So from the scheduled time to arrive at Tokyo 5pm, we get to our Hotel at 2am. Good job Narita airport!"

Pros: "There was a huge check-in line but it went quickly because they had 8-10 ticket agents with luggage 'helpers' for the agents. Of course there was a problem with my reservation that they had never seen before which manifested itself by them not being able to print my boarding pass. They called Tokyo and were told that they had never seen my problem before either. Anyway, the ticketing supervisor stayed with me for 45 minutes until they could over come the problem. I would be a rich man if I had a nickel for every 'So-sorry' I got that day."

Cons: "Everything that could have gone wrong with my flights, went wrong. On my way from LA to Raleigh (through Atlanta), I was affected by the weather conditions at Atlanta. I understand that the weather is beyond Delta's scope of control, but customer service is not. I had to wait in line at LAX for 8 hours to even get information on what had happened, and what solutions were available. The customer service call center was collapsed, and at the airport counters at one point there was ONLY ONE DELTA REPRESENTATIVE serving a line of more than 100 upset customers. This IS Delta's fault, and it is unacceptable. This definitely was under Delta's control, but in order to save a few dollars in overtime for emergency staff Delta was willing to let its customers make terribly long lines, miss their flights, their connections and consequently their commitments. It is disappointing to observe how Delta believes that a few dollars saved on extra staff and emergency measures can offset the irreparable long term damage to its business due to upset customers. My way back from Raleigh to Los Angeles was also a disaster. Without any type of explanation and nothing more than an email announcing the change, the nonstop flight I bought was replaced by a 1-stop flight with connection in Atlanta. This was NOT THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. There is a reason I paid a premium for a nonstop flight, and Delta did not hesitate in providing me with a less valuable product without any explanation or refund. Delta prioritizes its operational metrics - an obsession to fill and overbook its capacity - over its customers' experience, one again under the foolish belief that short term savings in any way offset the long term damage of disappointed and alienated customers. I will NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN. I will do whatever I can to transmit my experience to everyone I know. At a time where major airline carriers are in the spotlight due to abusive practices (i.e. the United passenger case), I still find hope in knowing that alternatives such as Southwest still put their customers first, over the ethereal benefits that a few-dollar savings in operational expenses can provide."

Pros: "Did not realize I purchased a “no checked bag” fare - and the $60 each way charge really pissed me off, along with the &48 charge to guarantee a window seat again, each way. The site was misleading, and I resent being peneluzed for trying to be efficient. A two week work trip needs to include a checked bag."
Cons: "For a new plane, seats are very cramped. If you drop an earpiece on the floor, you pull a muscle to retrieve it / or make. Everyone in your row stand up. Decent movies mean a box under the seat cuts into legroom. A cramped, miserable 7 hours for this 6’0 tall American. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but my knees still hurt."

Cons: "The staff at the check in at the front desk were not helpful. Some personnel do not even have the training how to handle the passengers who have already checked in and have the boarding pass with them and even not polite."

Cons: "Boarding was chaotic Seats were uncomfortable and very dirty Cabin crew was short staffed Food was the worst I've ever had on BA and they ran out of chicken before getting half the plane fed. Cabin crew that was there was rude to passengers to the point some just ignored the cabin crew. Only served drinks 3 times on a 9 hour flight I've flown BA multiple times and this was by far the worst flight I've ever had with BA. Very disappointed they have gone downhill so much"

Cons: "Wait for shower was more than one hour - really do you expect people with 10 hours to cone to lounge Food was minimal for breakfast and should take cue from their boston lounge"

Cons: "I require wheelchair assistance .. There was only one person servicing the entire group of people To bring us to the connecting flight as a result it took us way longer to get to our connecting flight and we all ended up missing it. I had to spend over 12 hours in London .. Which was very uncomfortable and tiring for me considering my poor health, the previous 8 HR flight from Boston-London and the upcoming 9 hour london-Mumbai."

Cons: "The connection in London - just one hour - was absolutely not enough. It takes 15 minutes or so just to empty a large plane. Then, if you have to make a connection from one terminal to the other, as we did, you rush to a bus that drives you all the way across the airport. At that point you rush to find yourself faced with going through security yet again. All this made us miss our flight and turned what should have been a 10 hour trip into a 24 hour trip. That is British Airways fault for leaving so little time to connect. When you book your flights, be sure to have an hour and a half at the very least - preferably 2 hours."

Cons: "8 hour delay on top of a 4 hour layover with only a small sandwich and small water to compensate. You had to pay for food and water on the second leg of the flight which was on vueling. When we finally got to barcelona we picked up a mangled stroller that had been like new before the flight. We complained and we were told we would receive a call from the airline. Still waiting for the call. Lost our evening in barcelona and our paid tickets to casa mila."

People counting on me for their paid. Hope I find another airline to make it home. Slept in airport with on place to go or eat"

Cons: "My London to Charlotte flight arrived early, customs and immigration were fast. I was not allowed to change my flight to JAX to an earlier one so I had a 4 hour layover. I had not been issued a boarding pass in LHR and when I got one in Charlotte I was seated in the very back seat next to the WC. I booked this flight in February so was displeased that I had such a bad seat, also that I could have had a seat on the earlier flight. Something about BA and AA partnering makes it difficult and it should be easier."

Pros: "Great service. The flight attendants were cheerful, polite, and helpful The seat was comfortable. There was a large selection of movies, including lots of old classics."
Cons: "The food was awful. I am not fussy eater, and I could not finish the meal"
