Pros: "The inflight crew was absolutely incredible. They were funny and helpful especially as our situation was incredibly bad."
Cons: "After waiting almost an extra hour plus for a delay, the boarding process was complete chaos. Not to the fault of the crew at LaGuardia, but just based on the annoyance and impatience of the passengers waiting to board. Once on the plane, our row was the only one with broken TVs. Unfortunately for my husband and myself, we were flying with two toddlers with whom we had solely expected to entertain with the TV."

Pros: "Boarding was a bit delayed in the beginning but back on time very quickly, seat comfort and legroom was great. Loved that I got a full sized can of soda, that's always fantastic and snacks were fine."
Cons: "My Seat 23D had a defective TV, so it was flashing on and off constantly throughout the whole flight, usually I don't have an issue with the entertainment because I like to sleep during flights, but due to some turbulence I was awake for part of the flight. Unfortunately with the flashing TV it gave me pretty bad nausea to the point of wanting to vomit, this is the first time I've experienced anything like this on a plane, was definitely looking forward to landing so I didn't have this nauseating feeling anymore. I have a video of the issue if anyone at Jetblue was interested in seeing. It was flight 499 from LGA to Orlando on 9-16-18. Thanks."

Cons: "The plane supposedly was running out of fuel, which I've never heard of such thing. So we had to go down 20mns before reaching Charlotte to a nearby airport to get fueled up and then went back in the air. The whole ordeal made me miss my connection flight to Barcelona! And I wasn't able to get on a flight until the next day. To make matters worse I had to flight back to New York to catch the flight to Barcelona! Unbelievable. I was beyond disappointed. I chose American Airlines for a reason, a good one at that. Yet this happened."
Pros: "It seems like the plane was recently renovated and I loved the comfortable seats."
Cons: "There was virtually no free entertainment available."
Pros: "Never again. I had a connecting flight with a one hour layover and almost missed it. The plane to charlotte was very late boarding. Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

Cons: "First of all, we got on plane on time but had to wait 1h and 15 min to take off!!!ok that's the airport!!!They didn't even welcome us in plane.No food at all!Coke in plastic cup?Just this?No smile, not a blanket even air condition so strong!!!The manager of American Airlines should try to fly with Greek companies!And I don't mean with Olympic airways in Onassis time(with Coco Chanel suits the hall crew) but I mean now, in poor Greece's Aegean air which again and again wins the price of best airliner in Europe..Service, crew, foooood!!!Polite people..Blankets!!! I feel sorry for American Airlines..Ok we landed safe..Thank God, that's something..."

Cons: "My flight was scheduled for 5.37pm, but came to the airport thinking that I could get an earlier flight to Chicago and I was there at 1pm, requested for standby status, did not get it because am not platinum of diamond member, asked for $75.00, of course I didn't want to pay and stayed in the airport thinking that my flight would be on time, but it was delayed and delayed and took off at last, saw O'Hare airport but it looks like the pilot could not land it because he did not get the clearance, but as a passenger, I saw the flight going around and around the Ohare area, at least 6 times, then after landing taxing took for ever. I WILL TRY NOT TO FLY IN AA AGAIN."

Cons: "The flight got delayed twice. I did not got any notice at all. I waited around for 5 hours in the airport. Then have to change my flight to another airline in another airport, bevause the delay would result in me having to miss my connecting flight. I ended up spending a lot of money, wasting a lot of time, almost miss my meeting in San Diego. Then the flight got cancelled at 3am anyway. I had a horrible experience. I will never use kayak.com or Frontier airline ever again."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 hours with never an alert to any passengers. The crew didn't even show up until the flight was already supposed to be boarding. I did not receive any message or alert that the flight was continuing to be delayed. I've never experienced anything like this before. And nothing was done to better the situation."
Pros: "After delaying the flight for over 6 hours and not updating their website properly to notify their passengers of the delay, the flight was cancelled after we all waited over 4 hours. After cancelling the flight the airline and their rude LGA employees notified me that the next flight they could put me on was 6 days later! They don't work with other airlines in the event of a cancellation so you're on your own. I will never fly this airline ever again, id rather take the bus."

Who charges for a carry on? 2- kiosks were broken and I had to wait in line for 30 mins just to get my damn boarding pass 3- seats are so cheap now and leg room reduced. 4- will never fly this airline again. Totally mislead 5- do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50 or $100 dollars for a decent airline"

Cons: "How about an email or text that you are cancelling my flight? Next opportunity to go is two day away - not acceptable!"
Cons: "I thought I had checked in to the flight earlier in the day. When I arrived at the check in counter to see if another flight was available, the only other option would have gotten me there after 2 stopovers. I was headed to a wedding and had to make the rehearsal dinner. The woman at the Kayak counter suggested that I try to get a new flight with a different airline. I did, and transferred airports. The next day, I received a note that my entire itinerary was cancelled because i had missed one leg of my trip. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with the help desk (who were very nice, but wouldn't budge) i was unable to get anywhere. Then, I had to buy another one way flight home to make it to work the next day. I will never fly Spirit again."

Pros: "I got a seat by the emergency exit "for free" otherwise i had to pay extra for my seat. We pay a lot of money to fly,and i feel airlines nowadays give you less,and demand more money from us.its ridiculous..if i pay for my plane ticket,i shouldn't pay extra for a freaking seat."
