Cons: "My mother, Linda Thompson, has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, Dystonia. Along with this condition, stress can bring on non-epileptic seizures. My mother has had to endure one of these seizures due to the stress that this incident had put her through. As my mother's power of attorney, I am helping her vocalize this incident that she has experienced. The image below shows the spot where she was left, in the Atlanta airport, in her wheelchair. Delta airlines says they provide safe, accessible travel to all of their passengers. That includes providing an employee to transport physically disabled persons to and from their flights and to their shuttle. An employee accompanied my mother when she got off of her plane arriving in Atlanta from Charlotte. This employee was obligated to transport her where she needed to go. Due to her first flight being delayed, she missed her connecting flight in Atlanta, and had to stay the night until the connection could be made in the morning. They provided her with a voucher to a local hotel and a shuttle to that hotel. The employee who met her at the gate was obligated to help her get to that shuttle so she could get to her hotel in time. As many of us may know, Atlanta airport is one of the largest. You might need to take a train to get from one area to the next. It would be very difficult for my mother to walk that distance with her cane, and that is why she needed a wheelchair. The inconsiderate, selfish employee of whom needed to transport my mother to her destination was coming to the end of his shift. He attempted to hand my mother off to another employee at the desk while she was getting her voucher. Told her it was the end of his shift and he had to clock out. She told him, "You can't leave her here". Her statement, and the way she stated it, made my mother feel like she was a piece of luggage. She ignored it and let the employee take her on her way. She just wanted him to take her to her shuttle so that she could get to her hotel and rest. That did not happen. He strolled my mother along for a moment until they were out of site. They approached a gate, of which was empty, and he told her to wait here for an agent to come by. He left. She waited...and waited. No one ever came and assisted her. She was left like a piece of luggage in the middle of the Atlanta airport with no one around. My mother was treated like a bag that someone did not want to carry around anymore. This situation and the selfishness of that employee makes me think of who else could have been treated like this, or who else could be treated like this in the future. Help me spread this message so that something can be done about this issue. Delta has already been contacted, they do not care enough to do anything about it. I bet they will if this message gets heard by their potential future passengers."

Pros: "Flight was on time. Easy to transfer luggage from an international flight to a domestic flight. The crew was accommodating. It is such a short flight that there were only pretzels and water without ice served on this flight. There was no entertainment on this flight. Small, clean plane for a less that 1 hour flight."

Cons: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

Cons: "There was no entertainment. The airline did not offer a complimentary headphones, and failr sure the wifi was not even working. Also was not that big of a fan with the extra long layover. Was not a fan of the extra time in the holding pattern above Indianapolis, nor the extra time 150 feet from the gate after we landed."

Cons: "I can't rate it because they canceled my entire itinerary without so much as an email. I did not take my flight to Wilmington via my original flight. I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

Cons: "The gate the flight was originally on changed, however there was never an announcement made over the intercom advising of the change. When the gate I was waiting at finally showed the flight information to Toledo, I had to find what gate I my flight was now on and had fifteen minutes to make it to the correct gate. Had the original gate displayed the new information any later I would have missed my flight."

They mostly just stayed in the back talking to each other. The pilot didn't greet us. Just stood there when we walked in. And there was a kid screaming for most of the trip. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. This was my first trip flying, and on the trip to Miami I flew with Delta. The service with them was tremendously better. I was really disappointed."

Comfort was good because I had paid for an upgrade which I actually thought I was paying for the international flight but found out it was actually for the Charlotte flight which was a surprise it was not very clear from the tool. So hence the Comfort was great on this flight. But the tool needs to make it much more clear as to what you are selecting the upgrade for. Food, there has got to be something else out there other than pretzels, I understand why we do not have peanuts, but a little bit more variety would be very nice. I understand there's a cost tractor, but often pretzels tend to be fairly stale. Short flights entertainment."

I was rebooked on an earlier flight to Charlotte, which I could do because I had coincidently finished packing early and lived close to the airport. At the airport, my new flight was delayed, which could have caused me to miss my connecting flight to Boston and be stuck at the Charlotte airport overnight. I was then rebooked on a flight that was leaving to NY, with a connecting flight to Boston at 7."

I am not a large person by any means in terms of height or weight, and I cannot imagine how anyone who is relatively tall could ever be comfortable on your airline. Will not likely book again."

I was offered no alternative transportation to Indianapolis. I was totally lost being in a strange city without support. finally I had to take a taxi which was very expensive"

Cons: "Got there with normal roll on carry ons and were told absolutely none allowed. A notice ahead of time would have been nice. So we had to valet our bags which was not in our plan. We had to dig through our bags to get out important medicines (just in case) and expensive items. The flight was late and we had a connecting flight that was tight. Had to wait for bags before we could proceed to next gate which, of course, was as far away as we could get. I'm in knee brace and my husband has back issues. We had to book it as fast as we could to make the flight which we barely did. Not happy with the customer service at the gate in Wilmington. They were not very empathetic, courteous or nice. Not sure I'll be flying American ever again."

I had to be transported by an old unsafe looking bus to a separate terminal and had to climb up and down emergency stairs (not handicap friendly), also I have 2 roller bags I carry on to every flight I have ever taken without issue and they charged me $25 per bag to check because it was a "snug" fit into their dimension box. Also gave no snacks and only half can refreshments, no entertainment."

Cons: "5 delays between for a 4:27PM flight that eventually took off at 3:15am. My biggest issue is the unrealistic delay that could have left us in the airport for 11+ hours. Very thankful that they did allow me to change departure locations to another airport at no charge. That flight went well, even arrived early."

Pros: "My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"

Cons: "parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $96. I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."

Pros: "It got us there and back for a descent price. The flight was fine but the seats are not comfortable and do not recline. I wouldn't suggest Allegiant for anything more than 2 hours and that was even pushing it."
Cons: "We arrived 3.5 hours early and the line was very long. They must have had a system glitch but didn't communicate to anyone in the line as to what was going on. When it did come time to board, they told everyone in the line that was going to Cincinnati that we couldn't check in until 2 hours before the departure time. Apparently there were some other flights that left before us. If they had told us to keep our place in line and to let other people through, that wouldn't have been a problem. But, they didn't. Their own website says you should check baggage at least 2 hours before your flight and no more than 4 hours before. They took it upon themselves to change the rules on people who arrive early. Then, once they no longer had anyone else to check in, they changed their rules again and start checking in people for Cincinnati about 2.5 hours ahead of time. A little communication and brain power from the staff would have gone a long way. After all that mess, the flight was delayed leaving about 15 minutes without any updates from Allegiant either."

If it's your job to pen a plane door, I would think it's reasonable you do it in the rain sometimes. Then up to the passengers on board whether or not they want to get out of the plane when it's raining."

Pros: "I chose this flight knowing it was gonna be a little cramped and no snacks. But I loved the price, so I booked it. The unexpected bonus was the crew. They were down to earth and funny."

Cons: "Rental car I paid for on Allegiant website didn't include $50 in airport and sales taxes making it look like the Allegiant rentals were about the same as renting directly from rental car companies. Problem is that Allegiant didn't include taxes in the quote or amount I paid online. Surprise when I got to my destination and was told it would be $50 more. Alamo agent said I wasn't the first person to have that problem. Then on return my bag was damaged and was told I could place a claim at the ticket counter. It would have been helpful to have an agent there or a way to contact an agent. No such luck. After bag charges, poor service and hidden fees Allegiant isn't really a great deal."

Cons: "Bought flight insurance. Had to cancel within one week due to mom's health issues. Could not get a refund without her Dr.'s signature, which was impossible for me to do. Therefore....lost 145.....down the drain....."

Pros: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."

Pros: "It's convenient and inexpensive for one of my regular destinations. Though, over the years, I've experienced a few cranky employees at the Punta Gorda location. Just the opposite in Asheville, where friendly was apparently invented."

Pros: "We were supposed to have boarded for 5:00, flight was at 6pm. They were missing 1 crew member and could board the plane. She showed up, then they made a announcement that the Oakland flight will be delayed till 8:10 takeoff. I was able to get on a flight to Stockton Airport without problem. They wouldnt tell me what was wrong, and i didnt want to chance that it was the last dlight to Oakland and went with Stockton. The flight was good, you have to pay for your water."

He already checked her in dropped her bag off and was waiting for me. He said that he was going to take my mom through security and bring her all the way to the gate. I was so relieved because I was not able to travel with her but felt she was in good hands."

Cons: "Luggage Lost on 4 Apr after I came to my destination Indianapolis. I reported my lost luggage on the same day at Airport at United airlines office. Its been 10 days and no one has followed up yet on my lost luggage. I have to call United Airlines Customer Care everyday to get a status on my report. No follow up is made on the lost luggage. They have asked to file claim which will also take 8-10 weeks to process. All these experiences has made me and my friends not to prefer United Airlines for Travel."

Delayed due to losing log sheet after everyone already boarded, $45 checked bag (ridiculous), no complimentary drinks have to pay $2.99, flight was FREEZING to the point where I couldn’t sleep and I didn’t sleep the night before, talked about their credit card for way too long like they were in dire need of your business, landed and had no one to bring the walkway so we could get off the plane. Very disappointed in this airline"

Arrival was at about 9pm and the airport wan't that busy. This was uncomfortable. Would have been a good time to hand out free snacks and beverages or drink coupons for a future flight."

Cons: "I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. On the first attempt I was notified that only immediate family members were would be an excuse but that I could try to request through a different faucet of emergency circumstances. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier."

Cons: "TSA would not accept the boarding pass from my phone after standing in line for 30+ minutes.. I had to go back to the airline desk and get a paper boarding pass and go through security again. I had to run to the gate and was the last passenger to board. Frontier's mobile app sucks. It is touted to make my traveling easier but when you bring it up, all it will let you do is make a reservation. If it would have worked, it may have saved me 45 minutes of TSA frustration."

Cons: "It was not clearly stated that carry-on luggage would be charged $45 per item. This is an unusual policy and should have been clearly and prominently stated when purchasing the ticket. With my wife and I this added $90 to our combined ticket price and we would have flown a different airline had we known this. It seemed like a trick to get folks to pick a cheaper ticket only to make up the cost at the door what an individual would have paid for a competing ticket."

To add insult to injury, they were oversold and could not print us a set of boarding passes. The lady behind the counter said she had "never encountered this." I referred to my outbound flight where the very same thing happened 5 days ago. I wish I could run my business this way and make a profit!"

Would have chosen a different flight of I would have known. Will never fly frontier airlines again. And will tell everyone I know that is planning on traveling what a terrible experience we had with them."

And to make it even worse, you can get one cup of water for free - everything else is for purchase only. Frontier is the worst air flight company I ever used! Never again!"

I mean they've all cut corners but Frontier has gone the extra mile in putting profits over any decent airline accommodation. I sincerely hope you guys go out of business."

It had extra fees for baggage and the prices changed whether you did check in online or at the gate, and then an extra seat fee and drink fees, etc. As it turns out, I could have gone another airline cheaper with no extra fees. I will not book with them again."
