The crew promised 100$ credit per ticket and never kept the promise. Flight was scheduled to leave ny at 130pm , and left at 630pm , with 2 small kids waiting at the airport was a horrible experience. I understand that delays happen. But not keeping us informed & fake promises of $100 credit per ticket was just wrong.
I would like jet blue to issue me $300 credit as promised & announced in flight by the crew.
I was very disappointed to see that I didn't get bulkhead seating. My service dog was squeezed into a small ball and I had nowhere to put my feet. I'm 5'10 and the men in front of me on bulkhead didn't have a service dog, nor were they taller than 5'6. But, there was an empty seat next to me thank god.
Purchased these tickets over a month ago and I was never able to select my seats. I am a Delta frequent flier, and despite logging on and checking in, was told at the airport counter that I would be assigned a seat at the gate. Of course we were assigned to the last row of the antiquated MD 88, right next to one of the engines. As if the lack of reclining seats was bad enough, the engine noise and vibration was almost unbearable on the flight that was delayed one hour on the Tarmac. The crew was understanding and we did get to Orlando safely...a big plus.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us, please send us an
and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
