Never went on board this flight. Kayak uses Underpricer (which is a scam business) as it's "customer service provider". This customer service is a classic bait and switch "service". I Got caught in the UnderPricer Bait and switch scam. 14 hours on the phone with people from India with heavy accents and upselling me to useless products. The original sell was a flight on spirit. Then they contact me later, an say after they have my money that the flight is no good as is is only one seat for a party of two. I am still in dispute to get my money back. Went to Spirit direct and had a beautiful vacation. I should never have used Kayak and their rip off artists UnderPricer.
The flight crew was extremely rude and especially not helpful when our flight was delayed.
Pretty seamless, just a tad bit late in taking off and landing.
Flight was fine other than there was a gate change that I was not notified of. By chance I happened to check my phone and saw the change, otherwise, we would have missed our connecting flight.
Haven’t flown on SW in years. Flight was on time departing and arriving. Served vegan butter onion flavored pretzels which were bad. Coke served was in a tiny paper cup. Crew was not engaging. Felt like they were going through the motions. Old plane, tight seats and no leg room.
Check-in, Boarding and flight were smooth. All the employees and crew was very nice and funny. They gave the kids crayons and workbooks to keep them occupied which was a big win. I’ve flown Southwest many times and that’s the first time I’ve seen that and it is a great addition.
Flight was on time. Wi-fi was a little spotty/slow. Boarding and exit were efficient.
Okay, not wonderful. Short flight. Wi-fi didn't work properly. Stuck waiting for a gate to open upon arrival for 20 or so minutes.
They sent a notice that they were boarding an hour early. We had to leave the club and run to the gate. They said sorry, that came from corporate and was a mistake. They did not have enough seating because the flight before it had not taken off on time. They moved our gate and delayed it for an hour.
The boarding and seat assignment system no longer works for me, but I know it is being replaced. Otherwise, I am good with the overall experience.
Air travel sucks. It continues to be awful for all airlines. No shame on delta alone.
Comfort Plus seat 11E seemed smaller than prior flights. The movie selection is good. Watched most of the most recent Tron movie. I'll watch the remaining part later as my movie is saved in the Delta Seatback Experience.
Delta is a good airline. I've never had an issue with Delta. I'll continue to fly with them until they show me that I shouldn't.
Flight was operated by Virgin Atlantic and it was up to their usual high standard. Minor grips about some issues, but they are really first world issues and as a whole, was an excellent flight.
Original flight was cancelled and when i was rebooked by the airline, they couldn't seat me in the same type of seat as I had originally booked (went from window/aisle to middle/middle and one was a bulkhead seat, and other wasn't in the same class)
First, Delta needs more flights to/from Miami. Second, a 1000pm leaving at 1230pm is unacceptable from their biggest airport world hub. Another aircraft could have been used such as the aircraft scheduled to be used in the morning for that exact same route. Yes, I did get me there but the lack of sleep the next day didn't help me enjoy my entire trip since I was busy with activities during the weekend. This can be and is expected from Spirit (going bankrupt) and Frontier (despite they're nickel and dimers). But from Delta's World Hub? That's totally unacceptable!
Service in business class was not impressive. I ordered coffee with dinner and then watched other people get 2 refills before I got my 1 cup of coffee, and only after I pressed the attendant button overhead. Furthermore, the seats in the forward cabin need maintenance on this 737-800: the upholstery is detaching from the seat frame, at least on the backs of seats 1C, 1D.
I truly love flying with Delta. They have always treated me with the upmost respect
Our flight attendant in FIRST CLASS was one of the worst I’ve ever had. She was not at all pleasant, nor particularly good at her service.
The flight was an hour and a half late departing which was inconvenient
Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.
Check-in, boarding and the flight from Phoenix to Houston was quick and easy. The flight from Houston to Shreveport was delayed 5 hours. It was frustrating but I think United handled it the best they could.
They lost my luggage, so, not happy. The crew was nice but my suitcases never made it, still trying to find out what happened!
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
On the way my flight entertainment wouldn’t work the screen went black and no matter how many times I tried to turn it on it wouldn’t. Food was surprisingly good but the tray tables were tiny so you couldn’t get anything else on the table. The seats hardly go back and are not overly comfortable. Wouldn’t fly United again.
Perfect flight. Smooth flight. Arrived 20 minutes early at destination. Excellent service.
The flights were on time which was great give. It was holiday travel season and there’d been some weather issues. The only complaint and this is every time with United is the terrible seat design. The head rest is not built for comfort and having my neck bent forward for a cross country trip reminded me while I try not to take United flights as a rule.
I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Dimpti. She was stellar, also a mature Asian flight attendant, lots of flowers in her hair, just as amazing! But literally the crew was AWESOME . Only downside is there weren’t any charging outlets. Maybe I needed to ask a flight attendant , but it would’ve been nice to have one easily accessible.
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
The flight was delayed by two de-icings. The seatbelt did not work correctly. It did not stay tight.
I was originally scheduled on AA 1763. When I landed in Miami, I went to the counter for flight AA 2115 to try to move my flight to this one. I was in a first class seat on AA 1763. While they moved to me this flight, I was told that there were no other 1st class seats available and they assigned me into coach. However, when I was getting off the plane I noticed that one of the pilots who was also in line to go jump seat - somehow miraculously got a 1st class seat on this flight. It is actually infuriating that I had a paid 1st class seat yet somehow they would move an AA employee ahead of that. At a bare minimum, they should have compensated me for the fare difference and I really think paying customers should ALWAYs get the premiere seats.
UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.
Wish they didnt delay off-boarding for 10 minutes so i could connect to my flight from miami to tampa
We experienced gate changes and a long delay. My seat was dirty when I boarded and I had to use wipes to clean it myself. There was an unpleasant and overpowering cleaning product scent on the plane as well that lingered through the flight.
Original flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. Cancelation notice was sent in the middle of the night (only saw it in the morning), leaving no room to find other options. No offers to reimburse for the extra expenses or compensations. My flight to Rio on 12/12 was also delayed for 16 hours. This seems to be the new normal for AA.
I got sick nothing contagious but distressing and the care I received by Kayla? Keighly the flight attendant will be memorable for ever. Thank You
Waaay too small plane. They also need to up the size of the overhead bins. I would love to keep me 3k with of camera equipment in my hard case baggahe instead of it being thrown into the belly of the plane
Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.
It was fine. No drinks nor snacks offered though. I thought that was unusual.
I like how the crew and pilot kept us updated Even though our flight was slightly delayed. We made up time for it in the air. I really did enjoy my seat and amenities and my trip and value overall.
It was fine. Nobody was outstandingly friendly but no one was rude and everything was smooth . The captain thanked us for flying but no one greeted me as I walked on the plane or as I exited which is the least they could do lol
Clean, friendly, roomy. But check-in from the phone link was terrible. Repeated attempts wouldn’t save at the final step. Just kept spinning! It was very frustrating. Finally, I used the app (vs website link) to check-in which worked very smoothly on the first attempt.
Check in on the web portal was cumbersome! After several attempts I finally got the boarding pass.
Excellent flight and even arrived 23 min early. No entertainment , or wi fi on board, but I downloaded a couple of movies beforehand which kept me entertained. Really like flying Allegiant airlines.
WE were delayed about an hour and never any communications from the employees working the gate. We also were moved to a total of three gates.
I love how they show love to their customers and care about them too.
I liked how when I got on board how fast we ended up taking off but what I truly disliked was how uncomfortable the seats were. There was truly never a time that I could ever get comfortable during both of my flights. The seats could get away during shorter flights but flights 3 hour plus makes it hard to enjoy.
The crew was great and the flight was very smooth. Can’t really judge food since I did not get any because it costs money. The seat was comfortable for what we bought. Thanks!

It was canceled. The flight wasn’t rescheduled, everyone had to figure out their own new arrangements. They said we would get refunded our original fare and receive an additional $150. We received links for $100 only and they expired before we could activate them.
