Everything was great. The only issue is unfixable. Seats are too small. 😁🤪

Everything was great. The only issue is unfixable. Seats are too small. 😁🤪

Boarding was good. The flight was on time ( arrival was 20 minutes early). Inflight service was average ( US airlines have not mastered the skills of customer service yet). The food was mediocre. “ breakfast “ was downright awful and insulting. It was a piece of dough with mon descript filling that was supposed to be cheese omelette).

The airport was reasonably clean. The boarding process reasonably efficient. The cabin crew was efficient, polite but not that friendly. The food quality was unremarkable and the choices were awful . There was either a so so chicken dish or a “ vegetarian “ option which was really cheap carbohydrates drowned in cheese. Signing onto i flight wifi was not straightforward. Overall it was a very average experience

Nothing special. The crew never went out of their way for anything.

I want to single out flight attendant Mitch who was in the Premium Economy section. When my wife’s hearing aide dropped through the cushion under the seat he was able to locate it and return it to her. Food was a different matter. Dinner was fine. Breakfast was another matter. They had a yogurt dish that the ran out of and the alternative was not very good according to those we talked to.

Flight was delayed long enough that I was misding my connecting flight. The agents could not get me on a comparable flight, nor could they get me s Main Cabin seat I had paid for, nor could they get me on a comparable connecting flight. The gate agent would not issue meal vouchers, even though I was delayed over six hours! I had to spend over an hour and 15 minutes with customer service on the phone to See if they could get me on a better flight and get a meal voucher. Customer service was not helpful enough in trying to find alternate flights and it Ended up taking me 24 hours for a 12 hour trip!! Delta does not provide upgrades NOR will they even give you a pass for a few hours to their lounge. They claim that they do not issue daily passes to their lounge anymore. I call BS since this would be no extra cost to them to provide excellent customer service and give you a few hours to relax in comfort when you’re sitting in a crowded airport and your flight has been screwed up for that many hours.

I always fly Delta main cabin and pay to upgrade my seat to preferred/extra leg room. However this time even with the buying the upgraded seat I was extremely cramped with very little legroom and unable to move comfortably. For some reason meal service was very early in the flight and my row seemed to have been skipped. Most of my attendant calls were unanswered. I was unable to get extra water, or crackers/snacks to make up for my missed meal. I always carry protein bars in my personal bag, but with no extra legroom I wasn’t able to access from underseat in front of me. I am unable to sleep while flying so I read and count on in flight entertainment. However the passenger in front of me reclined their seat fully preventing me from being able to view the screen or be able to rest my book on tray table to read. One of the first times I’ve been completely disappointed in Delta. I fly internationally 2-3 times a year.

Friendly flight attendants, smooth 8-9 hours flight. Economy seats are small and uncomfortable as usual.

We had a two hour delay in SL but to me the crew was so communicative and descriptive that it made it not a big deal. It was about safety first and I'd rather be way delayed than have a major issue during a flight. Also they automatically booked us on the next flight at our connection due to missing our connection flight. Everything went smoothly it was amazing. We are very pleased with our flights.

I was able to select a gluten free meal for my outbound flight operated by KLM but my selection wasn’t saved on Delta so I ended up not having a hot meal. The cabin crew was nice enough to offer some cheese so I could pair it with some gf crackers I had. The seat would recline but slowly but surely would come back up so I couldn’t sleep as I would have wanted to.

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the United Airlines baggage check. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I was required to remove approximately 1.5 pounds from my two checked bags, even though it was a very small amount over the limit. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant, and I expected much better customer service. I hope United will review this incident and provide additional customer service training to its staff.

No extra snacks were available. Meals quality is terrible. Crew was not friendly.

Late FA meant slow boarding. WiFi did not work. I’m a medium plus sized passenger. The seatbelt was for the first time ever barely fitting. And we delayed on the tarmac 40 min

We were delayed because of ground crew, not because the plane wasn’t ready to go. The food was better than usual!

The flight was very good. Only complaint was that the usb charging connection did not work for either me or the seat next to me so we both had to use our own portable battery to charge our phones. I also liked the fact that I could purchase Wi-Fi for an hour instead of for the entire flight.

United ground crew and pilots are friendly. The in-flight staff (flight attendants) are the worst in the world. Multiple trips, always unpleasant, combative, use implicit threats to not allow for a discussion on their decision. Authoritarian. This seems to stem from an internal corporate wide policy as I doubt that United is intentionally searching for people that are not fit for customer facing positions. I will not fly United again. Good luck fixing your business

Some of these FA’s need attitude check. Snarky bitches

Boarding with facial recognition was NOT quicker than with traditional boarding passes.

We bought premium economy tickets first, and then paid additional upgrade fees to get business Polaris class seats on the SFO to Amsterdam segment. This was our first time flying Polaris class on United. We were completely disappointed. The service level was sub par compared with Turkish Airlines and China Airlines business class. There were multiple flight attendants attending to us, and all were not attentive and not helpful to guests. They seem to keep a safe distance and not offer to provide much service to us. We did not feel we were in business class at all. No special treatment or attention. The food service was equally disappointing. We had to make several choices for entrees since they were not sure we could get our first choice. There was no explanation of the menu offering, and they expected us to know what we want when they came and ask for food selection. All in all, very disappointed in United Polaris Business Class service. They are very far behind their European and Asian counterparts. Would not travel again with United Polaris.
