disappointed and won't fly again."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 3 hours. Then they told us we had to board in 20 minutes or else the flight is cancelled. So we did, then we sat there for 20 minutes and they told us 10 people had to get off the plane due to a weight distribution issue. So 10 people got off. Then we sat there for another 20 minutes and then finally the pilot came on and said the airport was closed so the flight was cancelled. It took forever to figure out when the next flight would be, everyone was mad, I had to stay the night at the airport. Then when we finally did leave the next day, it was the most uncomfortable flight I've ever had. NEVER flying frontier again."

I feel as though when you are checking in the website is very misleading prompting you to pay for a seat or a carry on bag when you don't have to pay for these items, but the website is confusing. The seats don't recline and they seem to have gotten much smaller and not much room. Frontier has gone up on baggage charges $30 and $35, not sure why I was charged two different prices? Also, I don't like that Frontier stopped giving out hot baked chocolate chip cookies towards the end of the flight. Also, I noticed there was no sick bag in the back seat pocket. What is a passenger supposed to do if they get sick?"

Cons: "Boarding and then 5 minutes after boarding, being told we would have to wait for the storm to pass which took about an hour and then we lost our slot to take off so we spent another hour waiting to take off. In all, 2 hours IN the plane waiting before even taking off. This is after atleast an hour delay in the first place. Seems they could've made a better call and not boarded the plane. Seems it was only a few minutes timing off and we all could have waited in the airport an additional 2 hours instead of on a small cramped plane."
