Had xtra legroom and Wi-Fi

I paid the xtra $99 for the economy plus but my headphone jack didn’t work so I couldn’t watch a movie and my tray table was broken so I had to hold my drink and fumble with my food. The flight attendant tried to fix it but couldn’t. Made my 6 hour flight feel like 12 hours.

The experience at DFW was terrible- long lines to get out of baggage claim because of too few agents to process 1000 people waiting. Also long lines for TSA screening to get to gate.

These planes feel like they are made of Legos. They are absurdly tiny and uncomfortable (and I am a small woman). Hot and stinky when boarding and no room for you or your carry on luggage. The days of glamorous air travel seem very far away.

Well - this partner of westjet was terrible. The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners

Staff was friendly

United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit.

Agent took an hour trying to figure out how to check me due to the connecting flight being under a different carrier. This is clearly something I couldn’t do anything about. kayak allowed me to book a flight and expect that no matter the number of carriers, there should not be an issue tying the connection with the other flight at the time of check-in. Because of the delay, my husband and I sat apart on am 8 hour flight and because we both were assigned middle seats, no one wanted to sswitch with us. The check in staff was very unfriendly and seemed stressed and overworked. United needs to ramp up on resources quick. The flight crew were very unpleasant. It was just the worst of all flights.

These planes feel like they are made of Legos. They are absurdly tiny and uncomfortable (and I am a small woman). Hot and stinky when boarding and no room for you or your carry on luggage. The days of glamorous air travel seem very far away.

Not a single part has a positive remark

Well - this partner of westjet was terrible. The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners

Heavy Hispanic woman got ill and I was really worried she might pass away because she kept laying forward asleep or passed out on the back of the seat in front of her. Finally they found a doctor who was bilingual and he took great care of her. So bravo for that UA!

Agent took an hour trying to figure out how to check me due to the connecting flight being under a different carrier. This is clearly something I couldn’t do anything about. kayak allowed me to book a flight and expect that no matter the number of carriers, there should not be an issue tying the connection with the other flight at the time of check-in. Because of the delay, my husband and I sat apart on am 8 hour flight and because we both were assigned middle seats, no one wanted to sswitch with us. The check in staff was very unfriendly and seemed stressed and overworked. United needs to ramp up on resources quick. The flight crew were very unpleasant. It was just the worst of all flights.
