Wonderful. It seemed so quick and the view of Mt Hood was really good.

My touch screen at my seat wasn't working, the films BA advertised on the website for this flight were not available, and the plane was a little dated, food was good and the staff were good, just let down by the aircraft facilities.

We were in business class and I had seat # 1. This was a night flight and after dinner was served, lights were dimmed and I went to sleep. The crew were loud and noisy so I didn’t get much sleep. I expect the crew to enjoy themselves but would Appreciate some decency in staying quiet while the passengers sleep

Airlines have to stop assuming passengers bring entertainment. Provide it like you used to in business class and above!! N

We had a pretty good experience. Enjoyed both the flights. Crew was very good and helpful.

We were kicked off this flight by British Airways due to delays on our connecting flight also operated by British airways and were rebooked on a different carrier which delayed our arrival home by > 26 hours.

Boarding is a mess. They never check group # so lots of people crowding in. Comfortable seats this flight. I had an empty seat next to me, very convenient. Food was really not good, but I was starved. The pizza snack thing was horrible. Crew was grand. They really make it enjoyable.

Not being able to check my luggage ruined my flight experience with British Airways. I have to spend hundreds of dollars to get my luggage to me.

There was a group of people on the flight that were drunkenly speaking loud, didn't allow anyone to sleep, and were not adequately stopped.

At the airport checkin they didn’t have all the details I’d given during the very time consuming online checkin (very slow site), and they lost my bag….
